Brief role description

The Custody Support and Case Worker (CSCW) will enrol participants, enhance job readiness, and provide ongoing support through positive relationships. Responsibilities include signposting relevant activities, addressing barriers and coordinating post-release opportunities. This role involves extensive engagement with participants and partner organisations to ensure a seamless transition and support continuity.

The Campaign Manager will lead the development and delivery of engaging, audience-focused campaigns that raise awareness of the charity, increase understanding of cancer support services, promote grant-giving programmes, and help drive fundraising growth across the region.

The role will focus on bringing the charity’s impact to life through powerful storytelling, creative campaigns, and compelling content that demonstrates how the charity supports people affected by cancer and invests in hospitals, healthcare services, and local communities.

Working across fundraising, services, and communications, the Campaign Manager will develop integrated campaigns that inspire support, strengthen community engagement, and increase the visibility and reach of the charity.

Key Responsibilities 

Campaign Development & Delivery

• Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns that support the charity’s strategic priorities and objectives.

• Create awareness campaigns that promote the charity brand, support services, fundraising activities, and grant-giving programmes.

• Lead campaign planning from concept through to delivery and evaluation.

• Ensure campaigns are audience-focused, emotionally engaging, and aligned with the charity’s values and tone of voice.

• Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, assets, and stakeholder input to ensure successful delivery.

Demonstrating Impact Through Storytelling

• Develop compelling campaign content that demonstrates the real-life impact of the charity’s work.

• Showcase how fundraising supports people affected by cancer, healthcare improvements, hospital services, community initiatives, and wellbeing programmes.

• Gather and develop case studies, patient stories, supporter testimonials, videos, photography, and impact data.

• Work sensitively with beneficiaries, families, healthcare professionals, and grant recipients to capture authentic stories.

• Translate complex healthcare or grant information into accessible and engaging public-facing content.

Supporting Fundraising Growth

• Create campaigns that help increase fundraising income and supporter engagement.

• Support community fundraising, events, corporate partnerships, individual giving, and appeals through targeted campaign activity.

• Develop supporter journeys and engagement campaigns that encourage donations, participation, and long-term loyalty.

• Identify opportunities to broaden audience reach and attract new supporters.

Awareness of Services & Grant-Giving

• Increase awareness of the charity’s support services among people affected by cancer, carers, healthcare professionals, and local communities.

• Promote grant-funded projects and partnerships across hospitals and community settings.

• Work collaboratively with service delivery teams and healthcare partners to communicate outcomes and opportunities effectively.

• Support campaigns that improve access to services and reach underserved audiences.

Content & Communications

• Develop campaign content across digital, print, social media, email, video, PR, and advertising channels.

• Work with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and suppliers where required.

• Ensure all campaign materials are accurate, accessible, inclusive, and on brand.

• Contribute to website content, newsletters, impact reports, and social media storytelling.

Monitoring & Evaluation

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on engagement, reach, conversions, and impact.

• Use audience insights, analytics, and feedback to optimise campaign effectiveness.

• Evaluate return on investment and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships across fundraising, services, healthcare partners, community organisations, and external suppliers.

• Act as a positive ambassador for the charity at events, meetings, and partnership activities.

• Support collaborative working across teams to maximise campaign impact.

Delivering safe, compliant properties
As Repairs and Compliance Manager, you will help keep our homes, offices, and supported living environments safe, well maintained, and fully compliant. You will oversee responsive repairs, void works, planned maintenance, and landlord compliance across Affinity Trust’s property portfolio.

You will work with contractors, operational teams, landlords, and stakeholders to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, compliance standards are met, and services keep improving. This is a varied role where you can make a real impact.

What you will do

• Oversee repairs, voids, and planned maintenance across the property portfolio.
• Ensure landlord compliance and health and safety requirements are met and accurately recorded.

Leading tenancy and housing partnerships
As an experienced and motivated Housing & Partnership Manager, you will lead the delivery of a responsive, high-quality tenancy management service across our properties. This role is perfect for someone with a strong housing background who is passionate about supporting people to live independently and confident in building positive, collaborative relationships with landlords, local authorities, NHS teams, and internal colleagues.

