About the role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Leadership Giving Officer to cultivate and solicit gifts from alumni who have the capacity to make donations to the university of between £1,000 and £50,000. 

You will be working in an exciting and varied role that blends one to one, and mass fundraising, as part of the Leadership Giving team within the Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement department. We are a warm, collaborative, and enthusiastic team with a passion for innovative fundraising for meaningful impact. 

The postholder will support fundraising for exciting and impactful initiatives across the university. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage two of the flagship Leadership Giving Programmes: the Kingsmaker Guild and Key to King’s. Additionally, they will also manage a portfolio of prospective and existing donors who they will connect with personally, engaging them with the university with the aim of soliciting new or uplifted donations. 

Sitting within the KCL Philanthropy Team and working collaboratively with the other fundraisers in the university, the Leadership Giving Officer will manage the delivery of mass-fundraising appeals and stewardship, while also spending time in direct interaction with donors, both in and out of the office. 

This role would be well suited to someone with some fundraising experience who is at the early stages of their career and keen to apply their skills in a hands-on environment. Candidates who also have a strong aptitude for strategic communication and relationship building are encouraged to apply. 

We are looking for someone willing to learn new skills, real drive to develop their career, and who is keen to have their work make a real difference in the world while having a great time doing it! 

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract. P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% in the office. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Events and Fundraising Coordinator to support the delivery of our fundraising activity, events and supporter engagement programme. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining relationship-building, organisation and delivery, and who wants to play a hands-on role in creating positive supporter experiences. You will support individual giving, community and challenge fundraising, and a programme of events that recognise and celebrate our supporters and pro bono partners.

The postholder will support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to have their voices heard, engage in the community, and influence the services they use. Key responsibilities include:

• Organising Mystery Shops: Plan and run mystery shopping activities to ensure members experience high-quality services from statutory and other organisations, providing timely feedback to help providers improve.

• Coordinating Speak Out Meetings: Organise and facilitate monthly Speak Out campaign meetings and support members’ participation in LD Partnership Board meetings.

• Supporting Campaign Participation: Assist members to take part in and report on campaigns at Borough, Londonwide, and UK levels, with the aim of improving services for adults with learning disabilities.

• Supporting Consultations: Help members engage in consultations at local, regional, and national levels, ensuring their views are captured and communicated effectively.

We are seeking someone who can empower our members to stand up for themselves, share their opinions, and actively participate in community life. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, alongside a good understanding of the challenges faced by adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. This role is central to helping members Speak Out in Hounslow and increasing their visibility and influence as valued community members.

• Lead the delivery of integrated wellbeing marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and compliance. 

• Plan and execute person-centred, multi-channel campaigns to recruit volunteers and increase service uptake. 

• Act as the wellbeing marketing subject matter expert, advising on strategy and execution. 

• Collaborate with welfare teams to align marketing activity with service and recruitment priorities. 

• Manage day-to-day coordination with agencies and suppliers to maximise campaign impact. 

• Work with the Customer Engagement Team to enhance supporter experiences in line with the Engagement strategy. 

• Ensure welfare marketing aligns with broader organisational communications and fundraising plans. 

• Drive innovation by testing new tools, channels, and approaches to improve campaign performance and user experience. 

About You 

We need you to have a proven track record in delivering successful campaigns and appeals in a professional fundraising, marketing or communications role. Previous marketing experience within the wellbeing sector is highly desirable though not essential. With an understanding of audience segmentation and customer journeys, you will have the ability to translate the Associations work into engaging communications and marketing campaigns. Up to date computer literacy is essential for this role as you will need experience of using CRM systems (we use Salesforce) for customer management, analysis and reporting. If you are creative, proactive results-driven individual we would love to hear about what you can bring to the role!

Fundraising Officer

We are seeking a motivated and well organised Fundraising Officer to support the delivery of effective donor stewardship and fundraising activity that helps young people thrive.

About the Role

This is an exciting new post in a growing charity, working alongside the Fundraising and Communications Team to support the Youth Zone. The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Head of Fundraising & Communications and wider fundraising team. The charity is founded on support from high value donors and you will support the team to engage this group of stakeholders.

As part of a fundraising and communications team of 5, you’ll report to the Head of Fundraising & Communications. You will support with writing grant applications and funder reports, and be accountable for day-to-day funder administration and correspondence. Some of the key duties for this role include thanking Patrons, supporting events and researching prospective donors and new opportunities for funding.

About You

You’ll be confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders and bring strong organisational and IT skills. You’ll also be proactive, positive, and able to juggle multiple deadlines.

  About the role  

Based within our dynamic (and growing!) Marketing Team, The Supporter Marketing Officer will lead the planning and delivery of acquisition and stewardship activity for Legacy and In Memory supporters, helping to grow sustainable income and raise the profile of the RAF Association. • Collaborate with marketing, fundraising, and trading teams to align on priorities, supporter journeys, messaging, and campaign calendars. 

• Plan and deliver intimate supporter events (e.g. remembrance gatherings, legacy briefings) in partnership with the NMA, RAF Stations, and engagement teams.

• Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and suppliers to maximise campaign impact and ROI.

