Fundraising & Business Development
Work with fundraising and business development teams to design high‑quality, feminist, decolonial programme proposals.
Review and advise on funding opportunities to advance women’s protection priorities.
Engage donors through events, briefings and thought leadership to raise the visibility of ActionAid’s women’s protection work.

Draft policy briefs, research outputs and influencing materials with an intersectional feminist approach.
Represent ActionAid UK in national and international forums, working closely with ActionAid International and advocacy colleagues.
Provide technical insight to inform engagement with government, FCDO and other policy stakeholders.
Knowledge Sharing & Learning
Strengthen cross‑Federation learning on women’s protection, including through the Protection Networks.
