Events Administrator
We are seeking an organised, dynamic, and flexible administrator to support our extensive events calendar. This includes large assemblies, forums, and training sessions. The post-holder will maintain accurate attendance records on the database and maintain membership details. They will collaborate closely with staff across teams to ensure that all aspects of organising events are covered from the planning to evaluation stage.
The successful candidate will be very IT savvy with high levels of literacy. They will have solid experience of providing effective administrative support to a range of people and functions within an organisation, as well as experience of planning and administering a range of training activities and network meetings. The Integrations & Imports Team manage a wide range of data sources which feed into our CRM (currently The Raiser’s Edge). We also help to ensure data quality pre- and post-import as well as resolving causes of errors.
About the Role
The Integrations & Imports Team handles large volumes of incoming supporter data which is vital for our fundraising, campaigning, and volunteering activities. Due to internal opportunities, we are seeking a fixed term Senior Imports Officer to work in a very varied role to:
- Help the Team ensure seamless and timely delivery of high-quality data
- Spot and fix data problems
- Help check and clean data
- Maintain existing and develop new imports as required
- Work with and support colleagues within the Team and in other stakeholder teams across Crisis

About the role
Across the UK, over 400 organisations refer women for a Smart Works appointment, including job centres, refuges, prisons, working programme providers and other charities. The team in each centre supports clients to access their appointment.

You will provide support to our Cost-of-Living Crisis Clinic Consultant to co-ordinate the efficient service delivery of our busy Cost-of-Living Crisis Clinics, used by clients who need assistance to make successful applications for: welfare benefits; social housing; lower utility and broadband tariffs; and crisis and general grants. Responsibility for our legal appeals representation service, including:

This is a new role for the Circuit, replacing a volunteer. In designing the position, the Circuit has aimed for maximum flexibility to secure the best candidate for the role. Initially, the person will need physically to attend some meetings to familiarise themselves with the Circuit's operations and ensure a smooth hand-over. For the right person, though, there will be considerable flexibility about how the duties are fulfilled in the longer-term. It is specifically expected that the role will allow for flexible scheduling to accommodate other responsibilities, including caring.
The Richmond & Hounslow Circuit comprises seven churches in southwest London. As with all Methodist circuits, these churches function autonomously yet collaborate closely in their ministry and mission efforts. The Circuit oversees joint resources, including staff and property. Presently, it employs four full-time ordained ministers, one full-time lay pastor, and a part-time administrator. As a part of the Methodist Church, its mission is “to respond to the gospel of God’s love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission”. To fulfil this mission, the Circuit fosters a broad spectrum of ministry within its congregations, focusing on worship but also engaging in outreach to the homeless, asylum seekers, new parents, and various other groups. - To participate in the provision of news and the production of the Carers newsletter
- To collaborate with other Bromley Well partners, including Mencap/MIND etc. to ensure effective appropriate referral pathways for quality service provision.
- To abide by and take part in the development and review of policy and procedure for the Carers pathway.
- At all times to maintain the professional integrity and reputation of the Charity and represent their main interests in any dealings with other bodies, groups and individuals.
- Attend staff meetings, supervision and organisational events as required.
- Collect case studies to help demonstrate AGE UK Bromley and Greenwich’s Adult Carers Support service’s impact.
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the purpose and remit of the post.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Mind CHWF to join our Facilities team as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.
As a crucial part of the Facilities team, you will be the face of the organisation welcoming clients, visitors and fellow staff members, ensuring that the central reception function, including facilities runs smoothly. You will be responsible for telephone calls to the main reception, ensuring call are answered in an efficient and polite manner and messages are relayed. You will also provide effective administrative and facilities support whilst making sure that the reception area is the optimal working environment for all.
