AMAZING ADMIN ASSISTANT WANTED FOR OUR BRISTOL OFFICE

If you are highly organised, with a can-do attitude and capable of managing a busy and varied role, with high levels of urgency, and if you can support our Practice Manager and our busy team of lawyers onsite in our Bristol Office, we want to hear from you! This is not a legal support role, but you will be helping to ensure our law firm runs smoothly, and our legal teams can deliver the best service to our clients.

Person specification:

  • An interest in our ethos and the firm’s commitment to defending civil liberties, anti-racism, equality and social justice.
  • Can demonstrate a proactive approach in managing tasks and making improvements.
  • Great IT skills – ability to type, computer literacy and the ability to learn and teach our systems, including Office365.
  • An ability to communicate effectively and to work cooperatively as part of a team.
  • An ability to prioritise tasks.
  • An ability to write clearly in plain English.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Superb attention to detail.

This is a permanent, full-time position. Salary: £25,000 per annum.
