- Manage standard letters / generic forms / I&R assessments as required, delivering a robust support service across the wider housing team.
- Create new and amend existing third-party details and ensure the accuracy of recorded information
- Liaise with utility suppliers, Local Authorities, customers and colleagues to ensure accuracy of data, including meter readings, void and occupancy date for council tax.
- Provide supporting information to clarify property status and request amended accounts to reflect this.
- Where necessary, investigate and respond to enquiries, including account queries, this may include enquiries from contractors, suppliers and other third parties.
- Challenge where necessary, to ensure value for money and quality of service from suppliers.
- Manage meter move requests and arrange prompt payment whilst liaising with all involved parties.
- Take responsibility for the day to day processing of payments across the Business team to include all departmental accounting functions in relation to works orders, purchase and framework orders, credit notes and invoices across charity and administrative company accounts, with particular focus to void costs, within required timeframes and in line with Service Level Agreements.
- Produce data uploads for finance transactions, ensuring accuracy of data and sign off completed data.
- Working collaboratively alongside our Finance and Resources partners to ensure prompt payment and when required, investigate queries that arise.
- Escalate issues and problems to managers when necessary to ensure payments are made on time, thus avoiding late payment fees and charges.
- Where necessary, engage with suppliers, contractors and customers ensuring that information is clear, concise and understood to achieve resolution.
- Support the management of the legacy mortgage scheme, supporting the Business Services Team Leader and Business Administration Officer (Mortgages), providing clarity and support on a range of queries and tasks.
- Manage quinquennial inspections in line with stakeholder agreements, refunding customers and producing monthly update reports.
- Develop knowledge and skills on mortgage redemptions, working closely with solicitors and customers to progress and complete sales and redemptions promptly.
- To ensure that data held in QL / SAP is complete, accurate and reliable through regular assessment of data using analysis and cleansing where necessary and to take personal responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of data and recorded information across all business streams.
- Produce stakeholder reports, business reports and information to enable transparency across the business, in line with agreements and compliance.
- Data management and entry for key information relating to insurance revaluations, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure insurance values are periodically reviewed.
- Produce and take responsibility for mail-merge data to enable communication to customers and stakeholders as and when required.
- Provide administrative support services to the business team whilst maintaining effective internal communication across all teams to ensure information is shared and understood.

We’re a small charity that brings communities together to create cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural neighbourhoods by tackling the litter problems where they live. Tutor The Nation (TTN) is looking for a new team member to lead their school partnerships and help grow our rapidly expanding charity. We are looking for someone who can manage our relationships with schools, overseeing the matching process of our pupils and volunteer tutors, as well as supporting other aspects of the day to day running of the charity.

Tutor The Nation is making education fairer, one tutoring session at a time.
This role will work closely with the Head of Support Services supporting our volunteers and wider community through a range of services and events.
You’ll work with our incredible volunteers to support others living with conditions and raise awareness and understanding of our work. You will recruit and support people to engage in volunteering in the way that best suits them.
Alongside this you will undertake administrative work to ensure the smooth running of Support Services, and deliver our flagship in person events.

Role Description
Volunteers
o Working with the CEO and Head of Support Services develop and deliver the Volunteering Strategy for the organisation.
o Work to significantly increase the inclusivity of volunteers and the work done by volunteers.
o Oversee the recruitment of volunteers and ensure appropriate induction in collaboration with relevant staff.
o Deliver mandatory initial and ongoing training for volunteers.
o Working with colleagues, produce and keep up-to-date policies, processes and forms, ensuring volunteers understand and use these resources.
o Provide day-to-day support to volunteers, working closely with the Head of Support Services.
o Manage all volunteer programme communications in collaboration with the Communications Officer including: ebulletins, website, social media and print materials.

o Provide specific support for volunteering roles including;
Helpline and Telephone Buddies
o Support the transition of the helpline to a new scheme such as our telephone buddy scheme

Local Support Groups

o Support Office volunteers in their day to day work, being the first point of contact and allocating tasks.

Support Service Coordination
o Ensure the CRM system is up to date with all Support Services information.

o Ensure accurate record of all research and surveys we are asked to engage in and follow up on outcomes of that research.
o Undertake any small administrative duties as required.
o Where required, provide support in managing the helpline emails.
Support Services Events
o Lead on the development and delivery of three one day conference style events annually. These will be held throughout the UK and will offer panel discussions and networking for our community.
o In partnership with the wider team, occasionally represent The Foundation by running information stands, coordinating volunteers and preparing information for external events such as industry conferences.
o Where appropriate attend and present at external meetings.
o Support the management and delivery of the portfolio of online and in person events delivered by the Pituitary Foundation in conjunction with the wider team.
Administration
You will support the whole organisation with a range of administrative tasks which will include:
· Completing minutes for key meetings.
· Processing of Expenses on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team.
· Arranging room bookings both internally and externally.
· Support with co-ordinating organisation wide meetings i.e., monthly staff meetings, away days, including booking venues and arranging catering.
· Supporting with governance committee cycles, preparing documents and reports as required.
· Support with the administration of our grants programme, including preparing and issues letter to grant applicants as instructed, updating and maintaining grant budget spreadsheets.

You will work on time limited ad hoc projects, which could include:

Cover Support
You will provide cover on the front of desks of both our sites: Cancer Support Centre, Northumberland Road and our Charity Hub, Whitham Road which will include:
· Meeting and greeting visitors including supporters and patients and acting as their first point of contact for any queries.
· Dealing with telephone, email and postal enquiries across the organisation
· During cover period, you may be required to open and close the patient spaces, as part of a wider team rota.
· Booking in and logging patients onto the relevant records and databases to provide accurate data.
· Sending appointment reminder calls/texts/letters to clients as required
· Co-ordinating the Transport service, including supporting and co-ordinating the volunteer drivers.
· Managing the consumables within this patient space and ordering replacement stock as and when required.

Duties and key responsibilities:
Office Maintenance
- Oversee the general maintenance of the office.

Duties will include:

What the job involves
We’re looking an Events and Community Fundraising Coordinator to join our high performing Events and Community Team. The team are driven to maximise opportunities, we aim to reach ambitious targets and provide an excellent supporter experience.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and diligent Membership and Engagement Coordinator to lead on the administrative support for our members and the wider Engagement team. The post holder will be responsible for providing a seamless experience for members wanting to join the ESU or for those renewing their membership. The Membership and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for developing relationships with members and branch chairs, finding ways to involve members in the work of the ESU and maintaining oversight of the organisation’s CRM. The post holder will also help support the ESU’s events and international work.
Responsibilities:
· Support the Membership Manager to implement a new recruitment strategy to grow ESU membership in agreed target audiences
· Work with the Membership Manager to ensure a straightforward renewals process, this includes sending email and postal renewal communications, updating lapsed memberships and taking credit and debit card payments.
· Ensure membership records on the CRM are accurate and up-to-date.
· Assemble and dispatch Welcome Packs to new members.
· Act as the first point of contact for current and prospective members and assist with their queries.
· Assist with the production of monthly membership statistics and reports.
· Ensure the ESU has robust and clearly documented membership processes and make suggestions to enhance and resolve issues that arise.
· Maintain records of international ESUs and support the Director of Global Engagement with sending communications to this group.
· Liaise with branch chairs to support their requirements and provide details on membership statuses for their branch members.

· An understanding of the nature and importance of the ESU’s charitable work within educational and wider contexts and a strong commitment to increasing the impact of the organisation’s work
