Our Young People & Families (YP&F) Operational Hub delivers a wide range of integrated support services designed to help resolve complex difficulties experienced by young people and their families/carers. Support is provided to people who find themselves in a range of circumstances; they may be missing from home or have emotional, housing or substance misuse issues. We also support families where parents/carers are experiencing domestic abuse, substance misuse, emotional issues, homelessness or unemployment. Whatever the situation, we work alongside young people and their carers to find a way of stabilising their lives.

Redthread is a hospital based youth work service, working alongside NHS staff and other professionals in emergency departments. Our experienced, specialist youth workers engage with and support young people, aiming to reduce serious youth violence. We often meet young people at a moment of change and work with them to find a positive way forward. We provide long-term, holistic support. We consider every aspect of a young person’s life and build support around them.

Job Description

The Team Leader role has responsibility for the operational oversight of Redthread’s delivery within Croydon University Hospital and any community work undertaken in the surrounding area.  The role is to be part of the wider youth work team within Redthread with a primary focus on youth violence interventions in a health care setting. In this role you will lead the Youth Violence Intervention Programme team at the hospital. The team support young people aged, 11-25 years old, who present to hospital following an incident of violence or for whom them there are concerns around exploitation or extra-familial farm. You will have line management responsibility for the Youth Workers in the team, ensuring the service runs effectively for young people and also working with young people in the hospital as well as supporting them post discharge to ensure they have the support in place that they need and want.

Main duties include:

• To recruit, manage, motivate, coach and develop a staff team including carrying out annual appraisals and regular supervision meetings.  To manage their health, safety and wellbeing.
• To promote and embed Catch22’s vision and values in local service delivery
• To ensure all service user information, interventions and other data as required by the contract are recorded on the relevant data management system in line with Catch22’s policy. 
• To manage operational risk, health and safety, governance and safeguarding issues in line with Catch22, Catch22 and Commissioner policies.
• Carry out regular case file audits as per the Audit Policy and Procedure
• Be responsible for the allocation of referrals and ensure caseload management structures are in place
• Adhere to reporting requirements, deadlines and requests, ensuring all required information is recorded accurately as instructed.
• Hold a small caseload of young people and support them in the hospital and post disharge

Qualifications

• Relevant level 3 or 4 qualification in health & wellbeing, youth provision or similar or demonstrable equivalent experience

Experience

• Significant experience of working with young people with challenging needs.
• Experience of Inter-agency working. Work within/ in partnership with Children’s and Family Services/ Youth Justice Services/ Youth services.
• Experience of delivering training to young people/professionals
• Working with young people in group and one-to-one settings.
• Knowledge of issues around risk and vulnerability amongst young people.
• An awareness of the current issues relating to at risk and vulnerable young people.
• Knowledge of engagement and intervention strategies.
• Knowledge of Children Act/LSCB Procedures and other appropriate youth policies.
• Understanding and experience of Performance Management with regard to practice and target achievement.
• Experience of using recording and data collation systems

In this role, you will apply your skills and knowledge in building new teams and expand our operational delivery within our IAP. You will play a strategic role in our organisational growth with new services, with a focus on shaping service delivery; offering specialist advice, supervising assistant psychologists and postgraduate research.

Our IAP's support residents who have left prison and are based within a residential setting to reintegrate into the community. They are given support and guidance to aid their reablement, resettlement and rehabilitation post prison. • Providing high quality psychological services, contributing to the delivery of Approved Premises aims as specified by the Ministry of Justice.
• Ensuring all services are delivered in accordance with HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics.

Facilitators need to be available for 30 minutes before and after each meeting for preparation and administration tasks. You'll be expected to cover a minimum number of meetings across the week, depending on your own availability and that of the other facilitators. Job Purpose

The Senior Systems Accountant is a key role within Islamic Relief’s Finance team, providing ongoing strategic and operational support for our cloud-based financial system, Unit4 ERP (version 7 – Cloud Release). This role ensures that the finance system is optimally configured and maintained to support efficient business-as-usual (BAU) operations across the organisation.

You will act as the organisation’s Unit4 SUPER user and subject matter expert, responsible for system administration, user support and training, issue resolution, and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with Finance, IT, and system users, you will ensure the ERP system supports accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and process efficiency.

This is not a project implementation role it focuses on the long-term embedding, optimisation, and support of Unit4 ERP7 (CR), delivering both strategic oversight and day-to-day system management.

The successful candidate must have:

• Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA) or equivalent with proven delivery of ERP system administration, configuration, and optimisation in a live finance environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Unit4 ERP v7 Cloud (financial modules) in a support or administration role.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and reporting frameworks.
• Proficiency with reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excelerator).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve system and user issues independently.

About the Role
Fundraising and philanthropic advocacy are at the heart of GiveOut’s work. As Philanthropy Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Philanthropy team, supporting our philanthropy programme and working closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Senior Philanthropy Officers.

You will have responsibilities in three main areas: helping with internal programme coordination, supporting colleagues on key donor relationships and fundraising, and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Programme & Team Coordination

  • Manage calendars, schedule internal meetings, help bring together agendas, book meeting rooms, and take minutes where required

  • Help maintain internal documents & systems such as fundraising pipeline, internal reporting and project management tools.

