London (Hybrid)
£34,000
Full-time
Permanent
Job description

Harris Hill is delighted to be working with Spurs in the Community (SitC) to recruit an Insight & Impact Officer. As the charitable arm of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, SitC harnesses the power of football to create opportunities, improve lives and deliver lasting positive change across its local community. This is an exciting opportunity to turn data into meaningful insight, improve systems and processes, and help the organisation understand and maximise its social impact.

The role is permanent and full-time (35 hours per week), with hybrid working and three days a week in the office at Percy House, Tottenham High Road, London.

As Insight & Impact Officer, you will work across data analysis, reporting, systems support and continuous improvement, helping colleagues make better-informed decisions and strengthen programme delivery. You will analyse performance and community impact, create dashboards and reports, monitor KPIs, and investigate data-quality issues to identify and address their root causes. You will also support system configuration, workflow improvements, testing and data migration, while developing your knowledge of Salesforce and other core platforms. A key part of the role will be helping colleagues use systems and reporting tools confidently through practical training, guidance and troubleshooting. Working closely with programme teams and the Insight & Impact Manager, you will identify opportunities to improve how data is collected, managed and used, resolving day-to-day challenges independently and escalating more complex or strategic issues when needed.

We are looking for a curious, analytical and solutions-focused individual with strong learning agility, who enjoys getting to the bottom of problems and can move confidently between data, technology, processes and people. You will bring experience working with data in an analytical, operational or systems-focused environment. You will be confident using databases and Excel or equivalent tools to interrogate data, communicating findings clearly, and working with databases, CRM systems or other operational technology. Just as importantly, you will demonstrate the ability to learn unfamiliar systems and processes quickly, investigate problems where the solution is not immediately obvious, and take ownership of finding practical, sustainable improvements. You will have excellent people skills and be comfortable supporting and training colleagues with different levels of technical confidence, translating complex information into accessible guidance, and recognising when an issue needs to be escalated. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau, data migration, SQL, data governance, monitoring and evaluation, or working in a charity or other mission-led organisation would be advantageous.

To apply, please submit your up-to-date CV by 9 November 2026 at 23:59. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit a tailored cover letter after reviewing the full job description.

Please note that only applicants with an unrestricted right to work in the UK will be considered for this position.

Please note, only successful applicants will be contacted with further information.
