This role sits within the Church Commissioners' Secretariat and reports to the Director of Strategy and Engagement. The postholder supports the effective operation and continuous improvement of key regulatory and compliance processes that underpin trustee assurance and regulatory confidence. The post holder will work collaboratively with colleagues across other National Church Institutions (NCIs) handling related matters, providing support and sharing expertise where required.

Working closely with General Counsel, the Head of Governance and other senior colleagues, you will undertake much of the substantive coordination, drafting and management activity associated with Serious Incident Reporting, statutory information-rights compliance, and the maintenance of ethical registers. You will also support compliance with fundraising regulation and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This role does not cover investment compliance or oversight of investment activities.

The role requires sound professional judgement, discretion and attention to detail, alongside the ability to work constructively within established governance frameworks and to support senior decision-making in a complex statutory and public-interest environment.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead our communications department and promote the work of Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association across all platforms.

A Senior Sous Chef position is needed to assist the Executive head chef in the everyday running and organising of the kitchen and to line manage assistant chefs and kitchen porters. Menu planning, food ordering, stock control, and event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all the Lambeth Palace kitchen team are fully trained in the food safety management systems and procedures, implemented by the Executive Head Chef.

• Maintain kitchen equipment inventories, and reporting shortages, damage or required replacements in a timely manner.
• To conduct daily briefings with any additional or agency kitchen staff, ensuring they understand what is required of them, as well as the desired quality and production output for the day.
• To work closely with the wider Lambeth Palace hospitality team to ensure that we remain competitive and in line with current trends.

About the role

Reporting in to the Partnership and Business Development Lead, the Government, Multilateral and Climate Funding Manager is responsible for driving sustained growth in income and impact outcomes by actively engaging and cultivating strong relationships with existing and new institutional and climate funding partners.

The role co-creates and leads bidding with MCCs and Global Programmes teams, securing multi-year, multi-million government, multilateral, and climate funding awards.

The post-holder will co-lead and deliver the government, multilateral and climate funding strategy, positioning Christian Aid and its partners to access and scale climate finance, including adaptation, resilience, loss and damage, and nature-based solutions funding.

The role ensures a strong long-term pipeline of funding opportunities, aligned to organisational priorities and climate justice commitments, maximising both income and programme impact.

Some of the main areas of responsibility for the Government, Multilateral and Climate Funding Manager include:

• Working with the Partnerships and Business Development Lead and Heads of Impact to implement an ambitious long-term strategic framework to enhance engagement and build strong partnerships with Government, Multilateral and Climate Funding Partners (including Global Climate Funds such as the Green Climate Fund and Adaptation Fund, UN agencies, World Bank climate windows, Regional Development Banks, and bilateral donors including UK and devolved Governments, European and other Governments), setting clear objectives and key areas for collaboration, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and climate justice priorities.
• Acquire, develop and retain key Government, Multilateral and Climate Funder relationships and strategic partnerships by building a wide network of contacts across Government Departments, development finance institutions, and climate finance mechanisms, ensuring sustained engagement and strong positioning over time.
• Build and maintain a forward-looking, multi-year pipeline of institutional and climate funding opportunities, identifying emerging climate finance trends and positioning Christian Aid to access strategic funding, collaborating closely with CA Ireland and global teams to maximise funding growth.
• Oversee agreed Supplier Framework Agreements, including those linked to climate and environment programming, working with MCC Business Development Managers in taking forward pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate across the Partnerships and Business Development Team and MCC BD Team on tenders and grants, leading bid preparation and ensuring alignment with funding requirements, including integration of climate considerations and compliance with donor requirements (e.g. climate rationale, safeguards, and reporting).
• Collaborate with Impact colleagues to onboard new programmes, including those funded through climate finance mechanisms, working with MCC Contracts and Portfolio Managers to ensure readiness for delivery and compliance requirements.
• Develop and proactively pitch new strategic Signature Programmes, including climate-focused and climate-integrated programmes, in agreement with Directors and MCCs.
• Strengthen internal capability by supporting colleagues to integrate climate considerations into programme design and funding approaches, sharing knowledge and best practice on climate funding requirements.
• Represent Christian Aid externally, strengthening organisational visibility and positioning within climate finance spaces.
• This level role may include line management responsibilities of an adviser level role.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting our mission to connect people with God through media. You will help drive the success of Premier’s on-air fundraising campaigns and our Charity of the Year appeals, by producing compelling editorial content and messaging.  You will be expected to help shape live and optimise appeals that inspire and encourage our listeners to engage with the appeal and campaign messages.

You will collaborate with presenters, stakeholders, and clients to ensure every broadcast is compelling, high quality and strategically aligned with Premier’s mission and goals.

This role is key to delivering powerful stories and impact audio, supporting our fundraising goals and upholding Premier’s commitment to excellence and compliance – enabling the ministry to engage audiences and secure vital support for it’s ongoing work. You’ll be directly contributing to Premier’s ability to help listeners deepen their Christian faith. Role Overview

· Audio production: You will take the lead in producing and directing both live and pre-recorded content for fundraising appeals across Premier’s three stations, working closely with presenters and internal stakeholders to deliver engaging and emotionally resonant broadcasts.

· Client Campaign Production: You’ll be hands-on in crafting compelling running sheets, managing live production flow, and coaching on-air talent to maximise impact of client campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with local Churches by sending out regular Newsletters,
• Visiting and presenting to the community and local churches;
• Building relationships with local ministers, pastors, vicars etc.
• Organising and facilitating special events and outings;
• Leading a team of volunteers;
• Creating monthly activities for residents;
• Co-ordinating and facilitating activities for the family members that will be stimulating and creative;

The Lambeth Palace communications team supports the Archbishop of Canterbury in their ministry across the Church of England, the nation and the worldwide Anglican Communion. We are responsible for helping communicate the Archbishop's teaching, preaching, pastoral ministry, public engagement and leadership of the Church through media, digital communications and strategic communications activity.

As Digital Communications Manager, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the Archbishop's digital channels and website, producing compelling content and helping audiences engage with the life and ministry of the Archbishop and the wider work of Lambeth Palace. You will create and manage digital content across social media platforms, video, photography, web and email, helping ensure our communications are engaging, accurate, timely and appropriate for a wide range of audiences.

GFA World's mission is to help people know Jesus and experience His love in places where there is little or no Christian presence. Every donation, prayer, event, communication, and ministry activity relies on strong systems and faithful stewardship behind the scenes. 

This role helps ensure that GFA World remains financially sound, legally compliant, operationally effective, and a healthy place for staff to serve. You will help steward the resources entrusted to us by our partners, support the staff who carry out the ministry, and maintain the systems that allow our work to grow sustainably.

As a small and highly collaborative team, we do not have separate departments for finance, human resources, compliance, facilities, health and safety, or operations. Instead, we rely on people who are willing to take ownership, learn new things, solve problems, and help strengthen the organisation wherever needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating and improving systems, spotting gaps, and ensuring that important things do not fall through the cracks.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance & Accounting (25%)

• Maintain online accounting system (QuickBooks Online) and other related financial systems.
• Maintain and improve accounting structures, nominal ledger, and chart of account.
• Review, maintain, and automate transaction processing workflows.
• Upload and reconcile donations and other financialtransactions.
• Complete monthly and quarterly reconciliations.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Oversee pension administration and HMRC submissions.
• Prepare budgets and reports in collaboration with leadership.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and identify variances.
• Assist with year-end processes and external audits.

GFA World is a Christian ministry, and prayer is central to who we are and how we serve.
