Do you have experience creating email campaigns and digital communications that bring customer journeys to life? Want to help shape the future of customer engagement at British Heart Foundation?
We're recruiting a Digital Journeys Senior Executives on 12-month fixed-term contracts to support one of our biggest digital transformation programmes.

Experience with Adobe Campaign or Adobe Journey Optimizer would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in candidates with experience using platforms such as Dotdigital, Salesforce or Braze who are excited to develop their Adobe expertise.
You'll be confident translating briefs and requirements into live journey builds, using performance insight to identify improvements and working collaboratively with stakeholders across digital, data, technology and marketing teams.
