You will join us working 35 hours per week for a period of 6 months and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £53,353 per annum plus excellent benefits.

The Data team, based in the Marketing & Income Generation directorate, focuses on data processing, data selections and data analysis. The Data team has grown over the last couple of years due to significant charity growth. The Data Team sits within the newly formed Income Generation Operations team however the data team provides a service to the whole of the Marketing & Income Generation directorate as well as other parts of the organisation.
Responsibilities of our Lead Data & Analytics Manager:
As Lead Data & Analytics Manager, you will support the Head of Data & Analytics in providing the Marketing & Income Generation directorate with the data services required to attain its 10-year strategy by delivering an exceptional and reliable centralized support function across data operations and analytics. You will lead a high performing and specialised Data & Analytics team responsible for developing, maintaining and utilising supporter information systems that adhere to sector-wide best practice and legal requirements as well as ensuring analytics are at the heart of the fundraising decision making.
What we’re looking for in our Lead Data & Analytics Manager:
- Experience of building and leading a high performing and technical Data & Analytics team
- Proven track record of driving key data transformation projects
- Proven experience of developing data systems and processes to increase efficiencies
- Managing external suppliers, including contract management and supplier tendering process
- Excellent understanding of fundraising data operations (including income and data processing and data selections), analytics and compliance

Alzheimer’s Society Local Services teams provide exceptional information, advice and guidance for people affected by dementia. As a Regional Manager, you will be home based, leading and inspiring geographically dispersed teams, whilst working as part of a wider Area Management Team.

About the role
As the Director for London, you will be accountable to the Chief Operating Officer for the overall strategic direction and performance of the charity in London, contributing to Sustrans-wide strategic development, as a member of Sustrans’ senior leadership team.
Managing 4 direct reports from multi-disciplinary teams across the city, you will manage resources, providing effective, positive leadership to the heads of teams, in order to deliver Sustrans’ strategy and business plan priorities and initiatives across London.

About you

The Role:
The Chief Officer will lead and manage Citizens Advice St Helens (CASH) while developing and implementing strategic and operational plans. SPANA - The Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad is the global charity for working animals in low-income countries. Since 1923, we have supported the welfare of working animals, including donkeys, horses, camels and elephants, in communities that depend on working animals for water, transport, agriculture and their very survival. Today, we support working animals across 26 countries, through a series of global projects and partnerships.
This role will be a part of the Global Programmes team, working alongside colleagues responsible for Education & Social Behaviour Change Communication, and Programme Quality and Delivery. The succesful candidate will liaise with colleagues in the Global Resources, Global Fundraising, Marketing, and Communication departments, and in support of our colleagues across the majority world. The role will report to the Director of Global Programmes, and directly oversee three Technical Animal Health & Welfare Advisors.
You will be responsible for delivering SPANA’s technical animal health and welfare work, relatedly, against the 2023-2027 SPANA strategy and its key performance indicators. Your work will be supported by a nascent external animal health and welfare advisory panel, as well as that of your direct reports. You will be responsible for representing the organisation in relevant fora, amongst other responsibilities as required.

Strategy

Advocacy, Policy and Representation
- Collaborating with coalitions, external working groups and stakeholders, advising on and coordinating SPANA’s contribution to these groups, chairing where relevant and reporting back to relevant teams in SPANA.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure technical input is included in all external advocacy work as and where needed;
- At a global level, build effective relationships with key stakeholders in the animal welfare sectors, such as WOAH, AUiBAR, and FAO etc;
- Represent our work to supporters, influencers, key stakeholders and partners.
About You
Training and Qualifications
Essential
- Qualified Veterinarian MRCVS a minimum of 12 years of veterinary experience.
- Clinical experience in mixed or large animal practice.
Desirable
- Further qualifications in the areas of animal welfare, herd health, surveillance, preventive medicine, epidemiology or One Health is highly desirable
- Further qualifications or proven experience in project management and/or leadership.
Experience
- Experience of working or living in low-income countries
- Experience working in the animal welfare, humanitarian and/or development NGO sector.
- Experience of developing, monitoring and/or auditing technical standards in veterinary medicine is highly desirable.
- Experience of working with governmental, animal health or agricultural organisations is desirable
- Experience of communicating and working with international stakeholder groups collaboratively.
- Experience with participatory or community-led interventions for animal or public health.
- Strong interest in One Health concepts and community-level interventions.
- Good understanding of the role and socioeconomic importance of working animals in low-income communities.

- Ability to think holistically and apply technical knowledge within a One Health framework

The Role
You will be part of a large, creative, and highly skilled group of colleagues in the Department of Mission and Ministry. Together we work to enable the growth of the local church and to support work across the whole diocese in five key areas: discipleship and social justice, children, young people and families, formation for ministry, new congregations, and vocations to ordained and lay ministry.
About You
Open to lay and ordained candidates, you will have experience in consultancy and facilitation with groups and individuals along with the gift of listening and asking good questions. The Organisation
The Diocese is the administrative area of the Church, broadly speaking, covers the three counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. There are 815 churches in the Diocese – more than any other diocese in the Church of England. So, in many ways the best description is that it is the family of the 55,000 or so regular worshippers in these churches.

Breck Foundation is at the forefront of efforts to safeguard children and young people online. Our organisation was founded in 2014 in response to the tragic loss of Breck Bednar, a 14-year-old boy who was groomed and murdered by someone he met online. Our work aims to prevent this from ever happening again. Our work saves lives. We reach thousands of children and young people in schools and other community settings with Breck's story every year. Our talks and educational materials fill a gap in the current UK curriculum that otherwise leaves children vulnerable to online grooming and exploitation. With 98% of young people now active internet users, current and future generations grow up having to navigate new and evolving digital dangers. We are committed to making the internet a place where children can live, play, and thrive in safety. We are helping young people reclaim the internet.
Training: All necessary training will be provided, and time spent in training will be compensated.

• Research speaking opportunities and engage/build sustainable relationships with schools and other youth spaces with the aim of securing speaking engagements (known as bookings).
• Work with the Breck Foundation team to set up all new speaking engagements and ensure set communication processes are met and all calendar entries completed.

Now, nearly half of them are - or recently have been - sleeping rough and with the numbers of young rough sleepers in the capital growing at an alarming rate, New Horizon Youth Centre has had to take decisive action to unlock support and housing for this group. The Head of Services - Rough Sleeping is a brand-new role for the organisation and will lead on developing a new internal strategy for young people facing rough sleeping, as well as holding operational oversight of our established youth-specific street outreach function and emergency accommodation hub, both of which are unique in London. You will need to be strategic in approach and an excellent relationship builder. You will act as our lead colleague on relationships with the Greater London Authority and London Councils’ rough sleeping teams, working with them to ensure our learning and insights inform policy and ultimately open up access to emergency support for those under 25. Alongside this you will need a keen eye for operational detail, have experience of delivering homelessness services, and be passionate about piloting new solutions to prevent homelessness among young people.
