Location: Honduras, with regular trips to project sites in Nicaragua and Belize.
Salary: USD $24,086 per annum
Contract: 1 year, with potential to extend, subject to funding

Fauna & Flora is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Specialist, Partnerships & Organisational Development, Latin America, based in Honduras. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening our core partners in Honduras, Nicaragua and Belize, working in coordination with Partnerships & Organisational Development team in the UK, as well as our regional programme teams in the UK and Nicaragua, and with the Seascape Coordinator in Honduras.
The role requires a skilled and credible communicator who is confident in developing and managing internal and external relationships. You will be fully committed to supporting and strengthening local organisations and to facilitating the involvement of local communities in conservation. You will be particularly skilled at forging alliances and constructive cooperation with diverse stakeholders and partners - including government entities, coastal communities, NGOs (local and international), private companies, universities, regional networks and donors. You must have fluent oral language skills in Spanish and English, as well as excellent writing skills in at least one of these languages.
N.B. Candidates must have the pre-existing right to work in Honduras.
