We are looking to extend our use of Salesforce to integrate the customer information from these different services.
This role will work with the Head of Enterprise Applications and a project manager to implement the staged roll-out of Salesforce components. Although the roll-out will be done in bite-sized chunks, those small components will sum up to a major shift in the organisation’s capabilities. You will also be optimising business processes, making Stewardship staff’s jobs simpler and more efficient. Once the system is up and running, you will manage its ongoing evolution. The net result of all of this is that Stewardship will be a more efficient and effective organisation, better able to deliver the excellent customer service we are known for.

Main duties and responsible

- In collaboration with the Senior Leadership team, and colleagues in Fundraising and Communications, create engaging and accurate reports to current funders that share the impact of their support, including trusts, major donors and university partners;

- Identify new prospects and propose engagement and cultivation strategies;

We are seeking to appoint someone on a 12-month fixed term contract as maternity cover, to join our Grants Team in delivering The Ideas Fund, an exciting programme which looks to connect communities with researchers in order to develop and try out ideas related to mental wellbeing. The main responsibilities of this role are to:
- Work with the Head of Grants to deliver an innovative programme that constantly evolves based on what we learn.

QAC is a charity that runs a college, supported living (known as Independence Plus) and community services for young adults with learning difficulties and disabilities.
The College has been at its current location since 1903. Our original purpose was to provide education for young people who were blind or visually impaired. As a Flexible Assistant Park Manager, you will facilitate projects and programmes in one or more of our parks.
Reporting to the Head of Park Operations, you will undertake a wide range of park projects including service, policy and contract development initiatives.
Supporting park-related programmes, you will assist with the development and implementation initiatives which improve quality, biodiversity, sustainability, as well as supporting our Apprenticeship Scheme.
You will manage, monitor, and develop service contracts; for example, landscape, security or cleaning contracts.
Additionally, you will:
- Work with parks, procurement and legal colleagues
- Keep contract information and maps updated
- Represent Parks Services and all Park Teams at meetings
- Liaise with the Metropolitan Police Royal Parks Operational Command Unit and third parties
- Attend seminars and exhibitions to keep abreast of current developments
- Provide support on planning and licence matters
About You
To be considered as an Assistant Park Manager, you will need:
- Experience with landscape, amenity horticulture, countryside or park operations and management
- Experience of report writing and proof-reading to a good standard
- Experience in resolving enquiries from the public and other stakeholders
- A degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject, such as BSc Horticulture, Land Management, Environmental Science, Ecology or Conservation, or equivalent relevant industry experience

Refugee Council is seeking an experienced philanthropy specialist to develop and grow the Refugee Council’s Philanthropy relationships and programme and deliver an ambitious Philanthropy strategy.
Refugee Council is a leading charity supporting refugees and people seeking asylum to rebuild their lives in safety here in the UK. Providing practical, hands on support, their award winning services include welcoming refugees into local communities across the country, providing specialist children’s services – with a particular focus on refugee children who arrive here alone, helping people to navigate the asylum system, and supporting people to access housing and employment. Evidence from services is then used to also inform the charity’s leading policy and influencing work, including campaigning for a fairer and kinder refugee protection system. The charity works with more than 14,000 men, women and children every year.
As a result of growing need and increasing interest in Refugee Council’s work, the charity has ambitious plans to make a leap in impact, with investment in their Philanthropy Team to raise increased funds from key high value audiences.
This role will be a critical part of the Philanthropy & Partnerships Team and presents an exciting opportunity to grow Refugee Council’s established Philanthropy programme. The role will be responsible for delivering and creating bespoke development plans, supported by engaging cultivation and stewardship activities to secure increased funding from existing and new donors. It will also be a key point of contact for key Major Donors and high-profile supporters, patrons and ambassadors.
The position offers the opportunity to work alongside an engaged and well-connected Senior Management Team, supported by the Head of Philanthropy & Partnerships and a highly regarded and experienced Philanthropy Consultant to make the charity’s ambitions a reality.
To succeed, candidates will have experience of running a Philanthropy/major giving programme, with extensive experience of managing their own pool of donors, as well as a track record of securing five and six figure donations from high net-worth individuals. You will have extensive knowledge of the Major Donor landscape and your fundraising skills will be matched by your strategic planning and leadership abilities.
Refugee Council will provide the most moving and diverse case for support. Cases that encompass innovative external affairs campaigns aimed at engaging policy makers and the public.
