Job description

Cherry Trees helps to keep families together by providing home from home care for children with complex disabilities and a meaningful break for their families.

The CEO will provide dynamic and inspirational leadership, strategic vision, and operational oversight to ensure continued growth, maintain high quality of care, and deliver the charity's objectives. Working closely with the Board of Trustees, the CEO will manage the day-to-day operations of the charity, grow income through diverse fundraising streams, maintain the Outstanding status of the homes, and serve as an ambassador and senior leader.
