Actively Interviewing
This organisation is scheduling interviews as applications come in. They're ready to hire as soon as they find the right person. Don't miss your opportunity, apply now!
We’re inviting applications for a part-time Youth Programmes Coordinator (16–25 years) to join Aston-Mansfield, a long-established community charity working with young people and families in East London.
This is a hands-on youth work and coordination role, ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships with young people while keeping programmes well organised and running smoothly. You’ll co-deliver engaging youth sessions, support young facilitators, and help coordinate projects that amplify youth voice, build confidence, and strengthen communities.
Role highlights:
- Part-time: 3 days per week (flexible, including some evenings/weekends)
- Salary: £33,000 pro rata (£18,000 for 3 days)
- Based at Aston-Mansfield’s Community Centre and across Newham
- Working with youth-led heritage and community programmes, including Breaking Boundaries Collective
We’re looking for someone with experience working with young people (ideally 16–25), strong safeguarding awareness, and a commitment to inclusion and anti-racist practice. A youth work qualification is desirable but not essential.
If you’re passionate about youth empowerment and want to be part of a supportive, values-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
