This is a home based role within Scotland, key activity areas are Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, and travel between these areas will be required.

The Role
Support the Regional Major Gifts Team in delivering the major donor elements of the fundraising strategy to secure c£400k per year.
Manage a portfolio of existing major donors and prospects and ensure a first- class cultivation and stewardship journey.
Attend meetings with existing and new donors, developing bespoke, personalised written communications and proposals, preparing budgets and proposals to accompany approaches.
Be responsible for stewarding existing major donors in Scotland and recruiting new high-net worth supporters, through creative engagement techniques and the development of trusted relationships.
The Candidate

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and driven Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive to join our team in this integral and newly created role. The role will lead on identifying and securing collaboration and funding opportunities with both existing and prospective partners, and developing and managing a pipeline of strategic corporate partners that align with PCR’s mission and core programmes of work. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of developing and nurturing relationships with corporate partners, understanding complex issues and working with others to identify solutions, and producing compelling funding proposals in support of this work.
Key responsibilities:
· Identify and nurture relationships with prospective corporate partners aligned with the mission and values of PCR.
· Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies to engage existing and prospective corporate partners.
· Work closely with PCR's delivery departments and other income streams to identify, develop and maximise income generation opportunities.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling funding proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and objectives of corporate partners.
· Lead negotiations and secure funding support from corporate partners for activities aligned with PCR’s programmes of work.

Skills and experience:
· Experience of identifying and securing at least five-figure income from prospective corporate partners, supported by detailed partnership plans.
· Experience of developing and managing at least five-figure partnerships with pharmaceutical and healthcare related companies is desirable.
· Experience of creating and organising supporter engagement events is desirable.
· Excellent and persuasive communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with corporate partners.
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions, and deliver upon corporate partnership objectives.
· Experience of preparing compelling and persuasive funding proposals, presentations and reports.

- As directed, manage relationships with funders, ensuring timely reporting that meets their needs. This will include drafting the funder newsletter (bi-monthly) and providing new materials, such as reports, films, audits, etc.
- Draft funding proposals and monitor all deadlines for reporting, planning for the timebound and efficient delivery, and working with team members to ensure the highest quality reports are drafted in good time.
- Organise a monthly meeting with the directors and COO to present opportunities and actions and agree on priorities and approaches to donors.
- Take the lead in preparing government grant applications, liaising with colleagues for information and finessing draft texts.
- Maintain the grant database and ensure it is regularly checked and updated and that leads are followed up.
- Maintain the grants calendar, ensuring you are aware of reporting deadlines and other priority needs well in advance and ensuring no deadlines are missed. The role will take a proactive lead and coordinate as required.
- Assist in delivering events to update existing and attract new funders and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Assist in crafting presentations to funders and, as required, work with the comms team to develop films or other materials.

- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrable experience drafting clear, precise, and engaging copy, winning fundraising proposals, and supporting materials.

Responsibilities include:
Leadership, Strategy and Governance
- To be an active member of the Made in Hackney Senior Leadership Team, working together to galvanise the organisation behind our strategic plan.
- To contribute to strategic discussions on the future direction of the organisation.

Donor stewardship & reporting

Communications

We are working with Pact, who are seeking an experienced Senior Manager (Major Gifts) with a proven track record of success to manage and grow their portfolio of major donors and legacies, to enable them to make a difference to the lives of those affected by criminal justice.
Pact is a successful national charity that provides life changing and lifesaving care for men, women and young people in custody, those with criminal convictions in the community and their children, family members and carers.
In this newly created role, the Senior Manager (Major Gifts) will provide strong stewardship of existing relationships of mid value and major donors, support and cultivate interest in Pact’s programmes and unrestricted giving and take responsibility for identifying and developing new major gifts from individuals and family trusts. In addition, you will strengthen and develop the legacy strategy and offer to existing and new individual supporter.
This is a senior, strategic role within Pact and you will have
- A proven track record and specialism in either legacy or major donor giving, and the autonomy to raise funds from individuals, including HNWIs and to lead on this area within a charity.

About the Role

The United Society Partners in the Gospel is the Anglican mission agency that partners with churches worldwide in God’s mission to enliven faith, strengthen relationships, unlock potential and champion justice. It has played a significant role in worldwide Christian mission since its foundation in 1701.
As the new Major Donor Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and deliver a new major donor programme, working closely with the Global Mission team to develop cases for support and impact reporting, as well as work in close collaboration with other teams to maintain innovative thinking. You will be developing plans that will feed directly into the USGPG Fundraising strategy with a focus on increasing engagement from High-Net-Worth-Individuals.
To be the Major Donor Manager they need, you will have:
- Experience of managing and developing a major donor portfolio/pipeline
- Experience of designing and delivering high impact stewardship programmes
- Experience of designing or supporting the delivery of high value events

The City and Guilds of London Art School is a small, independent Higher Education Institute. It traces its history back to the 1850s and has strong links to a number of City Livery Companies as well as certain Trusts and Foundations and individual donors. The Art School is now seeking a Development and External Relations Manager to drive forward its activities in these areas in accordance with the Art School’s strategy and targets. A key aspect of the role is nurturing existing and developing new relationships within the Art School’s expanding base of supporters and collaborators, including through the organisation of events. • develop support for the Art School from individuals and relevant potential funding bodies, at all levels.
• identify new funding opportunities and prospects, and devise cultivation strategies.
• plan and manage fundraising events and Art School scheduled external facing activity.
• advise and facilitate external facing activity managed within departments.
