We are looking for a proactive, creative team player who has excellent knowledge and passion for working in the international development sector. About the role
As our Institutional Partnerships Manager, you will:

Proactively seek and secure high value funding from trusts and institutional donors worth over £1m per annum.

Lead development of high-quality proposals, coordinating input from other teams, including proposal writing, budget planning and contract management.

With the Head of Institutional Partnerships, proactively develop and maintain a high-quality pipeline, building strategic relationships with key organisations and funders.

Work closely with the Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Adviser, enabling teams and the Programmes team to develop efficient impact measurement and accountability mechanisms for proposed grants.

Coordinate due diligence processes, facilitate donor audits and external evaluations in collaboration with internal teams.

Drive the external profile of the Foundation by representing TRF in networks, forums, and project consortia.

About You
To be our Institutional Partnerships Manager, you will likely have:

Over 6 years’ experience of securing and managing grants valued at over £500,000 from institutional donors.

At least 6 years’ experience of working with institutional donors such as the FCDO, EC, USAID, US State Department, Multi-laterals, and trusts and foundations, in a fundraising and/or programme capacity.

Experience of delivering ambitious income targets and comfortable working in a performance

management culture.

Excellent research skills and market knowledge of leading funding organisations.

Fluent in English (verbal and written) and excellent writing skills.

About the Role

The UK Legal team works to ensure that safe routes exist for all people seeking asylum. The team specialises in providing free legal advice and representation to unaccompanied children and families seeking asylum in the UK.
The Head of UK Legal Team will be a UK-based qualified solicitor or barrister or OISC Level 3 accredited caseworker or IAAS Supervising Senior caseworker with experience of working within the UK in a legal capacity, specifically in the area of asylum, immigration and refugee family reunion.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a high performing team of immigration lawyers, casework supervisors, and caseworkers. This role leads Tinnitus UK's efforts in providing direct support to Tinnitus through multiple channels including telephone, and online. In addition liaises with regional support group leaders in the provision of support, face to face and locally. Given that Tinnitus UK is the only charity in the UIK to provide such services delivery of these services at the highest standard is essential and consequently enhances the reputation of the charity,
The position is responsible for the development of the strategic and annual plans associated with the provision of these support services, and has direct day to day responsibility for implementing them through multiple channels (helpline services, support group and volunteer programme, events) nationally in Tinnitus UK.
This role provides strategic oversight and management of the services portfolio (helpline services, support group and volunteer programme, events) nationally in Tinnitus UK. Tommy's are a mid-sized charity and lead the way in their field. Established in 1992, their mission is to work towards making the UK the safest place in the world to give birth. They do this through research the causes of baby loss, providing information to make pregnancy safer, supporting families after baby loss and working to improve maternity care.

As the person flying the Data flag in the world of Tommy's, you will take accountability for maintaining, upgrading, and developing their fundraising database so that they can improve their donors' experience and communicate effectively with them. You will lead a team of two Database Officers and coach them to becoming a highly effective team.
As part of the role, you will develop strong relationships within the Fundraising team, helping to understand their needs. You will also develop and establish organisational ways of working with the database, including leading on training staff and developing a user manual to highlight good practice. As the data champion, you will be the main point of contact for data, reporting and analysis queries internally, delegating to the Database Officer as appropriate.
