We are excited to announce that in September we are opening two new clubs in Bromley borough (location to be confirmed).  One club will be for Juniors (4-8 years) and one club for Seniors (12-16 years).  We are seeking a Programme Delivery Manager to manage these new clubs.

About the role

Working with the Head of Programmes and Services to design and implement CASPA’s service delivery programmes in line with CASPA’s charitable objectives and strategic aims.

A Programme Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for managing supervisors, support workers and volunteers. PDMs ensure members’ developmental needs are central to all activity planning and delivery and are responsible for building and managing community partnerships. Key responsibilities include: 

• Designing, planning and implementing programmes in line with our strategic aims.

• Manage and track programme and activity budgets, ensuring value for money and efficient allocation of funds.

• Champion member engagement and work with staff to identify needs in our programme and service portfolio.

• Safeguarding responsibilities including first point of contact as required, managing safeguarding records and provide safeguarding guidance to staff and volunteers.

 Salary Band: £ 12,958.40 - £13,293.28 per annum 
Contract Type: 1-year fixed term 

Working Pattern: 14 hours per week. Weekday(s) late afternoons and evenings.  School holidays mornings and afternoons. Weekend trips. 

Location: Bromley based location 

Potential attendance may be required at events and meetings outside regular working hours on an ad hoc basis.

Child Bereavement UK helps families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies.

We support children and young people (up to the age of 25) when someone important to them has died or is not expected to live, and parents and the wider family when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying. 

We provide training to professionals in health and social care, education, and the voluntary and corporate sectors, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.

We are looking to recruit a talented and highly motivated individual, to provide timely and appropriate support and information to both families and professionals contacting Child Bereavement UK (CBUK) through a variety of channels, mainly phone, email and live chat, and to assist in the development and maintenance of systems, policies, practices and procedures to underpin this service.

Working with the Senior Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Assistant you will focus on stewarding, reporting to and securing income from our portfolio of existing high net worth individuals. Leading on the stewardship of a select portfolio of donors, supporting with mailings, appeals and thanking as well as developing prospects with the Individual Giving Team.

As part of a small energetic team, you will also support with specific projects and busy periods such as supporting the BBC Radio 4 Appeal and covering workloads during in-country visits to Ethiopia.

Ethiopiaid is a small charity that makes a big impact in Ethiopia. Our approach is simple, and it works. Since 1989, we have partnered with local NGOs in Ethiopia to provide the funding they need to put their programmes into action.

The projects we fundraise for range from maternal health, education, and disability to opportunities for women and girls, ending harmful practices, palliative care, health and emergency & recovery work. We support our partners to strengthen their capacity and deliver locally led programmes to transform lives at a grassroots level.

Main areas of responsibility, but not limited to:

Fundraising:

• Support income generation from a specific portfolio of high net worth individuals ‘Major Donors and Major Donor Prospects’
• Support delivery of the Major Donor mailing cycles and bespoke mailings including editing, data, printing and sorting.
• Ensure all donations are thanked and acknowledged in a professional and timely manner via relevant channels and by appropriate staff.
• Working to ensure online and offline communications include or exclude high net worth individuals in line with strategy and bespoke communication plans.
• Working with staff who manage our website to create and maintain bespoke landing pages and Partnership website pages
• Liaise with members of the wider team, specifically those working in Individual Giving to ensure; materials produced are always accurate & on brand and high net worth individuals receive any relevant communications produced by other teams

Stewardship:

About the role

You will bring your expertise and experience of delivering automated omnichannel journeys to send the right message, to the right person, at the right time, in the media of their choice. You will bring your passion for utilising customer data to deliver personalised, targeted customer-centric marketing to deliver business goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working with the transformation team to build customer journeys in our new MarTech platform, Adobe, supporting building a bank of digital collateral, migrating existing communications into the new platform and ensuring all marketing activities conform to BHF brand.

Collaborating with internal teams to make the most efficient use of current customer data and how to use it to personalise within communications journeys. Whilst supporting on building audience segments and business rules for customer engagement.

Reporting on performance of communications and translating this information for wider stakeholders, utilising tools to understand conversions and customer behaviours to inform a marketing automation strategy to be shared with digital and other fundraising colleagues.

About you

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Strong understanding of omnichannel principles, alongside data segmentation and personalisation in digital communications
• Experience of integrated marketing automation platforms such as Adobe (desirable), dotdigital, Salesforce or Hubspot
• Proven ability to develop impactful creative and copy and experience designing, developing and delivering automated personalised customer journeys
• Experience of working with large data sets and utilising to improve customers lifetime value
• Skills in analytics and data visualisation tools

Working arrangements

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

• Develop and oversee the Youth Engagement Programme as part of the ‘100 years of Ashburton Park Project’ including a range of activities in and nearby to Ashburton Park, including after school drop-in’s, evening sessions, group work and one-one mentoring.
• Support the development and engagement of young people in a Food Growing Enterprise based at Ashburton Lodge.
• Work closely with Croydon Council and other partners to support young people to engage with a wide range of programmes and activities that are part of the ‘100 years of Ashburton Park Project’.
• Deliver open access sessions, group and one to one interventions with young people including; half term, afterschool, evenings and residentials, using a planned youth work curriculum.
• Line manage youth workers, sessional youth workers and youth volunteers to plan, deliver and evaluate youth work termly.
• Contribute to the development of youth work across the area and lead on specific areas of work on behalf of the team.

