Church Planting Enabler

Durham Diocese is looking to recruit a Church Planting Enabler passionate about seeing the church multiply across our region, reaching out to the 99% of people who are not yet in church.

The Growing Churches team work with churches across our Diocese to help raise disciples, develop missional confidence, and multiply ministry through establishing new worshipping communities and engaging in church revitalisation.

We are looking for an experienced missional leader who, with creativity and passion, is able to inspire and coach churches to identify opportunities, develop leaders, and plan strategically for new expressions of church.
