Job description

Bible Society is on a global mission to make the Bible known and understood. We invite people to see it through fresh eyes and discover its life-changing message for themselves.

This exciting role sits within the International Bible Advocacy Centre (IBAC), which exists to inspire and resource Bible advocates worldwide.

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of the Catalysing Leaders Training (CLT) programme, with a particular focus on African contexts. You will shape culturally relevant learning experiences, build partnerships with Bible Societies and theological educators, and contribute to the African Biblical Leadership Initiative (ABLI), alongside supporting wider IBAC research and content development.

If you’re passionate about helping young professionals shape their lives and leadership through a biblical imagination, we’d love to hear from you.
