We are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Officer to lead a strategic approach to Net Zero fundraising across six dioceses: Worcester, Hereford, Gloucester, Birmingham, Coventry, and Lichfield.

In this role you will shape and strengthen the financial foundations of a transformative, region-wide NZC programme helping churches, schools, clergy housing and diocesan buildings reduce carbon emissions and respond to the climate crisis. In collaboration with teams in all six dioceses you will:

· Support diocesan staff to secure funding to deliver net zero carbon projects and initiatives.

· Lead a strategic approach to NZC fundraising.

The Tower Project’s award-winning JET Service is seeking a passionate and skilled Disability Employment Adviser to help transform the employment prospects of adults and young people with learning disabilities and autism.

You will:

• Conduct job and task analysis to ensure clear understanding of workplace expectations.

• Deliver workplace coaching using structured approaches such as Training in Systematic Instruction (TSI), gradually reducing support as independence develops.

As our Network Manager, you will live and breathe our network, developing a deep understanding of the makeup, needs and priorities of network member to lead effective engagement and establish a high quality experience for network members. You’ll drive a number of projects and steward relationships as part of our evolving offer, focusing on listening, moving from a transactional to a relational approach to supporting and learning from our network, equipping leaders with the skills, networks, and confidence to deliver exceptional support to young people.

You’ll support the Head of Network Development and the Senior Leadership Team to evolve UKY’s network offer as part of our new strategy. You will be a key advocate for the sector, ensuring out network remains responsive, resilient, and well equipped to meet emetging opportunities and challenges.

The role requires deep understanding and experience  of the youth sector, the ability to confidently build relationships with leaders of practice and organisations, as well as a highly organised, and proactive individual with strong project management and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Experience we're after

• Experience delivering youth work practice with young people .

• Understanding of youth policy, workforce challenges, and sector -wide trends including the changing aspirations and needs of young people and the impact of youth work in supporting these .

• Knowledge of youth sector infrastructure organisations and their roles at national, regional, and local levels.

• Strong programme and project management expertise, including a demonstrable track record of successfully leading and managing large -scale or complex programmes and projects in a previous role.

• Excellent relational and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven experience building and maintaining relationships across diverse organisations.

• Proven experience in network development, membership engagement, or partnership management within the charity, youth, or community sector.

• Experience in workforce development, training, or skills enhancement within a sector -focused setting.

• Excellent line management skills, with experience developing staff and effectively managing performance.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences in a variety of settings .

• Experience in budget management and financial planning.

Join our Wellbeing and Connections team, in this role supporting those with dementia and their carers and family, for residents aged 60+ in the London Borough of Westminster.

About the role:
As our Dementia Coordinator, you’ll lead the development and coordination of  a tailored, personalised dementia-focused service, working closely with volunteers, carers, and local partners. Your work will help create a supportive, connected community where people living with dementia feel valued, engaged and have greater control over thier management of thier condition.

We have existing monthly activites for those with dementia including our MCST group and our monthly Memory Cafés. The first offers a structured group session and the cafes offers a relaxed, informal setting for people with dementia and their family, friends and carers to get together. The Memory Cafés provides a mixture of talks, information and advice, entertainment and activities. You will work with staff and volunteers to ensure the delivery of these services and ensure they meet the needs of your clients and carers.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the devlopment and delivery of a client focussed offer for those with early stage dementia, undertaking personalised assessments and planning to meet the individual needs of clients and thier carers. 
• Work with the wider team to support clients in accessing dementia related support, befriending support, social activities beyond the dementia groups and other related services.
• Build strong partnerships with local dementia services across health, social care, and the voluntary sector.
• Use and support the team of existing dementia linked volunteers and develop further recruitment and training as needed.

Who you are:
You have experience working in dementia services or the voluntary sector or in a personal context, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by people living with dementia and their carers. You’re proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering person-centred support that makes a real difference.
