World Vision is an international children’s charity working with children, their communities, and with supporters and partners, in almost 100 countries.

Through long-term development projects, emergency responses and advocacy we’ve helped bring lasting change to millions of children, over more than 60 years. And as a Christian organisation, everything we do is motivated by our faith as we strive to reflect God’s unconditional love.

Work for World Vision UK and you will be part of a truly global Partnership, building brighter futures for vulnerable children.

Job Purpose

Do you have what it takes to lead a high performing, multi-disciplinary team and help leverage to the full the financial resources World Vision UK commits to improving the lives of the most vulnerable children around the world?  We are looking for a qualified accountant who is a strategic thinker, able to maintain a strong culture of financial and risk management whilst at the same time bringing innovation and continuous improvement to the way we both raise and invest our resources.

This is a dynamic, non-traditional finance leadership role in which you will have substantial responsibilities while also benefiting from considerable freedom to operate.

You will need to be a great team player, able to influence and bring the best out of others. A strong team leader and people manager and have the ability to work effectively across the organisation.

As an active Christian* this role offers you the opportunity to integrate your Christian faith and be sensitive to its various expressions across cultures and denominations.

In addition to the salary offered, we offer good benefits including pension, generous holiday entitlement and free parking (MK only).
