NAPAC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator to focus on marketing and selling our training programmes to external clients in public and private sectors. 6. Assist in the development of marketing collateral, proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of NAPAC's training programmes and secure new business opportunities.
7. Support internal coordination and communication with colleagues to ensure alignment of business development efforts.
8. Track and analyse key performance metrics related to sales pipeline, revenue targets, and client satisfaction to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to trauma support and survivor care to continuously improve and innovate our training offerings.

Skills and experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, psychology, social work or related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least one year’s experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of sales principles and the pipeline process, customer relationship management, and marketing concepts.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

We are recruiting for two Peer Support Leads: 

The Hepatitis C Trust has developed projects nationally whereby peers use their lived experience of injecting drug use and hepatitis C, to provide education and training to increase awareness of hepatitis C, reduce stigma, and promote access to testing and treatment for people living with hepatitis C. 

Do you have experience of working in drug services and with volunteers? Have you been affected by hepatitis C, or have you supported anyone who has hepatitis C? We are looking for a passionate and skilled peer lead who has excellent communication and organisational skills. We require a good standard of education and welcome creativity and innovation in all our work.  

Alongside a growing team, these posts will continue the development and delivery of the Hepatitis C peer project, recruiting and supporting volunteer peers across Bristol, and also Bath, Weston, and surrounding areas. Working in partnership with hepatitis C clinical teams, drug and alcohol services and homeless service providers, the post will coordinate delivery of educational workshops, hepatitis C testing in community settings, ensure that service users are referred and supported through hepatitis C treatment and care. 

These posts will require extensive travel across the region and it’s desirable the postholders have a clean driving licence and have their own vehicle for work related travel.

YMCA DownsLink Group’s WiSE (What is Sexual Exploitation) Project is an innovative, award winning project working across East Sussex, Brighton & Hove and Surrey, with children and young people experiencing or at risk of sexual exploitation; as well as raising awareness of Child Sexual Exploitation and other forms of Child Criminal Exploitation.

We are looking for someone with the confidence to develop a new support offer for Surrey. This new post offers the opportunity to work in the WiSE team in Surrey in an exciting new role which has two strands to it; providing targeted early intervention peer group sessions to young people (up to 25 years,) who have been identified by their educational placement as being vulnerable too sexual or criminal exploitation. The role also entails working alongside Education and other agencies to prevent Violence Against Women and Girls by creating and facilitating training to teachers of the PSHE curriculum in both Primary and Secondary schools in Surrey. The successful applicant will be supported in the role through Reflective Supervision Practice, along with regular one-to-ones. 

This role will be based out of a Police Station in Surrey, which can be discussed at interview. There will be frequent travel and it is essential you hold a current driving license and have access to your own car.

Horatio’s Garden is a growing, award winning, national charity improving the lives of people with spinal injuries by creating and nurturing outstanding garden projects in NHS spinal injury centres.

Trusts & Foundations is our largest income stream and we are looking to increase capacity in the team during a growth period for the charity.You will support our experienced Trusts & Foundations team to help meet, and exceed, our income targets and to provide fantastic support to our donors.You will also have the opportunity to spend half a day a week in our Salisbury garden assisting the Head Gardener and spending time with beneficiaries.

Main duties: 

1. Identify and research grant giving trusts and foundations to whom Horatio’s Garden is eligible to submit applications for funding. 
2. Proactively approach relevant trusts and foundations, where possible, to discuss potential applications before submission. 
3. Prepare and submit high quality applications for funding for a range of Horatio’s Garden projects.
4. Prepare and submit high quality, timely progress reports to grant givers, contributing to longer term relationship development with funders. 
5. Maintain the Trusts and Foundations pipeline to maximise supporter retention and income generation.

Context of the role.

We’re looking for an experienced administrator to be based at our office on the beautiful Dartington estate in Devon. The Training administrator will manage and promote our online training programme.

Tasks are admin based and some repetitive work is involved. There will be training & supervision on all aspects of the role. You’ll be working with one other person (Jonathan – Founder of Talk action) but some days he will be out of office delivering projects. Although based in a shared space, as other tenants are also part-time, there may be some days you’re working alone.

Office Maintenance

• Oversee the general maintenance of the office.

What you'll do:

As a key senior leader in Look Ahead, the Head of Service for Housing Related Support will work in alignment with the Director of Housing Related Support, and the wider Senior Management Team to drive performance, quality, business, and financial efficiencies. The role will provide expertise and capacity to support the organisation to deliver is vision and strategic objectives.

