At the heart of Camden’s response to street homelessness, the Rough Sleepers Hub Assessment Centre at 165 King’s Cross Road offers people a safe, supportive place to begin their journey away from the streets. With 16 beds and a short-stay model focused on planned moves within 28 days, this service is about momentum, opportunity and change. As a Project Worker, you’ll play a central role in helping people take their next steps towards secure and sustainable housing.
Working in a psychologically informed and trauma-aware environment, you’ll lead a caseload and carry out meaningful assessments that place each person’s experiences, strengths and goals at the centre. You’ll develop personalised support plans, respond thoughtfully to complex situations, and offer practical, hands-on support - from daily living tasks and wellbeing, to housing pathways, training and employment opportunities. You’ll work closely with partners including Connect Forward, In Roads and Camden Routes off the Streets to deliver joined-up, holistic support that makes a real difference.

This four-year role, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, sits at the heart of the Small and Mighty (SaM) infrastructure support programme, delivered by a partnership of Community First Oxfordshire, OCVA, Oxford Community Action, Charity Mentors and Volunteer Link-Up, working directly with grassroots voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise groups. You’ll help organisations navigate challenges, build capacity and connect with others through outreach clinics, tailored training and collaborative spaces. Alongside staff within partner organisations and the existing CFO and OCVA team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Oxfordshire’s community sector for the long term.

Salary: £27,050.40
Contract: Fixed term - 18 months
Hours: 35 hours per week
The Supporter Care Officer role sits within the Supporter Services team, which forms an integral part of the Individual Giving team, within the Marketing Communications Department at Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
Working alongside another Supporter Services Officer and managed by the Supporter Care Manager, you will support the delivery of our Individual Giving programme, specifically in support of our Puppy Sponsorship Scheme.
The delivery of exceptional supporter care across multiple channels lies at the heart of the Supporter Care team and forms an integral part of the Individual Giving retention strategy.
In many instances, you will be the first line of enquiry either by telephone, email, social media, or letter (and occasionally face-to-face) for Hearing Dogs’ supporters.
Building good internal relationships within our Charity is an important part of this role as you will be working with various teams.

Additional Requirements
You will occasionally be required to perform other tasks, such as working at Charity events where Puppy Sponsorship is being promoted, which fall outside of your usual working hours.

We are seeking an experienced Carers Financial Wellbeing Officer to provide a range of information and support services to carers. The postholder will identify and support carers who are currently, or are at risk of, experiencing poverty or financial exclusion. The postholder will also provide specialist money management advice and support based on carers needs.
To succeed in this role, applicants must have:
· An understanding of the issues facing financially excluded people and the ability to work proactively to help resolve their financial situation.
· Experience of dealing with sensitive issues and of providing information and support to vulnerable people.
· Knowledge and experience of working in a health or social care setting.
This role is based between our offices in Park View Medical Clinic, Middlesbrough and The Innovation Centre, Kirkleatham Business Park in Redcar and the postholder must be able to travel between the two sites, and to other locations in the community including the homes of clients.
