Your role
Your primary responsibilities include executing a data-driven engagement strategy to expand income from church giving, individual supporters and legacies, as well as leading the landmark Global Edge Church initiative. You will personally manage high-value church giving portfolios with senior leaders, oversee national event presences and line-manage direct reports across church fundraising, individual giving, editorial content and supporter care. Additionally, you will coordinate cross-functional marketing campaigns and ensure robust CRM data management and regulatory compliance.
To succeed, you must be a committed and practising Christian with proven experience in fundraising or marketing within a Christian context. You need strong relational, negotiation and public speaking abilities, experience managing CRM systems and teams, and a full UK driver’s licence with willingness to travel.

The Case Manager will strive to make contact and work on a one to one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk at MARAC to pro- actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with existing agencies in each pilot site to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. Throughout the intervention the Case Manager will work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
The Case Manager will be responsible over the long term for delivering outcomes, to achieve behaviour change with each service user.
Responsibilities Interagency work
· Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area.
· Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.
· Support other professionals in responding to service users in a way that is coterminous with the aims and ethos of the Drive Project.
· Working closing with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.
· Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.
· Represent the service at operational multi-agency meetings, feeding back initiatives and outcomes to the team and contribute to the evaluation of the quality of activities these services offer.
· Provide a single point of proactive and regular contact for a range of professionals involved in the case of the service user.

Case management
· Comply with child protection and information sharing policies, ensuring that service users and colleagues understand and comply with the service’s safeguarding framework.
· Manage a case load focusing on high risk perpetrators of domestic abuse to provide an assertive, medium to long term service, based on thorough assessment and individual support planning that adopts the principles of both ‘Support (change) or/and Disrupt (continued offending) concept.
· Contribute to regular service reviews which include monitoring data, evaluations, intake and output policy, and practice and work load reviews for the whole service.

Recording and administration
· Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete, and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements.

· Weekly maintenance and accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication.

Direct work with service users
· Maintain a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change throughout the service users time in the Drive project

The Housing Contracts & Supplier Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement, performance, and management of contractors and suppliers that support the Church of England Pensions Board Housing Department working in collaboration with the NCIs procurement team. The role ensures services are delivered safely, compliantly, cost effectively and to a high standard, while supporting contract owners across the housing service and driving supplier performance and value for money.
The Housing Contracts & Supplier Manager leads the management of supplier relationships, contract performance, procurement activity and service delivery across the Church of England Pensions Board Housing Department. The role plays a key part in ensuring that property maintenance, construction, specialist services and other housing-related contracts are effectively procured, managed, and monitored to deliver excellent outcomes for residents and the organisation.

What does this role do?
As Digital Advertising Officer, you will:

Westway Trust is seeking a creative and strategic Communications Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping how the Trust’s story is told across every channel. You will manage our multimedia and digital ecosystem, deliver impactful campaigns that promote our services and events, and ensure lived-experience voices are at the heart of our communications. This role is critical in coordinating activity that reflects our organisational priorities and strengthens our connection with the diverse communities we serve across our 23-acre estate.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
To develop and deliver campaign communications plans and creative approaches, ensuring activity is well-coordinated and aligned with organisational priorities.
To manage the multimedia and digital ecosystem at Westway Trust, including the website, social media platforms and online channels.
To generate regular, creative and engaging multimedia content, and deliver impactful campaigns and marketing materials that promote the Trust’s services, events and lived-experience voices.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager: Communications and Marketing to develop and deliver annual Communications and Marketing plans, and will also support colleagues and stakeholders with their communications and content creation.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience working for a charity supporting and enhancing the lives of local communities.
- Experience developing and implementing communications and marketing strategies and plans, including creative approaches and delivery schedules.
- Experience in developing, maintaining and analysing the performance of digital channels to meet organisational objectives.
- Experience in media relations, including managing press enquiries and press contacts.
- Experience producing organisational reports.
- A minimum of 12 months’ line management experience.
- Experience growing online communities.
- Practical experience developing and maintaining online platforms, including but not limited to websites, blogs, email marketing and form-building software.
- Proven ability to build relationships with external partners.
- Understanding of ethical storytelling practices and experience working with communities to tell their stories.
- An awareness and understanding of developments in digital technologies and design, and a commitment to ensuring Westway Trust remains up to date with new ideas, capabilities and best practice.

Multimedia & Content Production
- Experience and/or qualifications in multimedia production, from pitching and pre-production through to filming and post-production editing.

Skills
- Strong IT skills, including the use of databases, Microsoft Office, HTML and email marketing platforms.
- A demonstrated ability to work across internal departments, understanding each team’s unique communications objectives, together with the ability to generate content for different audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with competing deadlines.

Role purpose and scope
The role has key responsibility for all larger fundraising activities and corporate grants at Swindon Food Collective. This includes high-profile networking with large businesses, PLC's, and corporations, processing commercial grant applications, developing, nurturing, and managing key corporate partnerships and significantly increasing corporate fundraising activities (e.g., sponsorships, developing commercial fundraising pitches, securing commercial grants, and developing a commercial income pipeline).
This exciting role involves undertaking frequent travel to large corporations and businesses (including local, regional or national head office locations) and pitching for sponsorship / presenting significant fundraising opportunities to senior stakeholders. This role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Chair of our Fundraising Committee (Trustee).
Key responsibilities
Lead Corporate Grant Fundraising. Secure Funding Opportunities from Trusts and Foundations
· Develop a new corporate grant funding pipeline, building a database of corporate grant funding opportunities that ultimately helps to recure new revenue.
· Lead, prepare and write new compelling corporate grant applications to secure new funds from Foundations, Trusts, Corporations, etc., track and report organisational progress.
· Ensure timely and high-quality funder reporting and relationship management, developing lasting opportunities with funders.
· Capture and record impact evidence from new funding opportunities to strengthen charity impact reporting and data collection.
Developing New Corporate Partnerships and Sponsorship

· Maintain accurate records in the CRM (or agreed system), ensuring GDPR compliance and strong data quality.
· Ensure fundraising activity aligns with relevant fundraising standards and ethical practice.
