The Academy Learning Designer will support the development, delivery, and maintenance of Academy face-to-face and online content.
As a member of the Academy team, you will work closely with the Academy Programme Lead to build and maintain a portfolio of content and resources that are accessible and appropriate for rehoming organisations/individuals located in the UK and around the world.
With skills in best practice pedagogy, and experience applying that across blended learning programmes, the role holder will have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate and manage relationships with Subject Matter Experts within and outside of Battersea

Main Areas Of Responsibility:
- Deliver wrap-around intensive, trauma informed support to people with multiple and complex issues within their own independent tenancies.
- Maintain accurate up to date records of progress against individual support plans, safety plans and outcome information.
- Liaise with other agencies to facilitate access to support.
- Regularly review the person-centred support plan to update, record and monitor progress of caseload.
- Build and maintain networks with staff from other stakeholders building support around eacjh of our housing first residents.

Location: This role requires weekly attendance at Scope Leeds office (3 Brewery Wharf, Leeds, LS10 1JF) with the remaining days worked remotely.
The working pattern for this role will be agreed and will be varied over shift patterns between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and to include some Saturday working 10am to 6pm.
The role
We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to prioritise their own workload whilst advising Scope’s helpline customers. To provide support to helpline customers, supporters and donors and Scope enquiry customers.
In this role, you will:
· Provide consistent high-quality responses to enquiries received at Scope’s Helpline via telephone, email, live chat, our online community, and social networking channels, within set turnaround times.
· Ensure that customers feel valued and are provided with information that is tailored to meet individual need, is accurate, up to date and accessible to them.
· Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and empathetic manner.
· Continually update your knowledge around disability issues and to share learning across the team, to offer an expert service to Scope’s customers.
· Identify the correct person/department and efficiently transfer calls internally when customers ring with general enquiries.
· Ensure that details of all enquiries are logged accurately on the customer database in a timely manner and that quality data and information is maintained.

About the role
We are looking for an exceptional individual fundraiser to join the Philanthropy team at King’s College London, leading on fundraising for the Faculty of Social Science and Public Policy.
This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major gift prospects, securing and stewarding significant philanthropic gifts at the £50k to £5 million gift level, supporting senior stakeholders with their fundraising efforts, and championing the work and priorities of King’s and the Faculty.
The team will play a crucial role in the delivery of the University’s ambition to significantly scale philanthropic income for faculties, as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029.
We will build on our already successful fundraising to achieve ambitious new goals for philanthropy – creating strong partnerships across campus and with donors, to realise shared priorities and deliver strategic impact.
