Job description

Purpose of Role -

We are seeking a National Corporate Fundraising Managers who as part of our Fundraising Team will be responsible for securing and developing high value, national corporate partnerships to help air ambulance charities save even more lives across the UK. This role is a mix of new business and account management and is designed to give the role the best possible development and growth opportunities.

Key Deliverables -

Partnership Delivery:

  • Ensure all partnership activities (campaigns, events, employee engagement) are executed effectively and on time.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance against agreed revenue targets KPIs.

Growth & Development:

  • Identify opportunities to extend and deepen partnerships through additional fundraising, sponsorship, or strategic initiatives.
  • Win new national corporate partners with potential of 6 figure donations per annum
  • Work with partners to co-create innovative campaigns that align with their own goals

Internal Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with marketing, communications, and program teams to deliver impactful campaigns and activations.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and partners.

Financial Management:

  • Track income and expenditure for each account, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership development and cultivation.
  • Development of outcomes and impacts reports

CRM

  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM and provide revenue forecasts and pipeline reports as and when required

 Strategy

  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in the charity sector and corporate fundraising identifying key opportunities for AAUK.

Other

  • Represent and be an ambassador for AAUK.
  • Work to support AAUK ‘s vision, purpose, values, goals, and priorities.
  • Be flexible and carry out any other associated duties that may arise, develop, or be assigned.
  • Support and promote diversity and equality of opportunity in the workplace.
  • Comply with legal requirements for fundraising and general activities including GDPR, The Fundraising Code of Practice and others.

A full, clean driving licence and access to a car is required to fulfil the deliverables of this role.
