Role Summary:
Futures For All is entering a bold new chapter - with a new name, brand identity, and five-year growth strategy to transform access to work experience nationwide. We're seeking a strategic and commercially minded Head of Marketing and Sales to lead the development of our employer pipeline, elevate our brand presence, and drive corporate engagement across the country.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role combining B2B marketing, brand strategy, and sales enablement, to increase adoption of our digital platform, expand our marketplace offer, and support long-term relationship development with employers, public sector stakeholders, and strategic partners.
You will own the strategy for how we build and sustain our employer pipeline through marketing, content, networks, and direct engagement - and ensure we are telling the right story to the right people, at the right time.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Employer Pipeline and Business Development Enablement
· Plan and lead the strategy for growing our employer pipeline, activating existing networks and cultivating new corporate relationships.
· Develop structured approaches to stakeholder segmentation, targeting, and relationship development with senior corporate leaders.
· Generate high-quality B2B leads and support the Business Development and Fundraising teams with insight, campaigns, and sales materials.
· Support engagement with Combined Authorities, Career Hubs, and strategic public sector partners to expand reach and drive platform uptake.
Marketing Strategy and Brand Visibility
· Develop and deliver a B2B marketing strategy that builds visibility and credibility with large employers and strategic partners.
· Drive adoption of our digital platform and marketplace by integrating product messaging into all campaigns and outreach.
· Position Futures for All as a leading voice in the ESG, DEI, and early talent space through thought leadership and storytelling.
Campaigns, Content and Creative Leadership
· Lead the creation of powerful sales and programme assets - brochures, decks, case studies - to support partnership building, business development, and fundraising.
· Oversee rollout of our new brand identity (Sept 2025) and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
· Manage the Head of Design and Digital Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality, well-targeted campaigns and creative outputs.
· Collaborate with PR agencies as needed to raise awareness of our charity and its programmes.
Data, Insights and Impact
· Use analytics to track lead generation, campaign engagement, and marketing performance.
· Report on BD and marketing KPIs to the leadership team, and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Ensure data-driven decisions guide ongoing activity across digital, stakeholder engagement, and campaign optimisation.

We have an exciting opportunity to join MASH’s staff team. We are looking for a Homeless Outreach Worker to join the team at MASH and provide support to women in Manchester. This role is part time at 21 hours per week and will include two night-time outreach shifts per week driving the MASH van.

Our fundraising
The Bureau is almost entirely funded through grants and donations – without our supporters, we couldn’t do what we do. Over recent years, we’ve grown to a team of 35 people with an annual income of £2.8m, backed by a committed network of trusts, foundations, and individuals.
This is an exciting time to join our fundraising team as we build on those strong relationships and explore new ways to diversify our income.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work with project leads to take their ideas and build a strong case for support, translating complex issues into powerful, accessible narratives for funders.
- Manage relationships with existing funders, ensuring timely reporting, effective stewardship and continued support.
- Research and develop a pipeline of new prospects.
- Write compelling proposals and applications to secure new grants.
- Collaborate with our other Fundraising Manager, who leads on environment, global health and big tech, and occasionally help in those areas.
- Potentially support projects to diversify our income, such as helping to grow our major donor programme.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Bureau - from reporters and impact producers to operations and finance – and play an active part in maintaining a collaborative, supportive workplace culture.
- Pitch in on a range of fundraising tasks, big and small, to keep the Bureau in the best position to deliver its journalism.

