Events Coordinator (Challenges)
Harris Hill is delighted to be partnering with a leading charity to recruit an Events Coordinator (Challenges).
If you're passionate about delivering memorable fundraising events and enjoy seeing supporters achieve incredible fundraising milestones, this could be an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a varied portfolio of UK and international challenge events.
Based in Stanmore with hybrid working, you'll join a collaborative fundraising team where you'll coordinate challenge events from planning through to delivery, helping to create exceptional participant experiences while supporting the charity's mission to empower neurodiverse children, their families, and people with neurodevelopmental disabilities across London and the South East.
- This is a hands-on events role where you'll manage a portfolio of challenge events, working with participants, suppliers, volunteers and colleagues to deliver engaging, well-organised fundraising experiences.
- You'll oversee event logistics, recruit and support participants throughout their fundraising journey, and work closely with marketing and donor engagement colleagues to maximise participation, income and long-term supporter engagement.
- You'll also use CRM systems to track participant activity and evaluate event performance, helping to shape future campaigns and ensure every supporter has an excellent experience.
About you
- Has experience delivering fundraising events, challenge events or participant-led activities.
- Enjoys building relationships with supporters, suppliers and external stakeholders.
- Is confident motivating participants to achieve their fundraising goals.
- Ideally has experience using a fundraising CRM and working with volunteers or committees.