• Work with the Customer Engagement Team to enhance supporter experiences, particularly for legacy pledgers.

• Align Legacy and In Memory marketing with broader organisational communications, fundraising, and service delivery.

Change lives in a life-changing career

When a child or young person is diagnosed with cancer, their whole world can feel like it’s falling apart. Independence is taken and confidence is stolen. Stability no longer exists. The future suddenly feels uncertain.

The impact of cancer on young lives is more than medical. And that impact can be felt by entire family. That’s why we exist. Our specialist social workers help children and young people with cancer and their families navigate the emotional and practical impact of cancer.

We remove barriers, solve problems and prioritise wellbeing. And we stop at nothing to make their voices heard and their unique needs understood, so they can get the right care and support at the right time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Worker to support children and young people diagnosed with cancer in our Liverpool Team.

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality support tailored to the needs of the children and young people and their families using a needs based assessment framework. The work we do is rewarding, but also complex and demanding. You will be part of a close-knit Young Lives vs Cancer social work team, working with an established NHS multi-disciplinary team and services in the community across Liverpool and Merseyside.

This role is part home, part site-based – within the parameters of our hybrid working arrangements you will work flexibly across home, Liverpool Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. Your contractual base will be both Home and the Hospitals. Your flexibility requirements and that of the role will be discussed at the interview stage.

What will I be doing?

No two days are the same at Young Lives vs Cancer. So, summarising your ‘day to day’ isn’t easy. Here are some of the main things you’ll be doing, but you’ll find more details in the job description.

• You will work in partnership with families to provide in-person and remote support to children and young people (0-24 years) diagnosed with cancer, and their families.
• You will provide practical and emotional support to mitigate the impact of a cancer diagnosis and provide support during the cancer journey via expert, needs-led interventions.
• You and your team will work closely with colleagues across our local NHS multi-disciplinary teams and other professionals in the community.
• You will ensure the voice of young cancer patients and their families are included in your work at all opportunities and take an active role in amplifying their voices internally and externally.
• You will be an active team member, regularly attending team meetings and contributing to shared learning and development.

What do I need?

You will be committed to delivering high quality social work support to promote the best outcomes for the children, young people and families we work with. You will need to be resourceful and resilient. You will have a positive attitude and be willing to embrace difference. As part of the wider Young Lives vs Cancer Team, you will actively engage with the work of the charity and welcome opportunities to get involved.

You will have:

• A recognised Social Worker qualification and current registration with Social Work England / Scottish Social Services Council / Social Care Wales / Northern Ireland Social Care Council.
• Experience working with children, young people and their families/carers in a social care setting.
• Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment, ideally in an NHS setting.
• Sound knowledge of child and young people development.
• An understanding of the impact of serious illness for children, young people and their families.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Bath & West Community Energy is a not-for-profit community business that tackles climate change through clean energy generation and energy efficiency measures in homes. We recycle surplus income, via the BWCE Fund, to support community action on carbon reduction and fuel poverty. 

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and digitally confident Customer Service & IT Coordinator to join our growing team. 

You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing clear and empathetic support to Home Energy customers, BWCE members and the public. You’ll also help colleagues use internal digital tools, maintain accurate data records and contribute to improving systems and processes across BWCE. 

This isn’t a technical IT role - it’s ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and making things run smoothly.

GrowTH is a non-denominational Christian charity, which works in partnership with evangelical churches from a variety of backgrounds within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

GrowTH seeks to share God’s love with its homeless neighbours in word and deed. So, alongside receiving practical care and help, all GrowTH guests have the opportunity to hear the good news of Jesus and to explore the Christian faith, if they wish.

GrowTH, has four main projects that make up the charity’s activities. They are as follows:

• Night Shelter: provides volunteer-run winter shelter in Tower Hamlets from October to April each year. Homeless men and women are referred to GrowTH by local homeless agencies. Once accepted into the shelter, guests receive a warm welcome, a hot evening meal, a safe bed for the night, and breakfast in the morning. The resettlement support there provides every guest in the shelter with one-to-one support from GrowTH’s two Advocate Workers to help them move out of homelessness, with the aim of resettling them into stable accommodation. We accommodate up to 15 Guests in the Shelter each night, and typically shelter around 150 Guests each season.
• Housing: provides medium term (twelve-eighteen month) affordable move-on homes locally for some who have stayed in the shelter, or are referred in from other sources, in order to help them transition towards independence. Each Resident is provided with bespoke support towards their support needs by our Housing team. We currently have 31 residents across 12 flats.
• Day Centre: provides a safe space for guests to meet with the staff team for advocacy and support meetings. There will also be space for shelter guests to relax and ample opportunities for both staff and volunteer-led evangelistic events, as well as prayer ministry.
• Lazarus House: a community house project for male residents. The house provides an opportunity for men seeking a fresh start to confront deep rooted issues impacting their lives, within a safe, loving, disciplined and family environment. This is a key partnership with the local churches in which they provide discipleship for the Residents as well as fellowship, and GrowTH provide the practical support and housing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing day-to-day oversight and support to GrowTH’s various frontline projects

