In the role of Business Administrator, you will support two branches of the Professional Development function: the Projects Team and the Apprenticeship Provider. You will play a critical role in ensuring the effective coordination and administration of Group-wide professional development. The ability to adapt and manage competing priorities is therefore essential.

The successful candidate will:

· Manage cohort recruitment and application processing for various programmes.

· Record programme participant and apprentice data with high levels of accuracy.

· Manage the apprenticeship e-Portfolio system.

· Coordinate programme and conference events, including sourcing and booking venues, arranging catering, and communicating arrangements to participants.

· Track participant attendance and monitor programme.

· Track apprentices’ destinations and report on their progress and outcomes.

· Coordinate internal communications by collaborating with colleagues on content.

· Edit video content to share with programme participants.

· Act as a central point of contact for general enquiries from programme participants, apprentices, and school leaders.

· Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

· Process invoices, schedule meetings, prepare meeting papers and take meeting minutes.

· Provide diary management and travel coordination support to the Director of Professional Development.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Wales team as an Administrator. This is an exciting role for someone who is self-motivated, well-organised and able to work with minimum supervision to support the Wales UK Delivery team by providing high-quality, efficient and effective administrative support to meet the needs of an agile and flexible workforce.

You will be supporting the Programme and Partnerships Manager for Wales, managing routine and minor projects and activities, maintaining key documents in accordance with legal requirements and good practice.

As the first point of contact in the UK Delivery team, you will provide a customer-centered welcome and focus. You will provide administrative support as required, typically with finance administration and in researching and booking event venues, raising purchase orders and ensuring events can run smoothly.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the TCV Sussex team to expand and develop our Health Walks offer as part of our new Green Gateways social prescribing project.

East Sussex Health Walks is a long running county-wide scheme of weekly one hour walks led by trained community volunteers. Last year we had nearly 20,000 walking engagements and we want to build on this. This post is for a Health Walk Coordinator to coordinate and develop the programme to help even more people to improve their health and wellbeing with regular, manageable exercise.

You will be coordinating the existing programme of Health Walks (approximately 25 per week) and managing the large group of Volunteer Health Walk Leaders (currently about 100). You will be responsible for recruiting and training new volunteers and developing new Health Walks to meet the funder's targets, including liaising with local partners, mapping, risk assessing and planning.

There will be ongoing marketing and publicity needs, as well as regular internal comms with volunteers to make sure they feel supported and valued and to reinforce and role model TCV best practise for safe, inclusive and supportive activities.
You will also be responsible for general project running tasks such as purchasing, scheme admin, report writing, attending events, liaising with funders & partners, meeting targets and deadlines.

The post is currently funded until October 2025. It is full-time (35 hours per week) and based in the TCV office in Hastings but covers the whole county. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE SLT

The Parish Administrator & Events Co-Ordinator is a key person in the life of St Peter’s who works closely with the Vicar, Treasurer, Director of Music, Churchwardens, PCC, regular volunteers and the wider community of De Beauvoir Town. This role is both administrative and a key personal contact for the many individuals and groups in the life of St Peter’s.

The role

As Forward Action’s Partnerships Officer, you’ll support the Partnerships Director to build and maintain strong relationships with our partners, so we can help them achieve change on everything from climate change to refugee rights. 

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage the administration side of our partnerships, from initial contact and briefing, through proposal management, all the way to issuing contracts and drafting scopes. In Norfolk we have provided housing advice for over 25 years, with offices in Norwich and Kings Lynn as well as Court Desks in Norwich, Kings Lynn and Great Yarmouth County Courts. We work within communities to understand and respond to the housing issues they have and work in partnership to deliver our priorities: supporting people with additional needs, combatting discrimination and disrepair in the private rented sector and fair access to and delivery of social housing throughout Norfolk.

You will be the first point of contact for in-person and telephone callers to the service which involves taking client details, providing information and working with advisers to direct enquiries to the right people. The ability to work remotely as required and also support and supervise others using remote systems is essential to this role. Remote working systems rely significantly on the use of IT over a range of applications so a positive and creative approach to digital services and systems is essential. 

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and you will be responsible for the smooth running of the administration of the organisation. 

We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills and excellent computer skills, who is an effective communicator with experience of building relationships at all levels. You must also have experience of managing a diverse workload, and have strong planning and organisational skills.