  • Maintain database to ensure accurate donor information in GiveOut’s CRM 

  • Coordinate monthly finance reconciliation tasks for Philanthropy Team

  • Work with colleagues on shared processes, including finance and reporting

  • Contribute to a dynamic, fun and effective organisation

• Supporting Donor Relationships

  • Triage donor requests, responding where appropriate 

  • Schedule external meetings and calls

  • Create and send invoices to donors

  • Ensure we have necessary information to claim Gift Aid on eligible donations

  • Support on reporting to donors on the impact of their giving, building donation reports from database, liaising with internal teams, and using templates to build reports

  • Support on GiveOut online and in-person events, creating event plans, and coordinating both internally and externally

  • Support travel and manage itineraries for international guests

The role

The senior data & insights officer will report to the database manager.

Excellent use of and understanding of our data is crucial to the success of our fundraising activity. This role will support all elements of direct marketing and campaign work for the fundraising team. Using Raiser’s Edge (RE7/RENXT), the post holder will lead on complex data selections for integrated, multi-channel supporter communications, and present meaningful data analysis of fundraising activity. In addition, this role will make a significant contribution to the smooth running of our data processing, database operations, ensuring high quality data through accurate imports and data cleaning.

The team

Our dynamic fundraising department is preparing for an ambitious multimillion-pound campaign in support of a ground-breaking cancer centre on the site of the Royal Free Hospital. Community Fundraiser

You’ll represent a charity with a person-centred approach to care, building strong relationships with community groups, businesses and supporters to secure vital funds for compassionate, specialist care.

The role

As a Community Fundraiser, you’ll:

· Build relationships with individuals, community groups, in-aid fundraisers, clubs/associations, volunteers and local businesses, attending events and inspiring supporters to reach their goals.

· Plan and deliver a calendar of community fundraising activities, working with the team to meet targets and steward supporters well.

· Manage key challenge events (London Landmarks, Swindon Half, Cycle Challenge, Bath Half and others) including budgets, suppliers and marketing to achieve net income targets and value for money.

· Lead the Christmas Tree Collection, securing sponsorship, coordinating volunteers and logistics, managing the budget and delivering income goals.

· Represent Prospect Hospice at events, cheque presentations and meetings as a confident ambassador for our mission.

· Work with the communications team to promote activity, ensuring fundraising regulations, health & safety and safeguarding requirements are met.

· Work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends, to maximise impact and exceed targets.

The Democratic Progress Institute (DPI) is an independent non-governmental organisation established in consultation with international experts in conflict resolution and democratic advancement. DPI seeks to promote peace and democracy building through strengthened public dialogue and engagement.

Overall Purpose of the Position

The Head of Programmes is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the organisations’ project activities and leads the DPI Programmes team, also ensuring a close working relationship with Finance, Fundraising and Operations colleagues. The role works with the CEO on operational, fundraising, strategic and monitoring levels and also involves representing DPI at external meetings and events as needed.

Project Management

• Coordinates the day-to-day operational management of the DPI’s programmes, including the implementation of activities and financial matters– in close coordination with relevant colleagues.
• Monitors the implementation of project activities and ensures compliance with the strategic framework as well as internal procedures and policies including financial and administrative.
• Facilitates programmes and events meetings (including designing the agenda and overseeing the organisation and preparation of materials)
• Manages performance of programmes’ team both Türkiye and UK.
• Organises regular meetings with the Programmes team to ensure project plan is on -track.
• Keeps an up-to-date overview of programme delivery, reports any challenges, and suggests solutions to the CEO.
• Builds project budgets with Finance, monitors project expenditures, develops financial strategies and addresses financial challenges.
• Monitors the political and security situation in Türkiye and the wider regions, developments relating to the conflict and impact on the project.

Reporting

• Works closely with the Funding and Development Manager to ensure timely delivery and monitoring of contractual reports, including interim and final reports to donors.
• Ensures that projects are implemented and reported in a timely and qualitative manner.

· Follows up with the team and gathers the reporting of meetings.

· Oversees deliverables and performance of the M&EE and Communications consultants.

Network

• Represents and promotes DPI’s work in varied contexts and maintains relationships with external stakeholders in Türkiye and in Europe such as political party representatives.
• Builds and maintains relationships with partners and donors alongside the Funding and Development Manager when needed.
• Carries out frequent visits to Türkiye and maintains a good working knowledge of the facts on the ground when needed.

Project Development

• Translates strategy into operational objectives and develops project/fundraising proposals including concept notes and narrative project proposals in conjunction with Funding and Development Manager.
• Identifies operational developments needs and develops corresponding opportunities and initiatives.

· Supports the CEO in strategic developments related to the project.

Key Experience/Technical Competencies/Knowledge required for the position.

The successful candidate should have the following

§  A postgraduate degree in Political Science, Law, Conflict Resolution, International Relations, or a related discipline is highly desirable.

§  At least 8-10 years’ experience in project management in charity or NGO setting.

§  Experience directly managing a team including remotely.

§  Strong experience of EU funding streams, rules and regulations and knowledge of government grant processes