Amongst other requirements, the successful post holder must have:

· Relevant experience OR qualification in Youth & Community (JNC), Social Work (QSW) or SEND.

· Proven experience working with young people ‘at risk’.

· Reliability, with a flexible approach to changes and able to work unsociable hours.

About Us

The Role
We are now recruiting a Charity Administrator to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This remote, UK-based role will involve occasional in-person meetings and offers a unique opportunity to shape the operational foundations of a start-up charity from the ground up.

In this role, you will support the formal registration of the charity with the Charity Commission, helping to draft key documents and establish essential policies and procedures. You will be responsible for setting up basic administrative systems, coordinating trustee meetings and records, and ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves supporting communication with local partners in Bangladesh and external consultants, as well as assisting with the preparation of early-stage grant and donor applications.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in charity administration, ideally within a small or newly established organisation. Support for Children:

Independent Child Trafficking Guardians support children who have experienced trafficking and exploitation, working alongside other professionals to ensure that children receive appropriate support in line with their needs.

Within this role you will:

• Support young people through short term pieces of work, for example groupwork and transition out of the service
• Work alongside ICTG's to deliver trips and activities for young people
• Support young people to engage with participation activities both within NCTC and as delivered by partner organisations
• Maintain up to date and accurate recordings on the children's electronic files.
• Identify and respond to safeguarding, alerting managers to concerns and completing actions as required
• Where appropriate contribute to national awareness raising sessions
• Contribute to the national on call rota

We're looking for a passionate Marketing & Fundraising Executive to join our charity team and spearhead innovative strategies that will transform the lives of street dogs in Thailand.

Your role will be pivotal in representing and communicating everything Jai to Ministry of Sound Group partners, managing communications with our members, event partners, and other stakeholders, and keeping our website and blog vibrant and upto-date.

You will be developing marketing and fundraising strategies that inspire donors.

You'll support our Thai agency on public campaigns and the Regular Giving initiative, driving legacy programs that leave a lasting impact.

You will engage and retain one-off and regular donors through effective acquisition and stewardship, increasing donations and cultivating major donor relationships.

You'll oversee newsletters, website updates, and blog management and lead the Sponsor A Dog initiative, providing quarterly updates that will warm donors' hearts.

You will work to expand Jai’s presence on TikTok, YouTube, and other sites, leveraging your expertise in Google Ads and paid search. You will also maximize Jai’s corporate exposure through strategic LinkedIn postings.

Operationally, you'll develop and manage the CRM database, possess a solid understanding of WordPress and website SEO. Experience with Meta Business Manager and ad management would be ideal.

You will collaborate with The Ministry Marketing Manager on member communications and updates, supporting at events with enthusiasm and dedication.

To deliver sessions to children, young people and their families that are diagnosed with or being assessed for neurodevelopmental conditions.

To support the development and delivery of bespoke programmes of support to children and young people and their families, under the guidance of the Service Delivery Manager.

As a practitioner, you will hold a caseload, will work as part of a team, undertaking assessments and delivering a range of evidence-based interventions for those on your caseload focused on neurodevelopmental conditions.

The service is underpinned by principles centred around THRIVE and Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies.

Key responsibilities

· Through a holistic approach, assess the needs and strengths of the referred child or young person and help them and their families identify and implement strategies that will support them, help them identify individual goals (through identification and implementation of strategies) to achieve desired change

· Deliver bespoke programmes of support, to families of children and young people diagnosed with or being assessed for neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autistic Spectrum Condition and/or ADHD. This could take the form of time limited 1:1 or group sessions or a blended approach depending on the needs presenting themselves

· Use creative, engaging approaches and own knowledge along with research-based methods and models to meet the emotional wellbeing needs of CYP

· Record and collect data with various tools and use this to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions

· To take responsibility for own caseload of children, young people and families some with complex and multiple needs

· To involve children, young people and their parents in the co-production of programmes, activities and services

· To keep accurate records of individual engagement, evidence of change and celebrate progress with children and young people

· To provide, record and report the appropriate data to ensure support programmes can be accurately monitored and evaluated 

· To provide written case studies as evidence of the effectiveness of individual interventions

· To take responsibility for the more complex cases/situations presenting within the service

· To assist with the development and progression of the service by adhering to all communication requests and assisting with peer progression development when requested through case supervision
