Job Purpose

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the effective delivery of the Creating Community Connections Pilot, ensuring the successful delivery of the pilot project, balancing the demands of supporting the various partnerships between funders, providers, and stakeholders to collectively deliver the required impact and ensure contract compliance.

Creating Community Connections is a three-year Domestic Abuse (DA) pilot Project, funded by HMPPS. The project is led by a partnership of women’s centre providers - Women in Prison, Anawim, Together Women, and Nelson Trust and aims to connect women in prisons with vital specialist community support services across the country, especially women's centres and organisations providing support around DA. By connecting prisons and women in custody to a network of local women’s services, we hope to aid resettlement and support engagement with holistic support to meet women’s needs, address root causes of offending, improve outcomes on release and intercept cycles of trauma, disadvantage, and abuse, with a particular focus on DA services. The project will ultimately support women who have experienced domestic abuse and work with them so that their experiences do not negatively influence their opportunity of successful resettlement back into the community.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. To lead and take accountability for the delivery of the Creating Community Connections (CCC) project.
2. To actively engage with funders, stakeholders, delivery partners and the internal team(s), to build a solid understanding of the CCC Project.
3. Provide effective leadership to direct reports, fostering a positive, supportive and collaborative team culture.
4. To have oversight on a cross-organisational basis of leading practice in project management methodologies, tools and techniques advising teams and colleagues on suitable approaches to ensure the effective delivery of a range of diverse projects and programmes.

Purpose 

As Digital Content Manager, you will oversee and develop LabMed’s digital content across multiple platforms. This role offers a chance to apply your skills to make a tangible impact on healthcare and laboratory medicine, driving engagement and innovation in a meaningful field. 

You’ll lead our content strategy to grow engagement with key audiences, implement creative solutions to build our online presence, and explore new opportunities for revenue generation. You’ll also support LabMed’s core values of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation while managing a small team. 

You will work closely with the Chief Executive, membership volunteers, editorial boards, and the staff team to create impactful content that informs, inspires, and supports our diverse audiences.

Responsibilities 

• Lead the development and implementation of a content strategy to grow audience engagement through the Association’s website, e-newsletter and LabMed News (our member magazine). 
• Manage and innovate the content on Lab Tests Online (our patient-facing site) including supporting the Editor with editorial and review processes. 
• Liaise with editorial boards to ensure our digital content remains insightful and  relevant. 
• Commission, edit, and deliver high-quality content in partnership with editors, contributors, and topic experts. 
• Support the Publications and Communications Committee to ensure consistent quality and alignment with organisational goals. 
• Explore and implement opportunities for revenue generation through advertising and paid content. 
• Produce the Association’s Annual Report and contribute to business planning in collaboration with boards and teams. 
• Supervise the Marketing and Communications Officer, providing clear direction and support.
• Champion Labmed values of inclusion by supporting diverse editorial boards across our publishing programme. 
• Develop an awareness of work being done by LabMed committees to promote through communications channels

About the opportunity

This is an exciting time to join the Audience Insight team, part of the Brand and Communications function within the Income and Engagement directorate.  Job ADVERT for Part-time Administrator

The Project for the Registration of Children as British Citizens (PRCBC) is seeking to recruit a part-time self-motivating and committed Administrator. The postholder will be at the core of PRCBC and involved in all aspects of PRCBC’s work. This post will be based at our office in Hammersmith, London.

Salary: £32,000-36,000 FT (pro rata)

About PRCBC

Founded in 2012, PRCBC is a small but dynamic charity with a strong national reputation for its unwavering commitment to children and young people with complex British citizenship rights. Now in its thirteenth year, PRCBC has consistently delivered expert advice, assistance, and representation to children, young people and their representatives, alongside leading on strategic litigation and test cases to challenge legal and practical barriers to citizenship. About the Role

The position is permanent and part-time. It is for 3 days per week, for the right candidate. The postholder must be available to work one Saturday a month. A normal working week is 21 hours (3 days per week) to be worked between 09:30am to 5:30pm weekdays. There may be an opportunity to work from home once a week after probationary period.

The main tasks of the role include: maintaining effective communication and correspondence with our vulnerable young clients and booking appointments; overseeing and updating our case management system; administrative financial work, costs billing and creating invoices; and general administrative duties including filing, scanning, shredding, archiving, photocopying, creating e-bundles, preparing and taking post to the post office, completing forms, and requesting subject access disclosure and other information from third parties.

