Exciting Opportunity! Are you passionate about education and dance? Join our client's dynamic team at a prestigious dance academy as an Exams Data Processing Administrator!

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Examinations team by managing examination data, processing results, and distributing certificates and medals. Become a key player in our client's mission to deliver excellence in dance education and support them on our journey to success.

This role involves providing support to the Examinations team with administrative support, particularly the processing of examination results, and the distribution of certificates and medals.Top of Form

Role: Examinations Data Processing Administrator

Salary/rate: £11.44 per hour

Working arrangements: Hybrid working (3 days per week required in office, 2 days remote working)

Location: London

Employment type: (Temporary) 6 weeks approx.

Working hours: Full Time 34.5 hours (Monday to Friday) Flexi hours

Main responsibilities of the role include:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy in candidate registrations, new user registrations, marks entry, tour details, and candidate allocations on the RADius database.
  • Support processing tours via marking app software as needed.
  • Assist with printing examination certificates and result forms, including handling requests for replacements.
  • Track and record certificate and medal stock for use and dispatch.
  • and check printed certificates and result forms to ensure adherence to RAD guidelines. Prepare these documents for dispatch after quality checks.
  • Monitor inboxes and respond to customer queries as necessary.
  • accurate administrative records, including proper filing, retention, and deletion/shredding as appropriate.

Key Requirements:

  • Accuracy in Data Checking: The role involves the checking of data than actual data entry, so spotting errors with great accuracy is essential.

Additional Tasks:

  • Transfer exam marks from the marking app to various spreadsheets and bespoke software.
  • Perform quality control of printed certificates and prepare them for boxing up.
  • Prepare PDF forms and create address labels for certificate packages.
  • Monitor inboxes and respond to customer queries as needed.
  • Support printing duties using secure certificate printers when required.

The successful candidate:

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in an administrative educational setting, preferably handling exams and admissions. A background in the non-profit sector is highly desirable, as it aligns with the values and mission of the organisation.

In addition, the successful candidate must be available to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the 6-week assignment. Your ability to hit the ground running will be crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of the examination and admissions processes during this period.