About the role
Reporting in to the MEAL Lead, the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Officer will support Christian Aid’s MEAL work for the Multi-Country Cluster region (MCC), working across all types of humanitarian, development and advocacy programmes in MCC
countries to provide high quality, coherent and consistent work.
The post-holder will assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of Christian Aid, donor and sector MEAL approaches and requirements, providing effective and timely support (including capacity building) to programme staff and partner organisations, maximising impact.
The role will ensure high quality internal and external reporting using digital technology and decolonised methodologies in MEAL across all Christian Aid programmes, as well as develop and embed relevant international policies, tools, frameworks and support annual Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) audit processes, including evidence mapping and documentation, ensuring coherency and consistency.
Some of the main responsibilities of the MEAL Officer include:
- Project proposals prepared based on strong planning, monitoring and evaluation procedures including reporting requirements to maximise impact.
- Support appropriate MEAL plans to be developed and implemented with partners and staff.
- Demonstrate collaboration with others and building relationships based on trust and openness.
- Provide support to partners to develop periodic progress reports and provide analysis for programme decisions and advocacy purposes to maximise impact.
- Provide accompaniment support to partners.
- Provide effective monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring they are maintained, updated, used and contribute to quality programming, aligning with organisational values and goals.
- Support roll-out and implementation of the digital feedback system COMPASS, including documenting learning on this across all programmes ensuring quality, consistency and coherence.
- Develop, capture, and share best practice in community-based approaches to accountability within Christian Aid.
- Provide outcomes and impact measures and reports to donors to maximise income.

About you
Who we are looking for
Essential:
- Degree or equivalent, preferably social studies/statistics or similar.
- Understanding of data management packages, like SPSS, Microsoft Access, and other digital data collection tools.

Our kitchen chef will prepare and cook meals for residents according to agreed menus. Oversees the service kitchen by managing any other members of the food preparation team, deciding what dishes to serve and adjusting orders to meet client's requests.
Monday-Friday 3.30pm-7.30pm. 17.5 hours per week
What you'll do:
- To be responsible for the day-to-day supervision for all staff working in the kitchen/dining room
- To prepare and cook meals for residents according to agreed menus
- To ensure that meals are provided on time in accordance advertised meal times
- To ensure food kitchen hygiene meets a high standard at all times
- To ensure that all meals are appropriately presented and served

Galapagos Conservation Trust (GCT) is looking for an Operations & Finance Officer to join our busy, friendly team in London. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will have an essential and diverse role supporting the operations and administration of a ~£1.8m charity, which has ambitions to grow. You will support the Finance Director through payment processing, CRM management, IT management and HR support/ ensuring team well-being. You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries, providing a critical ‘face’ and ‘voice’ for the charity. You will be responsible for the smooth running and effective administration of the London office and delivery of our all-team Team Days and meetings. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we implement a new three-year strategy, which includes expanding the team and growing our income through increased programme activities and securing larger, institutional grants.
Who we are
Galapagos Conservation Trust (GCT) is the only UK registered charity focussed solely on the conservation of one of the most unique and ecologically important, but vulnerable, areas in the world, the Galapagos Islands. With 30 years of experience, we partner with Ecuadorian authorities, NGOs, local communities and leading researchers both in Galapagos and the UK to support impactful conservation programmes and deliver community outreach across the Archipelago.
By raising funds and awareness in the UK, we are able to support and deliver projects in Galapagos, helping to contribute to the overall management of this unique ecosystem and enabling us to achieve maximum positive impact in our efforts to conserve the special wildlife of these Islands.

Oaklands & St Kilda's is made up of two newly refurbished six-bedroom homes, located close to each other in Ealing, West London. We work with up to 12 young people at a time, providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment. Many of the young people joining us are moving on from hospital, stepping down from more intensive placements, or transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.
Our team delivers 24-hour trauma-informed and psychologically informed support. You'll play a key role in helping each young person shape their own support and service experience. Everyone receives a bespoke welcome pack and is encouraged to personalise their living space, helping them feel at home from day one.
We place a strong emphasis on participation and co-production. Young people are encouraged to make decisions about their care, engage in partnership meetings, and take part in activities that build skills and confidence - whether that's cooking, budgeting, managing medication, or accessing education and work opportunities.
Support workers will manage a number of young people to help them to identify, plan and achieve their goals, develop relationships meaningful to them and achieve greater independence by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package.
This is a Waking Night role working to support young people throughout the night at the service.
This role consists of three weekly shifts from 22:00 to 08:00, with double cover for each shift.
