Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Responsible to: Director of Services
Responsible for: All staff and volunteers within the Information & Advice service
Employed by: Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent
Contract: Permanent
Location: Townfield Community Centre, Townfield Square, Townfield Road, Hayes, UB3 2EL (map) with occasional attendance at other offices

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Advice to lead our Information & Advice services across Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent.
You'll lead and develop services, oversee quality and performance, support staff and volunteers, and build strong relationships with partners and commissioners. You'll bring significant experience within advice, information or welfare support services, alongside strong leadership skills and knowledge of areas including welfare benefits and housing.
