We are looking for a Prevention and Intervention Programme Manager to line manage the Advisors (Sexual Violence Liaison Officers) and be responsible for an SVLO programme to support students who have experienced sexual violence, sexual harassment, gender-based violence and/or domestic abuse at any point in their lives. The Programme Manager will need to work closely with the Advice Service Manager to support the Specialist Advisors in working alongside the generalist advice provision. The Programme Manager will oversee the Active Bystander Programme as well as the expansion of new and existing programmes, including developing personalised packages for departments and an attractive offer for external partner organisations. 

Have you got demonstrable experience of working with individuals who have experienced one or more of the following: sexual violence, harassment, gender-based violence or domestic abuse? Have you got an understanding of the impact of sexual violence and sexual harassment on survivors, and how to support them with a trauma informed approach? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance & Administrative Officer to join a friendly and collaborative organisation on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a varied role that combines finance, payroll, and administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions in a small, supportive team environment.

The Impact and Evaluation Manager plays a key role in ensuring (FELIX) can robustly measure, evaluate and communicate the social and environmental impact of its work. The role supports an evidence-based culture across the organisation, embedding evaluation and learning into service development and delivery.

Working with colleagues across (FELIX) and its network, you will lead qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation projects, generating insights that inform service improvement, fundraising and public affairs. You will ensure that impact evidence is translated into clear, engaging outputs for internal and external audiences, helping to build compelling narratives about the difference FareShare makes. Ultimately, this work supports FareShare’s mission to deliver more food to charities and community groups across the UK.
 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Lead the development and ongoing refinement of FareShare’s Theory of Change and Impact & Evaluation frameworks, ensuring they remain relevant and are embedded in impact measurement and evaluation activity

• Design and deliver impact measurement tools and evaluation projects that generate robust evidence on [Felix’s] social and environmental impact, including surveys, research studies and external evaluations.

• Analyse and interpret impact data and research findings, producing clear, accessible reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders, including producing the Annual Impact Report and Internal Stats House.

• Work collaboratively across FareShare teams and with Regional Partners to implement impact measurement approaches, support evidence-informed decision making, and strengthen the organisation’s approach to measuring and communicating impact.

You will work in police custody assessing, advising and referring offenders, providing them the opportunity to access treatment to address their substance use.  You will work alongside the Probation service to assess people attending court to complete assessments for court outcomes for positive change.

You will be responsible for delivering all elements of substance use work including assertive engagement, harm reduction support, as well as other associated duties. You need to have an understanding of the issues faced by people who use drugs and alcohol, and who commit crime, and be dedicated to delivering a service that supports these individuals to make positive changes to their behaviour, health and well-being.

We are recruiting a part-time, multilingual counsellor to provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapeutic support to young people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness, with a particular focus on refugees and people seeking asylum. This includes delivering one to one counselling, group therapy, and therapeutic workshops within a busy day centre setting.

You will be passionate about providing culturally competent therapy with a strong understanding of the mental health needs of marginalised communities, particularly refugees and people seeking asylum. You will have fluency in one or more languages commonly spoken by refugee communities, which is essential to this role.

You will be confident working with complex trauma, comfortable in a dynamic, community-based environment, and committed to creating accessible and affirming therapeutic spaces for young people who may have experienced significant barriers to support.

Key details: 

• Contract type and hours: The role is part-time. The post holder will be required to work 21 hours across three 3 days per week. The exact working pattern will be determined following interview. Some work over the Christmas period will be required.

• Salary: The starting salary for role is: £31,200.00 (pro-rata).

As our Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Partnership Management team of six to deliver partnership excellence and work closely with teams including Communications, Global Policy and Campaigns and Country Programme Offices to drive sustainable change.

In this role, you will:

• Effectively lead, manage and motivate the Partnership Management team to deliver partnership excellence.
• Coach and support the team to maximise partnership opportunities as well as resolve complex issues.

Requirements

To be successful, you will need:

• A proven track record managing a variety of strategic, high value (6 figure) Corporate Partnerships that deliver shared value
• Experience of leading, managing and motivating others and driving change

• Ability to build relationships, network with, and influence, senior people both internally and externally

Although not essential, we’d prefer you to have:

• Experience of working in an NGO corporate fundraising environment
• Experience of managing at least three team members
