Key Responsibilities
Delivering services to children and young people

Engaging with young people in face-to-face groups and 1-1 sessions to motivate, inspire and encourage potential

Support to plan and deliver our LGBTQ+ sessions ensuring continued support is given by Eikon to young people; putting young people first, ensuring we offer the right help at the right time

Contact new young people and parent referrals to ensure suitability for group or 1-1 support

Support the LGBTQ+ team in ensuring young people are involved in the planning, delivery and evaluation of youth work

Ensure accurate and timely case recording, including ensuring case note processes are followed and all data and information is uploaded to the relevant data bases

casework management
· work collaboratively with the support services team by providing advice with day to day cases relating to welfare benefits, as well as taking part in technical case reviews with peers in meeting caba’s quality assurance standards.
· support the service users with completing caba’s outcome and feedback survey to capture information to measure impact and improve services
· liaise with internal and external stakeholders to promote and share understanding of caba in house services, economic and social issues affecting our UK and overseas service users
· maintain up-to-date information and input accurate data into the CRM database regarding each service user case and case records for the purpose of continuity of casework, information retrieval, statistical monitoring and report preparation.
to be successful, you’ll have:
- extensive knowledge of welfare benefits, health and social care, economic/social issues of those living inside and outside the UK
- case management and processes (advice and advocacy led support)
- person centred working – working with the person at the centre of the support

We are looking for confident individuals to join us in this critical work in preventing ongoing sexual harm. You will need to have knowledge and understanding of sexual violence and its impact, strong crisis management skills and skills in providing non-judgemental trauma informed support. The Role
This exciting new role will be required to provide a range of early interventions for children impacted by sexual harm or sexual exploitation.
The post holder will conduct assessments, provide recommendations, provide time limited non-criminal justice advocacy and psychosocial education to support the needs of children and young people who have either experienced sexual harm or may have caused sexual harm to others.
Tasks include:
- To undertake risk and needs assessments (including specialist AIM assessment where required for children who have caused sexual harm) and undertake associated report writing and recommendations.
- To provide time limited non- criminal justice advocacy, psychosocial education and support to children and young people and their families who have experienced sexual violence/have caused sexual harm to others.
- To develop and deliver interventions based on individual needs of clients.
- Collaborate and support a range of multiagency partners to ensure the most appropriate pathway of support for the individual survivor.
- Advocate on behalf of those impacted by sexual harm to ensure they can have access to a range of services based on need.
- Carry out institutional advocacy and stakeholder engagement and communication to enhance to wellbeing of all survivors of sexual violence.
- Ensure all risk and safeguarding processes and procedures are followed.
- To undertake evaluation and outcome meetings and data reporting to ensure continuous development of services.
- To support the group work facilitation of the delivery of psychosocial education in schools, colleges and community settings.
- Represent and promote WMRSASC in meetings and events.

As the Initial Support Lead, you will:

The Initial Support Pathway will provide short-term support to adults who have experienced exploitation. The project then considers each individual’s rights and entitlement to support as a potential victim of modern slavery. The key principle of the project is informed choice for the individual. Although the initial support is short and temporary, the long-term impacts for victims can be significant.
Essential role requirements

Experience in health, social work, or working with vulnerable adults.

- Understanding of the housing and social needs of people with multiple and complex needs
- Able to influence and negotiate positive outcomes with others

- Appropriate qualification: NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care/Community Justice, or professional equivalent
- Experience of providing housing support and a practical assistance within a residential or outreach support role

About the role:
We are seeking additional staff to join our experienced and committed teams within our Complex Needs Service in Westminster. You will be in a specialist role designed to work with people with complex support needs, relating to mental health, multiple physical health needs, poly-substance use and offending.
As a Project / Support Worker Complex Needs, your role will be to provide support to clients to enable them to understand their support needs and to manage these effectively. You will hold a caseload of clients and be responsible for helping them to identify short term objectives, meet their goals and complete risk assessments. You will also support clients to develop their living skills, develop and manage relationships, build social networks and to access various services.
About you:
- Previous experience of working in the health and social care, supporting vulnerable people, rough sleepers or people with complex mental health, physical health or substance use support needs.
- An understanding of working with people using person-centred approaches.
- The ability to manage a caseload and deliver positive outcomes utilising your knowledge of the health and social care sector.
- A flexible and creative approach to working with a sometimes hard to engage client group.
Flexibility is required, as you will be working a rota inclusive of early shifts, late shifts and bank holidays.