1. Provide oversight of logistics for GrowTH’s projects; ensuring smooth daily operations
2. Oversee the provision of one-to-one support to Residents and Guests
3. Manage referrals into the projects, and oversee move-on options for Residents and Guests
4. Oversee good maintenance of properties and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety checks and other requirements
5. Provide oversight for the development and implementation of new frontline projects

Providing strategic support for GrowTH across its projects, and the wider organisation

1. Oversee and regularly review the viability of GrowTH’s various projects
2. Ensure sufficient policies and procedures are in place for the projects to comply with relevant legislation and guidelines
3. Assist the Director with planning and strategic matters

Providing support to the wider GrowTH team

1. Support and line manage frontline staff in the Day Centre, Shelter, and Housing and Lazarus House projects.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide oversight of logistics for GrowTH’s projects; ensuring smooth daily operations

• Ensure the smooth running of the Shelter, Housing, Lazarus House and Day Centre operations.
• Oversee staff in making day-to-day decisions with regards to the support and casework given to Residents or Guests.
• Oversee the day-to-day logistics of the projects, and addressing any logistical challenges that arise.
• Resolve complaints and concerns raised by guests, residents, or staff effectively.

Oversee the provision of one-to-one support to Residents and Guests

• Along with other team members, provide support to Residents and Guests around their bespoke support needs – tenancy sustainment, finances, employment, health, and life skills, etc.
• Support frontline staff in the delivery of this support to Residents and Guests; assisting with suggestions or providing clear direction in their casework.
• Assist Residents and Guests in accessing support provided by other organisations or services.
• Oversee the provision of groups, activities, courses, or events to upskill Residents and Guests. 

Manage referrals into the projects, and oversee move-on options for Residents and Guests

• Oversee the referral process, and the individual referrals that come into the Shelter and Housing and Lazarus House. 
• Where required, assess prospective Residents or Guests for their suitability, and be able to clearly explain the individual projects and their criteria.
• Ensure that Residents and Guests are well prepared for their move ons from GrowTH’s projects, and oversee the presentation of move on options to each individual.
• Assisting frontline staff in the securing of onwards accommodation for Residents and Guests, which may include building strong connections with other providers, and researching new options.

Oversee good maintenance of properties and facilities, ensuring compliance with safety checks and other requirements

• Ensure that the decoration, fittings, and furnishings throughout the Housing project, Lazarus House and Day Centre are of good quality, checked regularly, and replaced when required. And that all GrowTH’s projects are clean, welcoming, and functional.
• Liaise with the landlord, contractors, or other relevant parties regarding repair works.
• Ensure that routine fire safety checks are undertaken in all of GrowTH’s properties, and that gas and electric safety certificates are obtained. Ensuring compliance will all relevant health and safety legislation.

Provide oversight for the development and implementation of new frontline projects

• Provide ongoing operational oversight for Lazarus House, supporting staff and ensuring high quality care and support for the Residents.
• Identify and assess opportunities for future projects that will enhance GrowTH’s mission, working with the Director to develop any new initiatives, should opportunities arise.
• Lead the setup and successful launch of any new frontline initiatives or projects, in alignment with GrowTH’s vision and values.

Oversee and regularly review the viability of GrowTH’s various projects

• Perform and lead regular reviews of each of GrowTH’s projects, to ensure that they are performing well compared to their pre-agreed targets and KPIs.
• Ensure that rental income is maximised, and apply for grants for specific needs if required.
• Track and report on the expenditure of the various projects.

Ensure sufficient policies and procedures are in place for the projects to comply with relevant legislation and guidelines

• Write and regularly update policies and procedures for the Housing, Shelter, Day Centre, and Lazarus House; in accordance with an changes in legislations, guidelines, or best practice.
• Ensure that staff are aware of the policies, well-trained, and follow these policies effectively.

Assist the Director with planning and strategic matters

• Review the Shelter, Housing, Lazarus House and Day Centre projects to identify areas for improvement.
• Meet with Director, Management team, and Trustees to plan the future of the projects.

Overall Purpose

We are looking for a highly organised and legally trained Legal Clerk (Complaints) to join our Complaints Team on a part-time, fixed-term basis. This is a key role supporting BABCP Panels and Legal Assessors, helping to ensure that complaints and disciplinary processes are conducted with integrity, fairness and transparency.

You will play a central part in disciplinary proceedings, providing high-quality legal, procedural and administrative support. This includes minute-taking for hearings, drafting outcome correspondence, and supporting the accuracy and consistency of decisions across our complaint’s framework.

F&BF will be delivering celebration events in 2026-2027 that are bigger and more ambitious than ever. We are looking for an Events Manager to be the engine driver for visioning, planning, and delivering these on time, within budget, and to an extremely high standard. This role demands someone who can deliver events that cater to and attract participation from London’s diverse faith communities and would suit someone committed to F&BF’s values of connection over division and meaningful inclusion and celebration of those from different backgrounds. Our upcoming events programme will involve both celebration and fundraising events – the former, reaching and celebrating London communities; and the latter, engaging high net-worth donors and securing long-term, high-level support for the organisation.
