About the Role

Citizens Advice Hertsmere is looking for a committed and motivated Energy / Generalist Adviser to join our friendly advice team. You’ll provide free, confidential and impartial advice to local residents on a wide range of issues, including Energy issues, benefits, debt, housing, employment.

This is a rewarding role where you’ll help people understand their rights, explore their options, and take control of their situation during often challenging times.