We are looking for a Complex Caseworker to join our Rough Sleeping Navigator team in Bristol who provide intensive support to male clients with complex needs experiencing homelessness. This passionate team offer person centred support service to help people who require a specialist intervention approach to support them through the transition from rough sleeping into sustainable accommodation.
In this role you will work collaboratively with the Rough Sleeper Navigator Coordinator and Outreach team as well as relevant partner agencies in Bristol to deliver sustainable outcomes to a male cohort of clients.
- You will advocate for clients who have been some of the most marginalised in the local area, to make a real and long lasting difference to their recovery.
- You will be responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients and providing day to day support to clients with their transition from the streets into accommodation and independent living with a strong focus on tenancy sustainment and rescue.
- This includes working with people on health, housing, employment and training support. You will be given support to build strong relationships with a range of other services to find creative and sustainable routes to recovery for clients.

We have a great opportunity for a Supported Housing Manager to join our Specialist Housing Team on a permanent basis. Based from our offices in Christchurch or Exeter, you’ll lead our teams across the South region, working flexibly between our offices and home.

The Role
You'll lead, manage and motivate a team responsible for providing a range of housing management services to our supported housing residents, working collaboratively with colleagues across our supported housing schemes, our Locality teams, related Customer functions and support services. You will ensure that our supported housing is managed in line with contractual obligations, taking responsibility for financial performance and lettings while regularly identifying service improvements and maintaining high quality data.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivery of a consistent high-quality customer-centric support services, such as allocations, income, and tenancy management
- The operational performance for an area of our supported housing, managing key areas such as health and safety, compliance, finance, customer satisfaction, and lettings
- Partnership working – building and managing our relationships with a range of local authorities and external partners
- Ensuring that services are delivered within approved budgets, in accordance with contractual requirements and within legislative and regulatory frameworks and best practice
- Leading on investigation of complaints and cases of anti-social behaviour, ensuring resolution
- Taking responsibility for ensuring that we provide our residents with a safe living environment, that staff and contractors are working in a safe fashion
What you'll need
You should have previous experience in a similar role, either with a background from within housing or experience with partnership working and leading successful teams. Knowledge across specialist housing is advantageous but not essential. You’ll also need:
- Demonstrable team leadership experience, developing and supporting a high performing team
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, with an ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective communication skills, influencing and adding challenge where needed

Too few children in Oxfordshire get the opportunity to be active. We work with partners to tackle inequalities so that every child and young person in the county can have the best possible active start in life.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Active Oxfordshire, the successful candidate will lead the development and growth of our Healthy Active Children strategic work, build relationships with partners, line manage two members of the team and ensure our Healthy Active Children programmes of work complement each other.
About you:
You will have experience in identifying strategic opportunities and the ability to develop and nurture relationships at a senior level in partner organisations.
As an experienced line manager, you will be able to bring people together around a specific agenda and create a sense of energy and purpose.
You will have experience in managing budgets and identifying clear priorities to manage an interconnected workload.

What we offer:
This is a fixed-term contract, initially for 18 months. The role is a part-time position, working 3 days / 22.5 hours per week.
You will receive a salary of £27,810 (based on a 22.5 hour week, which is a full-time equivalent salary of £46,350) and benefits including a generous 10% contributory pension scheme, Cycle to Work scheme, 38 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata) and our new bespoke Employee Support and Wellbeing Programme.
Hybrid working is available, which means typically one day a week is in the office (Monday) with the rest of the week working remotely from home, within the community or with partner organisations.

Pre-Covid-19, Oxfordshire had one of the highest activity levels in the country but despite this, nearly 100,000 adults were doing less than 30 mins of physical activity per week while only just over half of our young people were active enough to meet the Chief Medical Officer’s guidelines. The situation has got worse as a result of widening health inequalities, which means that thousands of vulnerable residents are missing out on the opportunities they deserve to live an active life.
