The MEAM coalition has worked for fifteen years across more than 50 local areas in England, supporting local partnerships to tackle the structural and systemic issues that cause and sustain multiple disadvantage. We run the national MEAM Approach network, supported Fulfilling Lives from 2014-2022 and hold the current support contract for the Government and The National Lottery Community Fund’s Changing Futures programme. You will feel competent delivering work remotely and online, but will also be willing to travel nationally for face-to-face work. You will be comfortable working as part of a dispersed team, requiring you to be significantly self-driven in your work.

CEASE (the Centre to End All Sexual Exploitation) is a national human rights charity. Our mission is to expose and dismantle the cultural and commercial forces driving all forms of sexual exploitation in the UK. Sexual exploitation does not occur in a vacuum, and only by addressing the wider context can we hope for real, lasting change.
As a charity, we join the dots between our hypersexualised, objectifying, pornified culture and public attitudes and behaviours towards sex:
• We demonstrate how the mass consumption of online pornography depicting the humiliation, violation and degradation of women and children has realworld consequences.
• We shine a light on the widespread exploitation and harm caused by commercial sex industries that undermine our human rights.
We are neither a religious nor an ideologically driven charity but seek to bring together a broad alliance of groups from many backgrounds around a common stance. CEASE’s work is based on peer reviewed research and survivors’ accounts; it takes the form of advocacy, awareness-raising campaigns, events, lobbying and other strategic actions.
We are looking for a Digital Content Officer to join us at CEASE (Centre to End All Sexual Exploitation). We welcome applications from people who have experience of creating and managing social media content and websites. If you have an interest in human rights and believe in a world free from sexual exploitation, join our small but very friendly team!

The Head of Programmes, forming part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and reporting directly to the CEO, is a critical role holding overall responsibility and management of Youth Realities’ programme delivery and development.
Youth Realities currently runs four core programmes, underpinning our three outlined priority pillars: prevention, intervention and healing.
- Deepin Relationships - healthy relationships education in communities and schools
- Young Women's IDVA Support - specialist, long term support for young survivors of abuse and violence in their close relationships
- Deepin Dance - a weekly dance space for young women aged 16-25 who have survived relationship violence
- Wellbeing Activities - regular community-based wellbeing workshops, trips and creative days for young people aged 11-25
The charity currently engages over 100 young people each year in intervention and healing activities, with an additional target of 1500 young people per year to be engaged in the Deepin Relationships programme through funding awarded from May 2024 - May 2026.
The primary role of the Head of Programmes is to oversee the delivery, development and evaluation of all programmes, which will include direct line management of all delivery staff (currently seven).
Youth Realities is currently going through an exciting transitional period, as the current Founder and CEO is leaving the charity in August 2024 and a new CEO will be joining our excellent team. With both SLT members being new to the charity, this is a brilliant opportunity to bring fresh perspectives, energy and passion to Youth Realities, taking guidance from the knowledge and experience of the serving staff team.
It will be critical that the first few months of this role are spent learning, exploring, listening to and working closely with staff and young people supported. Building strong staff relationships is crucial to the success of this role, to be able to truly understand how the charity operates as a small, grass-roots community provision.
