We're looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Communications Manager to lead our marketing and communications function, strengthen our brand and raise awareness of the impact we make across Dorset. 

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead organisation-wide marketing and communications activity. 
• Develop engaging campaigns and digital content. 
• Support and influence organisational priorities.
• Manage and develop a small Marketing & Communications Team.
