The Cyber Helpline is a fast-growing, innovative charity that supports individuals impacted by cybercrime, digital fraud and online harm. As we enter our next stage of growth, we are seeking a senior operational leader to transform, scale and strengthen our Helpline service.
The Head of Helpline and Service Delivery will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of service delivery - people, processes, quality, tooling and innovation. This role is accountable for the overall performance, resilience and impact of the Helpline, ensuring we offer exceptional trauma-informed and victim/survivor-centred support across channels.
This is an executive role requiring someone who can operate strategically while staying close to operational realities. You will lead managers, staff and volunteers, drive cultural and structural change, support growth of service models, deliver high-quality outcomes and ensure the Helpline is equipped to meet demand.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Service Direction

Develop and deliver a multi-year operational strategy for the Helpline aligned with organisational goals.

Shape the future service model, including workforce planning, channel strategy, automation and technology.

Provide executive-level leadership and insight to the CEO, Executive Team and Trustees.

Represent The Cyber Helpline externally with partners, regulators, law enforcement, funders and the wider sector.
Service Performance

Lead the day-to-day and long-term operation of the Helpline, ensuring stability, quality, responsiveness and continuous improvement.

Own and deliver KPIs, SLAs, performance dashboards and quality standards.

Ensure effective processes, incident response, risk management and signposting and referral pathways.

Oversee the helpdesk, telephony, triage, case management processes and other service initiatives.
People, Culture and Capability

Lead the team members across functions such as supervisors, case support, QA and training

Build a high-performing workforce of staff and volunteers, ensuring strong recruitment, onboarding, development, supervision and succession planning.

Foster a supportive, trauma-informed and collaborative culture with clear expectations and accountability.

Set and embed structures, role clarity, operational guidelines and communication frameworks across the Helpline.
Quality, Compliance and Risk

Own the QA framework alongside the Case Support Team, ensuring consistent, accurate and compassionate support to victims and survivors.

Work in partnership with the Head of Safeguarding to ensure compliance with safeguarding policy and strong practice across the team.

Oversee high-risk escalations, operational risk identification and mitigation.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, such as data protection and cybersecurity.
Service Development

Lead service improvement initiatives, including redesigning processes, upgrading systems and embedding new technologies.

Collaborate with data, product and technology teams to enhance automation, workflows and case-handling efficiency.

Ensure the service evolves in response to threat trends, victim needs, and organisational strategy.

Drive innovation in digital service delivery and multi-channel support.
Partnerships, Impact and Growth

Work with stakeholders such as police, funders, commissioners, corporates and international partners to strengthen and expand our model.

Support fundraising and business development opportunities by providing operational insight, impact reporting and case studies.

Contribute to the expansion of the Helpline model into new geographies.

Act as a senior ambassador for the service and organisation.
Internal Leadership and Collaboration

Partner with operations, finance, safeguarding, comms and data teams to ensure integrated and effective organisational delivery.

Requirements

Significant leadership experience in a senior operational role within a helpline, support service, contact centre, victim support environment or other complex service-delivery setting.

This is an exciting time to join as we are embarking on an ambitious Digital, Data and Technology (DDT) Programme to enable the organisation to reach its ambitious goal of raising £120m by 2033. The Data and Analytics Lead will be the operational backbone of the Data and Analytics team, responsible for ensuring the smooth, day-to-day running of all functions in the team. This role is a key partner to the Head of Data and Analytics, freeing them to focus on strategy, vision and driving forward the DDT Programme.
The Data and Analytics Lead will be the primary line manager for the Data Operations, Salesforce Development, Data Selections and Business Intelligence teams, focusing on workload management, resource allocation, and supporting the development of a high-performing culture.
This is an interim role working closely with the Head of Data and Analytics who will continue to oversee the function whilst driving the DT programme forward.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overseeing and management of the Data & Analytics team as the primary point of contact for all data related activities and directing as necessary
· Provide mentorship, guidance and performance management to the Data and Analytics team, nurturing a collaborative and high-performing culture
· Work with your direct reports and the Head of Data and Analytics to develop and monitor the team’s operational plan, ensuring this is aligned with teams across ARUK
· Actively lead and manage the team’s workload and capacity, ensuring there are effective demand management and planning processes in place
· Champion the use of analytics and insight across the organisation to drive performance monitoring and data-informed decision-making
· Work with the Head of Data and Analytics to ensure the team is aligned with the DDT Programme, and the team is effectively supporting data-related DDT initiatives
· Ensure robust processes are in place for Direct Debit and Gift Aid processing and these are being adhered to
· Ensure all business-as-usual tasks (eg. imports, data selections) are completed as required, on time and with quality assurance and reconciliation checks in place
· Work with the Senior Salesforce Technical Product Manager to continually review the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring it is aligned with the organisation strategy
· Oversee data governance, quality assurance and compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations Provide expert regulatory guidance and technical support to strengthen our governance and operational integrity