The role also requires the administrator to support, where necessary, the day-to-day administrative management of the office and PRCBC operations. This includes liaising with external stakeholders across a range of areas such as IT support and building management; supporting the maintenance and updating of operational procedures and practices; and completing ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as office supply procurement, as required.

To work effectively at PRCBC, it is necessary for the administrator to closely follow instructions, retain a professional approach throughout, and be highly focused and well organised, with excellent attention to detail.

Due to the varied nature of PRCBC’s work, the administrator participates in many aspects of the management, administrative and legal process, and interacts with a wide range of individuals, from solicitors and barristers to social workers and foster parents, alongside frequently vulnerable young clients and their carers. The administrator is therefore expected to manage a varied and evolving workload. The right candidate will have an initiative-taking mindset, be highly adaptable and willing and able to take initiative in daily operations.

The role

The role of Executive Assistant is needed to provide high-quality executive support to the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team. This role will oversee complex diary coordination and management, stakeholder support and communications, event planning, database management and administration for the Board of Trustees.

You’ll provide an expert administrative and coordination service to the CEO, liaising with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally. You’ll work reactively in response to changing priorities, as well as proactively, identifying ways to streamline communications, activities and engagements. You’ll be familiar with correspondence priorities, methods and composition, so that in the absence of the CEO, you can keep things moving and ensure that key stakeholders are attended to. 

You’ll have a strong personal assistance and administrative background, preferably in the charity sector. You’ll be confident in juggling multiple workstreams and communicating with all levels of stakeholders. You’ll be patient, understanding and an attentive team player.

This role will be predominantly remote, however, some occasional travel to our London office (Vauxhall) will be required.

Job Purpose:

To provide operational management of the Substance Misuse Through-the-Gate (SMTTG) programme, which supports Lambeth and Southwark women in custody and their transition back into the community. The Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the service is delivered to a high standard by line managing staff, developing strong partnerships with prisons and recovery services, and fostering a culture of quality, learning, and accountability.

The post holder will also hold a caseload, working directly with women in custody to support them into community services. They will provide robust Through-the-Gate (TTG) support on release and continue to work with women in the community for up to six months to ensure a smooth transition and sustainable recovery.

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Lead the operational management of the Substance Misuse TTG programme, ensuring high-quality, trauma-responsive support for women impacted by the criminal justice system

We are recruiting a Capital Projects Manager to join our capital projects team, who are responsible for working with our regional funding teams across England  to deliver our strategy It Starts with Community and the ambitions of our England Portfolio. The role will advise, support and monitor the delivery of live projects alongside our Funding Officers and Managers working in across the Yorkshire & Humber, North East & Cumbria and North West.

This means that we will fund a wide range of capital projects, from small scale modernisations to new community buildings or landscapes.

• You will be a key part of a small team providing grant making support to ensure that advice is given where it matters most across our regional teams.
• You will provide in-depth advice on land and building projects throughout the whole lifecycle of our grant making (pre-application, assessment, decision making, grant management and build, and learning).

Essential criteria

• BSc / BA qualification (or equivalent experience) in a construction, property management or another environment related discipline
• Experience of working in an advisory capacity within the field of construction and or community projects
• Experience of building capability and expertise in others and providing ongoing support and communicating technical issues in an accessible way.
• Experience of the full lifecycle of capital projects including planning, design, cost estimates, procurement, project and contract management, risk controls and relevant statutory legislation.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to operate in all environments

Desirable criteria

• Experience of grant making in the charity sector.
• Experience of developing and managing budgets and projects.
• Experience or knowledge of the following would be useful: accessible environments, habitat creation or management, and energy conservation in buildings.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

As Property Systems Business Lead, you will lead the implementation of new Property Services systems, ensuring alignment with policies and a seamless user experience. Working closely with the Director of Property Services, and collaboratively with a variety of teams across St Mungo’s you will focus on key responsibilities:

• Act as the voice of the user, ensuring the system meets operational needs.
• Utilise expertise in property services and social housing to identify and navigate challenges.
• Oversee procurement, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and implementation.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of the project.
• Drive continuous improvement in property-related systems and processes.

About You

We need a strategic, solutions driven leader passionate about modernising property services in a complex organisation. If you have experience in social housing or charity environments, with expertise in Asset Management, Property Systems, or system change, we encourage you to apply.
