Are you a professional, experienced, and skilled Personal Assistant with the ability to work at Director level? Do you have experience of providing excellent administrative support to Directors? Are you organised, flexible and motivated with meticulous attention to detail? Do you have excellent minute taking, communication and relationship building skills with stakeholders at all levels, and can you always maintain discretion?
If you have answered yes to all these questions, then this role presents an excellent opportunity for you to establish yourself as a Personal Assistant supporting one of our Executive Directors, for which we have 2 positions. You will have outstanding organisational skills and the ability to remain positive and flexible at all times. You will provide a broad high-level administrative function including diary management, minute taking, managing confidential correspondence and information. You will organise meetings as well as occasional functions and travel itineraries. You will be able to support and complement the Executive Director’s style and add value to the team.
The successful candidate will be proficient in using all Microsoft Office packages with the ability to efficiently produce and present written information to a consistently high standard. You will deliver the administrative systems that support the department, identify problems, and put in place measures to improve their effectiveness

About the role
We’re looking for a Crisis Peer Team Leader to join our team at The Harbour - an informal, non-judgemental, out-of-hours mental health service for anyone over the age of 18 in Portsmouth, Fareham, Gosport, Havant and East Hampshire, who needs short-term support in times of great difficulty or is struggling with poor mental health.

Main Accountabilities
The Executive Assistant to the CEO’s key duties will be to:
- Provide high-level support to the CEO to ensure their agenda, priorities and objectives are met – including strategic diary and inbox management
- Manage the CEO’s briefings, commission and coordinate from colleagues across the organisation to ensure that the Chief he is fully briefed for all meetings and travel
- Strategic lead on the CEO’s UK and international trips, working with country offices and colleagues from other divisions and country teams to ensure trip objectives are in line with the Chief Executive’s priorities
- Manage strategic planning for ELT meetings and ways of working; support CEO management of Executive Directors

Person Profile
You will have knowledge and experience in all of the areas below:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-Suite level executives or Directors
- Highly IT literate and confident with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel, and conferencing software such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Experience of complex diary management, international travel planning, and demonstrable experience of office-based administrative work

Paid Media Executive
A brand new and exciting opportunity has recently arisen for a Paid Media Executive with strong paid media experience to join an established charity technology agency based in London. This is an amazing chance for a Paid Media Executive with great passion for digital marketing to have a huge impact in a truly important industry!
As the Paid Media Executive, you will have the opportunity to work alongside award winning organisations within the charity sector to aid in pushing their digital marketing function forward. The Paid Media Executive will also be integral in managing full campaign lifecycles, including Google Ad Grants, which will allow these organisations to further understand their users!
The Paid Media Executive will benefit from a strong work-life balance, including 35 hour working weeks and a remote working environment.

Executive Assistant 6 month contract ASAP start
Our client an INGO are seeking an experienced EA to support on a 6 month contract position to start ASAP, this role will be offered with flexible working, 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, they are centrally based near Waterloo, London and working with a diverse range of people in a well-established international charity.
The Executive Assistant position plays a pivotal role in the Director's Office; the main purpose is to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis, provide comprehensive administrative, logistical and technical support to the Director and the Senior Management Team.
The role involves providing confidential executive level support to the Director; assisting in the smooth running of the division including travel, accommodation arrangements and delivery of contracts for event sponsorship; and managing the calendar of the Director, including attendance at and briefings for external events. Providing effective reporting mechanisms; preparing reports and presentational materials on a regular basis; and completion of special projects and tasks agreed in consultation with the UK Senior Management Team.
The Executive Assistant is also an important interface for internal communications, staff and volunteers and external stakeholders.
Experience:
- Significant previous experience of providing senior executive support
- Previous experience of coordinating meeting agendas, minute taking and related skills Previous experience of budget monitoring and finance-related administrative tasks
- Ability to organise; prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities; proven experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and using judgement and initiative in problem resolution
- Good at problem-solving in the dissemination of information, the logistics of travel and organising meetings and events, and managing multiple diaries
- Some experience in systems/standards for large organisations and the capability of addressing non-compliance issues swiftly and effectively
- Computer literate: highly proficient in the use of word processing software (MS Word), presentation software (MS PowerPoint), spreadsheet software (MS Excel), database software (MS Access), email software and knowledge management system
- Confident and able to work on own initiative
- Previous experience of analysis and research