What we are looking for:
· Proven experience of working in a data operation function
· Demonstrated team leadership and development of a team of technical experts, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and driving high performance
· Background in analysis, data modelling and data-driven marketing
· Extensive experience of managing and using large relational databases and analysis packages
· A track record of identifying and implementing improvements to data management systems and processes
· An understanding of marketing and specifically, direct marketing and campaign management
· Good knowledge of data protection legislation and its application

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

The Access Interns Programme, a partnership between The Kartik Foundation and Variety, provides disabled young people with meaningful corporate internship opportunities to support their career aspirations. For many disabled young people, accessing work experience can be challenging due to societal barriers, lack of support, and limited opportunities. Access Interns is designed to break down these barriers, ensuring that participants gain valuable work experience, professional skills, and industry connections to help them succeed in their chosen careers.
The Access Interns Programme Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the ACCESS INTERNS programme, overseeing the internship placement process, employer engagement, and student support. This includes managing the selection process, coordinating placements, ensuring workplace accessibility, and tracking the programme’s impact.
The role also involves working closely with corporate employers to create inclusive work environments, supporting interns throughout their placements, and expanding engagement with schools, employers, and industry leaders to ensure disabled young people have equal access to high-quality career opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Programme Management
· Managing the Access Interns Programme, ensuring it is delivered to a high standard and in line with Variety’s policies and procedures
· Working with the Chief Executive Officer to set annual internship placement targets, manage the Access Interns budget and develop the Access Interns Programme.
· Overseeing the end-to-end process of the programme, from student recruitment and employer engagement to placement coordination and post-internship evaluation.
· Adhering to Variety’s Safeguarding policies and procedures and working with the Head of Programmes, by recognising that interns are vulnerable adults, and taking responsibility for their safety, welfare, and well-being throughout the programme.
· Identifying opportunities to expand and enhance the programme, ensuring it remains impactful, sustainable, and aligned with Variety’s strategic goals.
· Developing guidance materials, training sessions, and workshops to prepare students for internships and support their professional growth
· Working with the Programme’s team to input & manage programme data and reporting.
· Tracking and reporting on Programme Impact and analysing data to ensure continuous improvement.
Logistics and Coordination
· Coordinating interview schedule, employer meeting, and onboarding sessions to facilitate successful placements.
· Managing communication with interns, employers, schools, and other stakeholders, ensuring all parties are well-informed and supported.
· Organising online disability awareness training for corporate employers as part of the onboarding process, ensuring employers understand best practices for supporting disabled interns and creating accessible workplaces.
· Ensuring all necessary documentation, contracts and agreements are completed and maintained in line with Variety’s Policies and Compliance standards.
Budget and Income Generation
· Managing the Access Interns Programme budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.
· Generating income from the programme, including securing corporate partnerships and funding opportunities to sustain and expand Access Interns.
· Working closely with the fundraising team to assist in converting Access Intern partners into Corporate Donors for Variety’s wider work.
· Working with the Chief Executive Officer to set financial targets and explore additional funding streams.
· Monitoring expenditure, tracking income, and providing financial reports on programme performance.
Student Outreach & Support
· Manage the application and selection process, ensuring fair and transparent recruitment.
· Working closely with students to support their career development, including
- CV writing and cover letter workshops
- Interview preparation sessions
- Professional skills training (e.g. workplace etiquette, communication skills, and confidence-building)
- One-on-one mentoring and guidance
· Provide guidance and support to interns throughout their journey, from pre-placement preparation to post-internship follow-up.
· Responsible for marketing to schools and colleges to increase awareness and participation.
· Ensuring students understand their rights and workplace accommodations, advocating for inclusive and accessible internships.
· Visiting schools and colleges to promote the programme, engage with students, and increase participation from disabled young people.
Employer Outreach & Support
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate employers to ensure a positive and productive experience for employers participating in the programme.
· Acting as the primary point of contact for employers, providing guidance and support throughout the internship process.
· Working with employers to develop meaningful internship opportunities, ensuring placements align with both business needs and student development goals
· Addressing any challenges or concerns that arise during placements, acting as a mediator where necessary.
· Delivering pre-placement briefings for employers, setting expectations and promoting inclusive hiring practices
· Gathering feedback from employers to continuously refine and improve the programme.
Customer Service and Administration
· Working with Operations Team and external partners to devise and deploy scalable on-boarding and internship management systems.
· Providing excellent customer service to applicants and prospective applicants, giving advice and guidance over the phone, in person and via email.
· Collecting and collating impact and monitoring data.
· Providing administrative support for other Programmes depending on workload, capacity and department demand.
Other Duties and Partner Support
· Assisting with events, reporting, and stakeholder engagement related to Variety’s wider mission and partner organisations.
· Collaborating with internal and external teams to support strategic initiatives that align with the goals of the Access Interns Programme.
General Responsibilities
· Negotiate placements and work collaboratively with employers to ensure meaningful learning experiences for interns.
· Applying knowledge of disabilities, relevant laws (e.g. Equality Act 2010), and reasonable adjustments to ensure that both interns and employers receive the necessary support for a successful and inclusive internship experience
· Expand the programme’s employer network, targeting organisations in corporate sectors to enhance placement opportunities.