You will oversee the day-to-day management of tenancy services, including lettings, transfers, voids, rent arrears, and tenancy sustainment, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with relevant policies and regulations. Working closely with teams across Housing, Property & Compliance, and Support Services, you will play a key role in resolving housing-related issues and improving outcomes for the people we support. You will also help strengthen and develop partnerships with external landlords and housing providers, supporting the continued growth and success of Affinity Trust’s services.

The purpose of this role is to develop incredible relationships with new and existing fundraising supporters within your region helping them to network, influence and fundraise to have a significant impact on the work of the charity. Through your network and creating new opportunities you will increase income in your region across multiple income streams including Education, Individuals, In Memory Supporters and Community Organisations.

To be successful in this role you will: 

• Have previous experience in income generation – leading and inspiring networks in order to generate long term income and partnerships

• Full clean driving license, with access to a car 

Principle Responsibilities  

• Proactively recruit high-calibre supporters, volunteers, and community groups, inspiring and leading these networks to generate sustainable income

• Manage a portfolio of regional donors, ensuring excellent stewardship and long-term engagement. Enabling supporters to maximise their fundraising potential 

• Monitor and report on income, expenditure, and key performance indicators, including volunteer recruitment and event registrations, managing an income budget of approximately £600k PA.

• Deliver presentations and pitches to schools, community organisations, and businesses. 

• Act as “the face of BWCHC” within your region, developing and acquiring meaningful, long-term relationships

• Grow and strengthen volunteer and ambassador programmes in line with charity processes and procedures. Enhance fundraising volunteers’ skills to act on behalf of the Charity 

• Spend at least 50% of your time working within your region. Plan effectively, develop fundraising products, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure excellent donor stewardship. 

• Maintain strong communication and collaboration across the fundraising department and hospital, balancing relationships effectively while working remotely.

We’re looking for a proactive Engagement and Communications Officer with experience supporting multi-channel activity across an organisation. Working with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver agreed marketing plans and day-to-day communications activity. The role sits within our Engagements and Communications (E&C) team and works across the organisation, building strong relationships with colleagues in central services and programme teams. This Seeds of Peace Camp brings together young people from across Egypt, India, Israel, Jordan, Pakistan, Palestine, and US and UK to work collaboratively with peers in a multi-national setting. The program provides a transformative journey of personal growth through dialogue and leadership exercises, equipping participants to become effective agents of change in their communities.

The Camp staff team consists of counselors, facilitators, activity leaders and a leadership team, all working together to create and implement the camp programme and contribute to an environment of harmony at Camp. The role of Counsellor is to guide and mentor campers in their day to day experience of camp. Counsellors are by campers' side throughout their journey, encouraging and supporting them along the way.

This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people while developing your own leadership, facilitation, and intercultural communication skills as part of a dedicated team.

Main responsibilities include:

Camper Support and Supervision

• Supervise campers in residential and activity groups, ensuring you know where campers are at all times.
• Get to know each camper individually and provide the support they need to help them have a safe and successful camp experience.
• Support campers in their day-to-day needs, including proactively supporting campers emotional and physical wellbeing and managing camper behaviour.

Role description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Arts & Engagement Coordinator to support with the delivery of our Hospital Arts Programme. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to work as part of the Arts Team.

