About the role

Sightsavers are looking for an experienced Digital Fundraising Insight & Optimisation Manager to lead global CRO and experimentation strategies that maximise income and improve supporter journeys.

As the Insight & Optimisation Manager, you will champion data-driven decision-making, embed best-practice processes and drive continuous optimisation across channels and markets. Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure insights and testing deliver measurable improvements to fundraising performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CRO and experimentation strategy to maximise income and donor retention across digital fundraising channels.
• Own and prioritise the testing roadmap, delivering high-impact A/B and multivariate experiments aligned with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, analytics and development teams to remove conversion barriers and ensure accessible, user-friendly supporter experiences.
• Explore and pilot emerging CRO technologies, AI-driven tools, and automation to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and provide actionable insights through performance dashboards and clear reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and best practice across analytics platforms, including GA4, Google Tag Manager and Big Query using SQL for complex queries.
• Partner with CRM teams on predictive modelling and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalisation.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and expenditure plans to align with strategic objectives and support digital fundraising performance.
• Coach and develop the Insight & Optimisation Executive and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and responsiveness.
• Embed efficient workflows, support technical integrations and collaborate on new digital fundraising products informed by supporter insight.

Essential

• Proven experience managing CRO programmes and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with CRO and analytics tools such as Hotjar and VWO (or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

• Experience with SQL, BigQuery and data visualisation tools.

The Role

What will I be doing?

• Creating and delivering email marketing communications to members, stakeholders and other target audiences.
• Working with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop the IOP’s email marketing strategy, including analysing results and making recommendations for future campaigns and newsletters.
• Upgrade our email templates with graphics, personalisation and optimisation.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure the delivery of high quality, effective offline and online marketing communications materials that meet set objectives and targets, adhere to brand guidelines and deliver consistent messages.
• Contribute to the development of integrated marketing communications plans and activities working closely with the Communications and Marketing team and building relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate effectiveness of email campaigns, using robust analysis and monitoring tools.
• Copywriting, editing and proofing a range of online and offline marketing communications.

Projects you work on may include:

• Developing engaging communications and content for our IOP members.
• Utilising copywriting and proofreading skills to tailor content for different audiences.
• Promoting the work of the IOP and the importance and impact of physics.

Who will I work with?

• Key relationships will be within the marketing team and wider comms, campaign and digital teams.
• Working closely with colleagues in the membership team.

• Experience of broad marketing mix including working with designers, delivering publications and marketing assets, and planning marketing campaigns.

• Good interpersonal skills, used to building relationships across teams.

About the role

As Digital Fundraising Executive, you’ll deliver high-impact digital fundraising campaigns and supporter journeys that drive income growth, engagement, and retention across multiple channels and international markets. You’ll manage end-to-end campaign delivery, optimise performance through data-driven insights, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create seamless, engaging digital experiences for supporters.

You’ll work closely with Digital Managers, the Head of Digital Fundraising, the Supporter Experience Lead, the Insight and Optimisation Team, and international fundraising teams, as well as external digital agencies, media partners, and creative agencies.

Responsibilities

• Managing specific digital fundraising projects, working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure requirements are met, projects are delivered on time and on budget, and targets are achieved.  
• Manage digital fundraising projects, ensuring they meet objectives, remain within budget, and achieve set targets
• Collaborate with fundraising teams to Integrate digital activity with offline campaigns (e.g., paid campaigns, email journeys, landing pages) to amplify reach and reinforce key messages.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of email campaigns, including planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Work with the Supporter Experience Lead to design and deliver digital journeys that build loyalty and long-term engagement for both new and existing supporters.

Skills and Experience

As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will be responsible for managing projects to maximise income, plus supporter recruitment, engagement, and retention, through digital channels. Your work will include email, search, display and paid social campaigns across one or more countries where Sightsavers fundraises. Working with colleagues across fundraising and beyond to ensure digital support for the relevant campaigns is effective and optimised. 

Skills 

Essential:  

• Proven experience in managing digital fundraising projects with timely delivery, adherence to briefs and budgets, and effective results reporting.  
• Experience and understanding of key digital marketing or fundraising platforms and disciplines - including experience with content management systems, email marketing, social media platforms, search and display advertising and ideally experience with GA4. 
• Excellent writing skills, ideally with a background in writing strong fundraising copywriting.
• Competence in data analysis, reporting setup, and tracking progress against KPIs.  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.  
• Project management skills involving coordination with multiple teams and external agencies to achieve organisational goals.

Desirable:  

• Experience in international fundraising.  
• Understanding of various individual-giving fundraising disciplines, such as mailings, inserts, and TV advertising.  
• Experience in orchestrating virtual mass participation events.  
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities.

This is a remote role involving regular national travel, including to the Capacity office in Liverpool, Local Trust office in London, and 3ni work across the country as needed. Out of hours travel and stays away from home are therefore a key feature of the role.