· To achieve the highest standards of safeguarding for the young people who complete a corporate internship by Variety by complying with all appropriate Policies and Procedures.

Following an organisational review, EMMS is creating a new Director of Fundraising role, separating fundraising and communications into two Director posts. EMMS is financially stable with healthy reserves, currently raising around £400,000 per year in fundraised income, plus a significant time-limited major donor gift ending in 2028.
The Director of Fundraising will:

Lead the development of a diverse, sustainable fundraising strategy across multiple income streams (trusts and foundations, major donors, individual giving, community, corporates, legacies).

Be hands-on in delivering this strategy, supported by an experienced Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy and a Stewardship Manager.

Manage and grow relationships with donors and stakeholders, meeting ambitious income targets.

Oversee budgets, forecasting and reporting, and contribute to organisational strategic and business planning.

Line manage fundraising staff, setting objectives/KPIs and supporting their development.

Sit on the Executive Leadership Team and play a proactive role in the wider management and development of the charity, including reporting to the CEO and attending some Board meetings.

About the role
We are looking for a Digital Innovation Lead to position us at the cutting-edge of digital, locally based storytelling about the climate transition.
Part of this role will be overseeing our approach to social media. But more than that, the successful candidate will bring their know-how and entrepreneurial flair to help us reimagine our digital storytelling on the climate transition.
From TikTok to hyper-local Facebook groups, from AI-powered analysis to multimedia experimentation, you will help the Exchange build a digital game that’s contemporary, sector-leading, ethical and true to both our mission and our USP as locally rooted, authentic, people-led storytellers.

The Digital Innovation Lead will deploy audience and platform insight, social listening, and restless creativity. Key responsibilities

Wiltshire & Swindon Community Foundation is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Donor Stewardship and Legacies to lead and grow our relationships with individual donors. This role will be central to developing a culture of philanthropy across Wiltshire and Swindon, contributing directly to the delivery of our 2025–2030 organisational strategy. The postholder will build strong, meaningful relationships with supporters, develop a compelling individual giving programme (including strengthening our Friends of the Foundation offer) and legacy programme This role requires a confident fundraiser with strong stewardship skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice.You will be familiar with developing mailed and emailed communications but also with building relationships both face to face and over the telephone with supporters, specifically with older supporters.

Our client is a leading Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Counselling training organisation and therapeutic services provider based in North London. They provide high quality, low-cost psychotherapy and counselling to children, young people, parents and families in over 35 schools and organisations in London and the South East as well as from their London-based therapeutic and training centre ‘The Bothy’. At an exciting time of change, the organisation are now looking to recruit a dynamic new Director of Services to oversee the efficient delivery and development of their therapeutic services.
As Director of Therapeutic Services you will be responsible for leading on the delivery, development and growth of the organisation's therapeutic services. You will oversee a small, tight-knit team (comprising of office staff, as well as a Clinical Lead and a School Liaison Coordinator), leading on administrative, marketing and budgeting for the entire service. You will update and implement policies across the organisation to meet standards in the field of therapeutic provision and mental health services. You will also liaise with external agencies, statutory and non-statutory organisations and schools, nurturing relationships, identifying new clients and securing new contracts in order to develop additional revenue streams and ensure the financial sustainability of the Centre.
To apply for this role you will be a supportive leader with significant experience of overseeing staff and service operations previously. You will have an awareness of children mental health services (CAMHS) and related settings such as education, social care, health, public sector, and will be confident working in partnership and building relationships with a variety of external agencies. You will have the ability to think strategically and creatively with a solutions-focused attitude and will have knowledge of safeguarding processes. A recognised child psychotherapy qualification with UKCP or ACP training organisation would be an advantage.

We are seeking a Communications and Content Editor to support our communications output across multiple channels, including production of the SLA’s flagship publication, The School Librarian. This new role will be pivotal to elevating our publication, and supporting strong narratives across our communications.This is a hands on role, with an opportunity to help shape our communications and TSL as we approach the SLA’s ninetieth year in 2027.
You will be an experienced editor and content creator. Creative and with a strong eye for detail, you will be confident in overseeing the publications process, alongside copy-editing, proofing and commissioning content and associated administration. You will enjoy opportunities to apply your creative skills to creating interesting and engaging content to support our outputs. As we develop new ways of working, your insight and ideas will help support new activity. You will be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and happy to get stuck in as needed. Areas of work include managing production of The School Librarian journal which publishes three times per year, developing a strong understanding of the TSL audience, its circulation and readership figures to inform content development and identify opportunities to attract new subscribers. You will also contribute to digital communication and content strategy across the organisation, helping to determine the best platforms or channels for a variety of content types. While leading on TSL, you will also support content creation for our newsletters, website and social media, working with the Publicity and Partnerships Manager to determine the most appropriate format for different stories, features or news items.
The salary for this position is £24, 324.32 per anum (based on FTE £30,000) for 30 hours per week, and comes with a 6% employer pension contribution.
