This project will support victims of domestic abuse in the Family Court. You will be responsible for IDVA practice and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all requested supporting documentation.

About the Role
As a IDVA Team Leader (Pathfinder project) you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, and will take referrals from CAFCASS to arrange support for victims of domestic abuse entering or going through family court proceedings. You will allocate these to the team of IDVA's, that you will directly manage. You will case review all open supported cases. You will ensure all reports created are accurate and compliant with data protection legislation and guides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct support to IDVA and regular supervision / line management
- Report writing and checking for CAFCASS and other partners.
- Monitoring and recording activity and outcomes measured.

About the opportunity
Working closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and wider Philanthropy Department, the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator will identify and cultivate fruitful partnerships with a range of small, medium and large businesses.

This service supports 50 adults with severe and enduring mental health needs across two hostels and two semi-independent projects. You’ll provide person-centred, trauma-informed support to help residents build confidence, develop life skills, and work toward independent living.

About the role
Last year we launched a new website which provides independent online information, advice and support for kinship carers. This year, we’re continuing to develop new advice and information content for the website, as well as working on content for projects that focus on supporting kinship carers.
The postholder will research, create and deliver engaging, user-focused content, and deliver a seamless user content experience throughout all content development. Working with kinship carers and subject matter experts will be a big part of your role.

Milton House is a 15-bed mixed-gender accommodation service in Islington, supporting adults facing multiple and complex challenges. With a small and dedicated staff team, we provide tailored casework to residents whose needs may include mental or physical health issues, substance use, histories of offending, or support with living skills and wider aspirations. Our aim is to create a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment where people can build stability and take positive steps towards independent living.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the service, balancing housing management responsibilities with maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Each day you will carry out a thorough clean of the building, including communal areas, bathrooms and offices, helping to create a space where residents and staff feel respected and supported. You will also act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, support stock control, uphold health and safety compliance, and assist with practical housing management. Westway Trust is looking for a dedicated and reliable experienced Cleaning Operative to provide supervised access to the new public toilets located on Acklam Road, next to Portobello Market. The primary responsibility of the Cleaning Operative will be to ensure the facility and its surroundings are maintained to a high standard, checked regularly and kept clean, secure and inviting to users at all times. The secondary part to this role is to publicise the Trust’s activities that take place on the Trust’s 23 acres of land in North Kensington by distributing information and leaflets to the members of the public who use or pass by the toilet facilities and the surrounding area.
The role requires someone with a good physical stamina, who is friendly and a confident communicator with an energetic approach to work, and will be fully committed to achieving a consistent standard of cleanliness and appearance throughout the facility.
This is a part-time role of up to 30 hours per week. Working patterns will be discussed at the interview stage.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- To open and lock the facility and return the key to the Trust’s offices.
- Effectively and efficiently manage the access control system.
- To ensure that all toilet cubicles (toilets seats, pans, urinals, basins and door furniture) are clean and fit-for use.

- The physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for a long period of time; ability to effectively push vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills as a general cleaner is required to possess the ability to accept, understand, and follow instructions and to deal with users and the public in a professional manner.