The Head of Service will the registered Manager for Ofsted, the strategic and operational lead for Young People services and will ensure delivery of consistent and high-quality performance across the Housing Related Support directorate.

The successful candidate will ensure that all Services are meeting Ofsted regulatory requirements, run effectively, well managed financially and employees are performing at high levels. As Ofsted Lead the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the ethos of services through developing a culture of high aspiration for young people which is demonstrated through the support, resources and opportunities offered to the young people.

Be responsible for identifying loss making contracts and lead on negotiations with Director of Housing Related Support to improve financial viability.
As part of wider management team, support new business opportunities across directorate.
Effective management of any safeguarding incidents and appropriate escalation of any emerging risks
Undertake investigations as required.
Lead on ensuring all services are audit ready, striving for outstanding performance and deliver and adhering to compliance with policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Housing and Landlord is met across all services.
Matrix Lead Responsibilities:

Be the Registered Manager for Ofsted.
Lead on developing effective working relationships with each young person's accommodating authority.
Lead on overseeing a workforce plan that ensures employees have the experience, qualifications, and skills appropriate for the work that they perform.
Keep up to date with knowledge of Ofsted and relevant regulatory requirements.

The ideal person for this role will have:

Over two years Management experience and knowledge of working with children and young people in the Supported accommodation/ children's homes sector.
Expertise and passion for children and young people.
Understanding of Ofsted supported accommodation regulations.
Have the skills, knowledge, and ability to represent the organisation in a way that promotes both good practice and continuous improvement,
Experience of managing geographically diverse team.
A positive attitude and ability to motivate direct reports.
Proven experience of being a strategic lead across relevant services.
Experience of successfully delivering in a contract and target driven environment.

We’re on the lookout for a Fundraising and Partnership Officer to join our team, someone that can nurture relationships with our existing partners and develop new collaborations, someone who can increase our reach, and importantly, secure funding to do good.

Job Description
Whilst we imagine this job to be split roughly 50:50 between partnership management and fundraising, the truth is that we’re a small team and we all pitch in beyond our job descriptions. Everyone here has good ideas, insight and can offer support in all aspects of our work in some way or another.

Partnerships management:

1. NURTURE RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR PARTNERS: Manage and foster excellent relationships with our long-term partners supporting our conservation work in Indonesian Borneo, including NGOs, zoos, corporates and other organisations; extend thanks and provide resources and advice to support them with their activities.

2. SHOUT ABOUT CLIMATE CONSERVATION: Report progress on our conservation work in Indonesian Borneo to long-term partners by drafting high-quality reports in close collaboration and support to our Grants Officer.
Fundraising:

3. SECURE FUNDING TO DO GOOD: Support the development and expansion of BNF International’s fundraising activities by identifying and securing new opportunities and
partnerships, participating in the BNF Global Outreach Team working groups and supporting the Marketing and Fundraising Manager.

4.FUNDRAISE FOR OUR 1 MILLION TREES CAMPAIGN: develop opportunities for the BNF 1 Million Trees Campaign and further reforestation campaigns by identifying dedicated habitat restoration and tree-planting donors globally; introducing our project and establishing partnerships, bringing directors into the conversation as necessary, and managing relationships with donors in the long term.

5. COLLABORATE: Identify and follow-up on new fundraising opportunities which BNF can set up or take part in to widen our reach and encourage members of the public to support or fundraise for BNF, for example by way of BNF-led challenges, charity places in sponsored events, online fundraising and other means of raising funds and awareness.

6.REPRESENT US: Occasionally attend external events to support partnership development and individual giving fundraising.

General:

7.Provide general support across the BNF International organisation and wider BNF family, to all staff and volunteers, to help ensure the efficient, effective and successful running of our activities; and to provide advice and insight to enhance the effectiveness and impact of BNF International.

Please have all or some of the following skills and experience:
-Educated at degree or master’s level in a conservation or related scientific area.
-Previous fundraising experience desirable
-Excellent people skills, enjoy dealing confidently with people at all levels as well as external stakeholders.
-Ability to turn scientific information into content that can be easily understood by non-scientific audiences.
-Ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, manage workload and develop the role

Summary of role:

As a Water Efficiency Advisor, you will be visiting residents who have requested a free water-saving visit, to help them better understand their water use in their home and how this can be reduced through simple behaviour change measures.
