Strong organisational and time-management abilities are essential, including managing competing priorities, assessments, action plans, and accurate case records. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems, understand relevant employment legislation and organisational policies, and demonstrate empathy, professionalism, self-motivation, and a commitment to equality, continuous development, wellbeing, and positive employment outcomes.
