Role Overview:
The post-holder will be working closely with other members of the Fundraising Department to gain exposure for the charity and the fundraising campaigns run throughout the year.
The Events and Volunteer team is essential to the growth of Muslim Hands both in raising awareness via our events which host thousands of people throughout the year, increasing awareness of our work and generating donations. The post-holder’s role will be central in expanding this and helping further the reach of Muslim Hands.

About this key role

About the Role:
This role is crucial in the long-term retention and growth of our partnership revenue streams. The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager to lead the AQS Access Pathway Project, funded by City Bridge Foundation. This newly created role will be responsible for redesigning and updating the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and developing a new progression-based Access Pathway for advice services.
This is a fixed-term role, with funding secured for a minimum of 36 months. You will work closely with our Deputy Director and a wide range of stakeholders to successfully deliver a new version of AQS and its accompanying framework.
Key Responsibilities

Design, manage, and deliver the AQS Access Pathway Project in collaboration with the ASA Deputy Director.

Convene and facilitate a Project Advisory Group comprising ASA members and key stakeholders.

Engage with external stakeholders including auditing and accrediting bodies such as AgeUK, Citizens Advice, Welsh Government, and the Money and Pensions Service.

Promote and communicate the project to advice services, funders, and wider voluntary sector audiences.

Main Duties

About the role
As Digital Fundraising Executive, you will manage specific digital campaigns to drive supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and income. You will play an important role in ensuring we provide the best possible online experiences for supporters, and that our content and journeys are as effective and engaging as they can be.
Contract
This role is available full-time (35 hours per week, Monday – Friday) with some flexibility around hours worked, or part-time (at least 28 hours per week). The Winchester Diocesan Board of Finance (WDBF) is a Charitable Company established under the Diocesan Boards of Finance Measure 1925. Summary and key purpose
This new role will be primarily responsible for developing, marketing and managing our individual giving together with working across other fundraising disciplines. You will be a key member of our fundraising team, producing compelling fundraising communications, stewarding individual donors, including regular donors and gifts in memory. You will ensure that our donors receive excellent care.
Our Individual Giving programme will incorporate one-off donations, regular giving, digital fundraising, appeals and in-memory giving. You will do this, with the support of our recently appointed fundraising agency, who you will manage our relationship with week by week.
A critical element of the role will be how we market ourselves to potential new donors, taking them on an emotional engagement journey in order to solicit regular gifts.
Your expertise and skills:
To excel in this role, you will need prior experience of working in a fundraising setting, with an understanding of good stewardship practices. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, working across teams and meeting multiple deadlines. Your excellent relationship management skills will enable you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders and gather information on new projects. You must have a thorough understanding of individual giving, developing donor journeys and experience of work with agencies.

- Day-to-day management of the regular giving programme, project managing appeals and overseeing the thanking process for individual donors.
