The Head of Corporate Partnerships will join at an incredibly exciting time for the charity and corporate partnerships programme. Sitting on the Fundraising SLT and leading the team of four, the Head of Corporate will bring a new business lens to the portfolio, driving new brand and commercial, strategic and charity of the year partnerships. Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and driven Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive to join our team in this integral and newly created role. The role will lead on identifying and securing collaboration and funding opportunities with both existing and prospective partners, and developing and managing a pipeline of strategic corporate partners that align with PCR’s mission and core programmes of work. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of developing and nurturing relationships with corporate partners, understanding complex issues and working with others to identify solutions, and producing compelling funding proposals in support of this work.

Reporting to the Supporter Acquisition and New Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving innovation within our fundraising initiatives. You will be working with wider teams to help identify new products for our portfolio and to ensure that our products and offers are integrated.

Key responsibilities will include:
· Managing campaigns on brand and within budget
· Managing external agencies to deliver successful campaign KPIs
· Working with the team to identify new products and channels for testing

About You
You will have experience working in a fundraising and/or marketing environment and will have key strengths in:
· Organising and prioritising a busy workload
· Knowledge of fundraising regulations and compliance
· Good experience of Excel and working with numbers and spreadsheets, to deliver on campaign results, budgets, and reporting
· Good grammatical skills and experience of reviewing compelling copy
· Knowledge and interest in the charity fundraising sector
· Experience working on digital campaigns

Who are we looking for?

You will have experience of delivering digital marketing activity or projects for a high-profile brand. You will be personable and have experience of leading and working effectively in cross-functional digital project teams to deliver shared goals and objectives. You will have proven experience of digital channel planning and performance tracking. Experience of budget management including setting detailed, annual and campaign planning budgets and strategies would be an advantage.

About the role
The Senior Event Manager is a pivotal new position within the Advancement team. You will play a leading role in planning, executing, and overseeing events and experiences which will not only build momentum towards and launch UCL's next fundraising campaign in 2026, but will also maintain stakeholder engagement with the campaign during its duration.
Globally, you will build and deliver a programme of insider and teaser experiences, launch events, tours, reunions, and gatherings around campaign themes. This will involve travel to regions where UCL builds important philanthropic relationships, including countries in East Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East, approximately 2-4 times per year.
We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.8 FTE - equivalent of 4 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.
