Growing Mission Enabler

Durham Diocese is looking to recruit an individual who is passionate about enabling fruitful churches in our region.

The Growing Mission team helps churches think, plan, dream and prepare for the future.  We come alongside churches and deaneries to prepare the ground for what could come next, particularly in seasons of change.  We are looking for a new team member with an analytic skillset and missional vision as part of our nationally funded transformation programme.  Full and part time working will be considered.

Are you able to bring the best out of people, and come alongside them through change?  Can you summarise and articulate data and facilitate challenging? Do you want to see fruitful, missional churches reaching out to their communities?  Whether your background is working in the church, charity or another sector, we are interested to hear from you as we recruit a Growing Mission Enabler.