As our Senior Neighbourhood Designer and Doer you will lead and deliver Capacity’s work through 3ni, the national network for neighbourhood improvement. You will focus on a distinct portfolio of work centred on neighbourhood working and community-led regeneration, supporting local government and public sector partners to strengthen social infrastructure and tackle place based challenges alongside communities.

3ni is a partnership between Capacity and Local Trust, two organisations committed to rethinking how public services and community regeneration work. Camcycle is a bold and influential cycle advocacy charity. Our Communications Officer is responsible for delivering clear, compelling and consistent print, digital and in-person communications to support Camcycle’s campaign work and engage with our varied audiences. They will help to secure and grow our charity’s position as a knowledgeable, trusted voice on local transport, as well as amplifying the voices of local cyclists and potential cyclists across the region.

Building on Camcycle’s 30 years of campaigning expertise and community engagement, the role holder will help to build our archive of local transport knowledge and best practice, collating resources that empower community activists to successfully achieve better walking, cycling and public spaces in their neighbourhoods. They will provide an essential link between grassroots groups and transport decision-makers, helping local people make their voices heard in public meetings and consultations. They will also ensure that cycling policies and infrastructure respond to the existing needs of Cambridgeshire’s communities while being ready for a growing region and a more sustainable, equitable future.
 

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing compelling communications campaigns that inspire others and enable them to take action. 

• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including media outlets, creative agencies and suppliers, officers, councillors, community groups and Camcycle members.

• Leading on the redevelopment of the Camcycle website and production of online content including managing our social media channels.

• Developing Camcycle’s profile through media interviews, columns and statements, and working with the team to produce our quarterly magazine.

• Managing weekly email updates to Camcycle members and providing support for member recruitment, fundraising and occasional events.
   

Your skills and experience:

You will have several years’ experience in marketing or communications in a professional and/or voluntary capacity and an excellent understanding of what motivates people to take action. 

With excellent written and spoken communication skills, you will be able to craft compelling copy for a range of audiences and summarise complex subject matter into accessible content which drives supporter engagement and response. Whatever your existing level of experience around sustainable transport advocacy, you’ll be keen to learn and grow in your role as a confident spokesperson for the needs and benefits of cycling.

You’ll have experience using design software such as Adobe Suite or Canva to produce content for print and digital materials, and be bursting with creative ideas about how Camcycle could grow its audience on our social media channels. You’ll be confident speaking in public meetings and on the radio or TV, as well as interviewing local cyclists about their experiences and pitching ideas for organisational improvements and strategies to the staff team and board of trustees.

The Director is the senior leader of Firefly International, responsible for driving the charity’s mission to support war-affected children through the provision of education, mental health and peacebuilding programmes delivered in genuine partnership with our overseas partners. This is a hands-on leadership role within a small, donation-dependent charity, suited to an adaptable all-rounder who is motivated to lead growth and change rather than maintain the status quo. Firefly has a good track record and a good reputation and has both the will and the capacity to do more and do better, for the children it exists to serve.  To do that, it needs to recruit the right Director.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Director’s role is to lead Firefly International in its mission to safeguard, extend and develop the activities conducted by its overseas partners.  Within that over-arching goal, to:

• Provide strategic leadership in collaboration with the Chair of the Trustee Board
• Secure sufficient funding to sustain long-term growth
• Manage existing partnerships in overseas project areas and build new ones, overseas and in the UK, in response to any new opportunities to meet the needs of war-affected children where we have relevant experience to offer.
• Lead and support the staff team and any volunteers
• Represent Firefly International as an ambassador for the organisation, its partners and more broadly for war-affected children

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Lead Firefly’s strategic direction in Scotland, ensuring alignment with the charity’s mission and values
• Build Firefly’s visibility, credibility, and influence with its key stakeholders.

Income Generation

• Strengthen existing funder relationships and develop new funding opportunities
• Develop a compelling case for support

Stakeholder Engagement

• Represent Firefly at events and within networks relevant to its mission and objectives
• Build our supporter base and opportunities for engagement

Communications

• Ensure production of a high quality Annual Review and newsletters
• Take prime responsibility for the website as an attractive, user-friendly communications tool and mechanism for giving
•  Extend and develop our social media presence, ensuring high quality content.

Financial Management and Compliance

• Work with the Treasurer and Finance and Admin Officer to develop budgets and manage expenditure against them, providing accurate and timely information for the Board.
• Work with the independent examiner to facilitate a smooth process of examination of the annual accounts
• Ensure that Firefly remains fully compliant with all statutory authorities such as OSCR and that statutory reports and accounts are produced and filed to time.

Shannon Trust are delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) to provide peer-led learning programmes across a number of prisons. To ensure the continuation of our programmes during times of staff absence, we are now seeking to recruit a Prison Facilitator on a bank working basis to work across the South Central region, covering HMP Aylesbury and HMP Bullingdon. Working closely with prisons and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will support with the delivery and development of our literacy and numeracy programme in the Central region, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.

Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships quickly and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach. You will also have a willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice, to provide short or long term cover within the region including possible overnight stays.

This role will be prison-based. This is a bank role and so the number of days to be worked will vary and are not guaranteed.