This role will play a key part in delivering and developing Southampton Hospitals Charity’s arts programme across hospital sites. Acting as an ambassador for the Charity, you will represent the organisation, coordinate the day-to-day operation of the programme's activities, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication with staff, artists, and partner organisations. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. in external arts projects, partnerships, and professional networks, while building and sustaining strong relationships with artists, cultural organisations, healthcare staff, patients, and visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

General:

• Maintain a regular on site presence across hospital locations to support programme delivery, coordination, and relationship building.
• Deliver one-to-one bedside art sessions for patients who are unable to attend group workshops.
• Proactively promote art programmes across hospital wards and units to increase awareness, engagement, and participation among patients, visitors, and staff.
• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of all Charity led art workshops in collaboration with tutors and artists, including assisting with delivery and impact assessment.
• Assist with the day-to-day management of the art programme, ensuring schedules run smoothly and liaising in advance with Trust staff to prepare wards and patients for visits.
• Monitor, document, and report on the condition of artworks, murals, and installations across hospital sites, escalating issues where necessary.
• Support curatorial projects by coordinating the installation of new artworks, working with key stakeholders and hospital staff.
• Expand, maintain, and nurture a diverse and up-to-date network of artists to support programme delivery and future projects.
• Provide administrative support for Southampton Hospitals Charity’s art programmes, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
• Collaborate closely with internal Charity and Trust teams, including Communications, Fundraising, Impact, and Engagement teams to ensure a collaborative approach.
• Contribute to evaluation and reporting of art programme outcomes, including qualitative feedback, case studies, and basic data collection to support impact reporting and funding requirements.
• Support with the governance, compliance and risk elements linked to the delivery of workshops or installation of artworks within and method statements for workshops, installations, and artist visits, in collaboration with Trust staff.
• Support volunteer coordination where relevant, including briefing, scheduling, and supervision during art activities or events.
• Contribute content to internal reports, newsletters, or relevant updates in collaboration with the Communications team.

Person Specification:

• Knowledge and Experience:
• Experience coordinating or supporting arts programmes, projects, or participatory activities in a healthcare, community, education, or public-facing setting.
• Previous participatory arts experience within the candidate’s chosen artistic field.
• Experience contributing to arts projects, events, exhibitions, or workshops (e.g. visual arts, music, performance, dance).
• Experience working specifically within a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Knowledge of art therapy approaches, creative health practices, or arts-for-wellbeing methodologies.

Skills and Abilities:

• Willingness and ability to work five days per week in a hospital environment, including regular visits to different wards and units, with occasional weekend or out-of-hours working as required.
• High level of digital literacy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Canva and confidence using web-based systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to join RCR Learning as our Digital Learning Production Scheduler, playing a central role in delivering high quality digital learning experiences for clinical radiologists and clinical oncologists across the globe.

We are building a world class digital learning library that supports doctors at every stage of their careers strengthening professional development, improving clinical practice, and ultimately enhancing patient care.

To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a proactive and detail driven production specialist who can bring clarity, structure and momentum to our digital learning production workflows. As our Digital Learning Production Scheduler, you will own the end to end production lifecycle of multiple digital learning resources: from scoping and scheduling through design, development, quality assurance and release.

What you’ll be doing

• Plan, track and coordinate digital learning production across multiple projects
• Keep schedules and trackers up to date, ensuring everyone has a clear view of deadlines, dependencies and risks
• Work closely with our Learning Designers, Digital Content Developers, SMEs and Project Leads to keep delivery on track
• Maintain strong production processes — intake, prioritisation, reviews, approvals and release

Our Helpline and expert advisers offer free, practical support to older people without enough money to live on. Through our grants programme, we support hundreds of local organisations working with older people across the UK.

Responsibilities and Person Specification:

This new role is an integral part of the day-to-day delivery of our Advice and Support Service. The service is targeted at older people in or facing financial hardship, and provides information, advice and follow up support relating to a range of issues, including Welfare Benefits, Social Care and Housing. 

As an Adviser (Scottish Housing, Social Care and Welfare Benefits) you will be responsible for providing specialist support to older people, their families and carers through our advice service with their enquiries relating to housing and welfare benefits in Scotland as well as providing generalist level support on a range of issues through our duty service.

You should have in depth, specialist level knowledge of Housing or Welfare Benefits in Scotland (ideally both) as they relate to older people, and experience working within a high-volume advice setting and advice supervision framework. We plan to expand our advice offer in Scotland to cover Social Care, so knowledge in this area would also be beneficial. You should be able to travel within Scotland, including to Glasgow and Edinburgh.
