You’ll also work closely with University Estates, Campus Services, elected officers, and SU leadership to ensure the venue continues to evolve in line with student needs and organisational strategy.
As the designated Premises Supervisor, you’ll ensure full compliance with the Licensing Act 2003, conduct regular risk assessments, and lead staff training on health and safety and emergency protocols.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused administrator to support anaesthetists throughout their training journey, from entry into specialty training through to the award of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). Report to: Head of Food Distribution and Volunteering
Responsible for: Leading the food distribution service and quality assurance at Hackney Foodbank’s allocated Food Distribution Centres located across the borough of Hackney. This includes ensuring all our visitors have a positive experience when collecting their food parcels and are signposted to other provisions appropriately; being responsible for directing the volunteers; Overseeing Health and Safety, and promoting best practice at each centre. This role will also involve administrative tasks, organising and carrying out home deliveries for visitors, inputting data on visitors’ journeys accurately into a database, driving the Hackney Giving Van or a Luton van to the various Distribution Centres.
Part-time: 25 hours per week, some evening work is required

The role
The Domestic Abuse Team Service Manager will act as a lead professional for Talk, Listen, Change in Manchester and Greater Manchester. This role will be to lead a diverse team of Adult / Children & Young People’s Practitioners to continue the development of a range of domestic abuse services including those focused on prevention, early intervention, behaviour change, services for victims, perpetrators and children and young people. Additionally, the role will involve building key relationships with partner agencies, local authorities and commissioners and managing contracts.
Services include:
Direct Line Management: 6 to 12 staff, including team leads.

You will be a passionate advocate for the role of perpetrator, Victim survivors and Children’s and Young People’s interventions. You will also have extensive knowledge of Safeguarding and experience of managing Safeguarding issues. Provide strong, inspirational leadership and management of all services including the provision of all line management duties for direct reports (regular one-to-ones, performance appraisals, team meetings, sickness and performance management).

The role of Technical Specialist, Partnerships & Organisational Development, Arctic, offers the opportunity to help shape a new, community-led Arctic Initiative from its earliest phase. Unlike established projects with predefined workplans, the focus at this stage is on listening, relationship-building, scoping and co-design. You will work directly with partner organisations in Norway and Greenland to understand local priorities, capacity needs, barriers and aspirations, and to help translate these insights into early programme strategies, pilot activities and locally-led pathways for action.
You will play a key role in developing and supporting partnerships with Indigenous-led and locally led organisations working on the stewardship of Arctic marine and coastal ecosystems. Working closely with the Arctic Initiative Lead, you will help partners identify and address organisational priorities, coordinating tailored organisational development, mentoring and technical support that strengthens their ability to deliver locally led conservation. You will also help connect partners with wider expertise, funding opportunities and networks, ensuring Fauna & Flora’s support complements existing initiatives and responds to partner-defined priorities. As part of a small and nimble core team, you will help ensure development of the Arctic Initiative remains grounded in partner perspectives while connecting local priorities with wider regional and international opportunities. The role requires curiosity, cultural sensitivity, practical problem-solving, and confidence working in situations where direction is still being shaped.
You will bring to the role strong capacity-building, organisational development and mentoring skills, along with significant experience tailoring your support to different contexts and needs. You will be an excellent relationship-builder, able to establish trust, listen deeply, and work with humility across diverse cultures and perspectives. With excellent facilitation skills, you will confidently lead workshops, structured conversations, and consensus-building activities. You will demonstrate sound judgement and effective problem-solving, backed by effective organisational and time-management skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and additional Arctic-relevant language skills, such as Greenlandic (Kalaallisut), North Sámi, or Norwegian, would be an advantage.
