Exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join a world class arts institute during a time of growth and expansion. Owing to internal promotion, this role will work in the organisations finance business partnering function, to ensure a high-quality business partnering and financial management service that is aligned with the organisation’s strategic priorities.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Preparation of the monthly management accounts, monitoring and reporting on the actuals vs forecast performances for their areas.

Purpose of the post: You will be the sole role for the Charity’s finances and will support our small team in a vibrant, prolific and growing organisation which provides quality assurance and membership services to institutions delivering training, education and assessment in dance, drama and musical theatre.
Location: CDMT resides at Salters Hall, 4 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU, and this role is office based. Salters Hall is located conveniently for Moorgate, Liverpool Street and Bank stations, and is accessible from street level and throughout the building.

Essential requirements for this position:

Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain the General Ledger – raising invoices, issuing credit notes, allocating cash.
· Processing purchase invoices and paying, bank reconciliations, and credit control
- Running the monthly payroll for 4/5 people
- Reconciliation of all Balance sheet accounts
- Administer online banking, credit cards and the Paypal account
- Assist Director with the annual Budget
- Sending all the year-end information to the Independent Examiner

You will also be responsible for the production of the Management Accounts for the Board three times a year including:
- Profit and Loss compared to Budget
- Preparing the Balance Sheet

Together with responsibility for reporting to HMRC, Charity Commission, Companies House, Trustees, Independent Examiner and Banking organisations, you may also be requested to produce ad-hoc reports and carry out any other duties that are necessary to perform the role.

Working in the Engagement department and reporting to the Adults and Communities Participation Manager, the Communities Participation Producer will create a year-round public programme of activities inspired by the collections, themes and sites of Royal Museums Greenwich. Key responsibilities include producing and delivering programmes in collaboration with community partners and stakeholders to create relevant, inclusive and inspiring activity across the Museum’s multiple sites. The role will focus on creating activity that welcomes underrepresented audiences to Royal Museums Greenwich sites, developing trusted relationships in the process and responding to the social purpose of the organisation.
The role will develop programmes that connect communities and collections around the legacies of empire, queer histories and stories of migration. This will involve working across generations to facilitate dialogue around under-represented histories and current issues in a variety of formats including large scale public festivals, talks, workshops and more. The role will have a focus on developing participation opportunities for African and Caribbean and East and South-East Asian diaspora, as well as LGBTQ+ communities, to develop stronger connections with the collection and bring new perspectives to maritime history. This will involve audience research and internal dialogue to create supportive spaces and activity at Royal Museums Greenwich and contribute towards it becoming a more inclusive and representative organisation.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of delivering a range of inclusive cultural engagement provision for diverse audiences, including large-scale public events, and creating audience-led programmes for African and Caribbean/ East Asian/ South-East Asian diaspora communities. The postholder will have a track record of building strong partnerships with communities and stakeholders, along with experience of writing and producing resources and promotional materials for a range of target audiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role, as is a passion for activating and supporting dialogue around the legacies of empire, queer histories and stories of migration. Summary of position
Art Explora is looking for an experienced Community Programme Manager with a passion for arts engagement and cultural outreach to manage and build our innovative Community Programme for Art Explora in the UK.
The Community Programme Manager will lead on and develop Art Explora’s key community programme streams – Arts at Home, Theatre at Home, Music at Home, Mini Art Explorers and Art Explorers at..., and manage Art Explora UK’s growing volunteer community. About the role

We’re looking for a Junior Events Producer to help us achieve real impact by providing robust, timely and effective coordination, promotion and project management for the annual RSA Events Programme and actively supporting the delivery of all events.
This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.
About You
What we look for in a successful Junior Events Producer candidate:
- Proven experience of project managing events and projects which involve the co-ordination of complex logistics, multi-tasking and prioritising workload across a number of concurrent projects.
- Experienced in events booking, website and database administration systems.
- Culturally curious with lively and wide-ranging interests across current affairs, events and ideas, and the research themes and aims of the RSA.

Your new role
- Responsible for the purchase ledger function, from invoice processing, through to payments and reconciliation.
- Ensuring the appropriate use of purchase orders and matching these to the invoices. Manage the outstanding purchase orders within the finance system and resolve issues identified.
- Create and submit for authorisation supplier payment runs and supplier terms, ensuring invoices are completed within a timely manner.
- Create and submit for authorisation of foreign payment requests, ensuring correct payment currencies are used.
- Key contact with suppliers, handling queries, account reconciliations and maintaining accurate supplier account records.
- Maintain a schedule of prepayments, identifying items from the purchase invoice entry, their release by journal entry over their relevant time period and reconciliation to balance sheet account on a monthly basis.

Theatres Trust, the national advisory body for theatres, is looking for a Theatres Adviser with knowledge and experience of theatre buildings and the wider theatre sector, to be part of its small team of Advisers.
Working closely with the Architecture, Planning and Theatres at Risk Advisers, you will bring your expertise as a theatre industry professional at a senior level to provide advice, guidance and signposting to theatre operators, owners, local authorities, campaign groups, developers and other stakeholders to support the resilience and wellbeing of the UK’s theatres.

Modern Art Oxford is undergoing a £1.2m programme of redesign and refurbishment of the ground/lower-ground floor this Summer and as part of this programme, there will be a new artist-designed destination café at the lower-ground level.
We are looking for a passionate, creative individual to create a menu that will reflect the design and continue to be accessible to our visitors.
Our café is an important part of the gallery, and our Chef Manager is responsible for providing a welcoming, friendly environment, serving a high-quality menu with excellent customer service. This is an operational and hands on role where the large majority of time is spent planning and preparing the café food and drinks and interacting with the general public.
The Chef Manager is also responsible for the supervision and the rota management of our café staff and will collaborate closely with our Commercial Manager to maximise profits and further develop the Café in line with the Gallery’s aims and objectives.
The Modern Art café is currently open Tuesday to Sunday 10am-4pm and we work as a team to produce a clear menu offering paninis, soups, and seasonal specials as well as a wide range of cakes and pastries. Devising dishes to limit wastage and working to strict budgets is a very important part of our menu planning.
