Interim Income and Fulfilment Manager

Salary: £48,000 - £52,973 FTE
Contract: 6-month Fixed term contract
Location: Hybrid – London two days per week
Closing date: Friday 25^th September

We have a great opportunity for an Income and Fulfilment Manager reporting to the Head of Supporter Experience and Data at one of the UK's leading mental health charities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a critical function at the heart of income generation, overseeing income processing, month end reconciliation and supporter fulfilment. You'll play a key role in managing a team of four responsible for high-volume income processing and supporter fulfilment activity, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely reporting. 

To be successful as the Income and Fulfilment Manager, you will need:

• Experience managing end-to-end income processing operations, including leading teams delivering against critical deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of income processing systems, month end reconciliation, financial controls, audits, CRM platforms and data governance requirements including GDPR.
• Experience driving process improvements, managing suppliers and influencing a wide range of stakeholders to deliver operational excellence
