The role

- Manage daily office operations, post, security and maintenance
- Lead on Health & Safety compliance, including for home-workers
- Support DSE assessments and reasonable adjustments
- Maintain clear office processes and business continuity plans
- Support the upkeep of a small portfolio of non-office properties and liaise with tenants
- Lead the charity’s Green (Environmental) Team
- Line manage the Office Administrator
- Manage office and property budgets
You’ll bring:
- Experience in office management
- Knowledge of facilities or property management (or ability to learn quickly)
- Strong Health & Safety understanding and experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

The Regular Giving and Legacy Giving team will play a pivotal role in bringing about a step-change in regular, mid-value and legacy donations to the University.
You will oversee and implement the overall strategy and supporter journey for alumni and donors primarily through direct mail, telephone, email and social media.
After an internal promotion, an exciting role has arisen with opportunities for the postholder to oversee an award-winning acquisition campaign, a brand-new mid-value programme and a successful legacy marketing programme. You will be instrumental in building collaboration with the Alumni Engagement team to promote philanthropy and take alumni on a journey to their first gift.
This position is based in West London (Central Line) offering a hybrid working pattern of mostly 2 days a week which are Tuesdays and Thursdays, with some requirements to come in 3 days per week when needed.
